1 Rules and Suggestions Price Summary (to be completed by seller) Mounting Try to arrange the stamps in catalog order. Please mount your stamps securely, using good hinging practices or using clear mounts or thin sleeves. Please do not place stamps in glassine envelopes, as they will scan poorly. Not every space needs to be occupied by a stamp. Spaces can be left blank, or, if adjoining other stamps, they can be used for additional annotation. Offering covers: covers and fronts can be sold via the service. These items should be mounted in thin, transparent sleeves, and only one cover should be mounted per page. There are no special pages for covers. Offering sets: you may offer several stamps to be sold only as a complete set, but please be sure they are mounted, displayed and annotated so that the buyer will understand exactly which stamps are included in the set. Annotating Pricing The minimum annotation per stamp is a catalog number (please specify the catalog used if not Scott) and your price (the "net" price). The stamp sheets also contain a space for the catalog price. Entering a catalog price is not mandatory, but it is useful. Please write legibly. Your pages will appear as submitted. If buyers cannot read your handwriting they may misinterpret your notes, catalog numbers, or prices. If a stamp has an imperfection of any kind (e.g., clipped perforations, creases, gum missing from an un-used stamp, tears, things, etc.) it must be noted in the space occupied by the listing. Unused stamps (especially modern) should be annotated as "NH" if the stamp has not been hinged and your price reflects that quality. Buyers will assume that stamps have been hinged. Feel free to add any other interesting or vital information about a stamp or cover. Price your material realistically. You cannot expect to sell anything if your assigned prices are above or near the top of current market prices for similar material. If your material in fact demands a premium, notes to that effect should be included with the particular item for the buyer's benefit. Inferior or defective material cannot be sold unless priced at a small fraction of catalog value. Please do not submit selections with a total net value of less than $50 per ten pages.
