Various annotations beside the stamps, dated 19th August Considered the most important Rainbow Trial item in private hands. Illustrated in Rowse (page 84). The letter with interesting content including What do you think of the sticking plaster for a penny postage. A unique usage of the world s first stamp with this combination.
