1 ACCREDITATION TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEDIA ICC CHAMPIONS TROPHY 2009 Please find attached the media accreditation form for the ICC Champions Trophy 2009 (the Event ). The Event is scheduled to be played in South Africa from 18 th September to 5 th October All personnel intending to attend the Event as a media representative MUST complete the relevant Accreditation form online. All media Accreditation applications must also include a letter of endorsement from the Applicant's employer certifying that the Applicant is attending the Event for legitimate work reasons. Applicants will be advised by or other appropriate method of their success or otherwise. Neither IDI (the ICC s commercial arm) nor CSA will be responsible for non-notification of Applicants that provide inaccurate addresses or contact details. Applicants are advised that the selection of Applicants is the absolute prerogative of IDI and it shall not be obliged to give reasons for any decisions made. Any decision taken in this regard shall be final and binding and no correspondence whatsoever shall be entered into. All Accreditations will be issued in South Africa. No application for Accreditation will be considered unless it is made on the appropriate form. The ICC Champions Trophy 2009 office will provide, to the appropriate authority, a letter in support of a visa application for any successful Applicant for Accreditation. However, all Applicants acknowledge that this letter is not, in itself, a guarantee of successfully securing a visa to the Event. Any visa applications should be made sufficiently in advance of the Event. It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to ensure they have made the necessary visa arrangements for ALL countries the Applicant intends to visit. Accreditation, if granted by IDI, will be subject to the Applicant complying with the following terms and conditions. Failure to abide by such terms and conditions could result in the Applicant or the employer s Accreditation being revoked for the duration of the Event. Kindly make a copy of the completed Accreditation form for your reference. 1. General Terms Definitions Accreditation An individual and non-transferable right of access to one or more Venues for a specified period, in accordance with the function to be performed by the holder at the Event. It does not give the right to a spectator seat. Accreditation The official proof of Accreditation Device which serves to grant the Accredited Party access to the relevant Zone(s) for a specified period. Accredited Party/Parties Any Applicant granted Accreditation. Applicant Any person applying for an Accreditation. CSA Cricket South Africa (which has been appointed by IDI as host of the Event). EML ESPN (Mauritius) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Mauritius under registered number 15171/2067 and having its registered office and principal place of business at 608 St James Court, St Denis Street, Port Louis, Mauritius. EML is IDI s [Production and Broadcast Partner / Host Broadcaster for the Event]. IDI Match(es) Permitted ICC Development (International) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and having its administrative office at Dubai Sports City, Dubai, PO Box IDI is the company formed by the member countries of ICC to own and control the commercial rights to certain activities and events by them. In particular, IDI is the ultimate owner of the commercial rights and host s rights in respect of the Event. An official match (including a warm up match) to be played as part of the Event. 1

2 Publications Venue(s) Zone (s) Newspapers, magazines and newspaper or magazine supplements; and any internet version of such newspapers, magazines and supplements, or other editorial internet sites provided these are not intended for, or promoted as, being available for mobile access / viewing. The entire premises at which a Match(es) will take place encompassing the area inside the perimeter fence and other areas which require an Accreditation to gain access, as well as the immediate vicinity of such areas. A pre-defined space / area within a Venue where access is limited to those holding the applicable Accreditation. 1.1 All Applicants and all Accredited Parties agree: (a) (b) (c) (d) to abide by and comply with any terms of entry into the Venues as prescribed from time to time by IDI; to abide by all directions of IDI and/or CSA whilst in the Venues, including, but not limited to, places and times of access to the Venues or areas within the Venues; and at all times whilst in the Venues,: to display any Accreditation Device as may be provided by IDI or CSA. Such Accreditation Device must be visible at all times; and not to tamper with any such Accreditation Device or do anything to obscure any part of them and return these items to IDI and/or CSA immediately upon the conclusion of the Event or as otherwise directed IDI and/or CSA. not to prejudice or infringe the copyright or other proprietary interests owned by, or licensed to, any person officially involved with the Event. (e) that by completing and submitting the application form, Applicants and Accredited Parties acknowledge and accept that they have read these Accreditation Terms and Conditions, accept them and will comply with them. Where permitted bulk applications are made it is the responsibility of the person making applications on behalf of others to ensure that all applicants have read these Accreditation Terms & Conditions, accept them and will comply with them. (f) that submission of an application form does not guarantee the granting of Accreditation or 2 2. Indemnity access to Venues. Applicant details will be retained and may be used for future ICC events. 2.1 Each Applicant, Accredited Party and their employer (if any) jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless IDI and/or CSA against any loss (including, without limitation, consequential loss) or damage to IDI and/or CSA or their employees, officers or representatives resulting from a breach of these terms and conditions by the Applicant, Accredited Party or their employer or resulting from the revocation of Accreditation by IDI and/or CSA. 2.2 If an Accredited Party is found to be responsible for misconduct (such as aggressiveness, throwing of objects, pitch invasion, misuse of alcohol or use of illegal drugs, abuse of accreditation zone privileges), the party is liable to have their Accreditation temporarily or permanently withdrawn. 2.3 If an Accredited Party, through their negligence or willful intent, causes damage or loss involving injury or damage to facilities or impairs safety, IDI may withdraw their Accreditation temporarily or permanently. 2.4 If an Accredited Party fails to comply with terms of entry into the Venues or the Event, IDI may withdraw their Accreditation temporarily or permanently. 2.5 By submitting this Accreditation application form, Applicants agree to screening by relevant authorities which may include: police checks as deemed appropriate by IDI, ICC and/or CSA and Criminal Bureau checks if relevant. Applicants also agree to the findings of such screening being shared for security, disciplinary and administration purposes between IDI, ICC and CSA and with third parties including: Venue(s), relevant investigatory or regulatory bodies, national and international governing bodies in sport, professional advisers and any other person affected by, or likely to be affected by, a request for Accreditation being granted or rejected or a granted Accreditation being suspended or withdrawn. 3. Accreditation not Transferable The Applicant and their employer (if any) acknowledge that any Accreditation granted in respect of the Applicant is personal to the Accredited Party and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person. The Accreditation remains the property of IDI at all times and shall be returned on request. 4. Grant of Request 4.1 IDI may grant or reject the request for Accreditation in its absolute discretion and, if granted, may impose such further terms and conditions as it sees fit. Once granted, IDI may revoke Accreditation at any time in its absolute discretion without providing reasons and without being liable to compensate the Applicant, Accredited Party, their employer or any other person or entity. It is envisaged by IDI that revocation of Accreditation would only occur in very serious circumstances.

3 4.2 IDI, or its representative, may ask an Applicant or Accredited Party to substantiate the work being undertaken at the Event by requesting the Applicant or Accredited Party to provide evidence of their work. If requested, this evidence must be provided as soon as is practicable and no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours after the initial request. Should this material not be provided, IDI may withdraw or refuse Accreditation. 5. Supporting Letter To be considered for Accreditation, the Applicant may be asked toprovide a letter from their employer to support their application. This letter must contain the contact details, including address and telephone number, of the editor of the Permitted Publication concerned. Where necessary, IDI may contact the editor to confirm support of this application. 6. Conduct Applicants and Accredited Parties agree to conduct themselves in a way that will not bring the Event, the ICC, IDI or CSA or the game of cricket into disrepute or ridicule. The Applicant agrees not to interfere with other media, spectators, rights holders, players, teams or play at the Event. The Accredited Parties agree to comply at all times with all rules and regulations imposed and in force at each Venue from time to time. 7. Anti-corruption The Applicant acknowledges that the ICC has policies and procedures in place to eradicate conduct of a corrupt nature which is prejudicial to the interests of the game of cricket. By completing this application, Applicants and Accredited Parties agree that any information which they receive on the basis of an Accreditation shall be for the sole purpose of media reporting or conducting other legitimate Event business. The information obtained through obtaining Accreditation shall not be used or disclosed by an Accredited Party for the purposes of obtaining financial gain or the creation or collection of data, whether directly or indirectly, for the purpose of gambling, betting, gaming or any other form of financial speculation. 8. Collection of Accreditation Device Please note that Accreditation Devices may only be collected in person by the Accredited Party and not by a representative of the Applicant or Accredited Party unless otherwise advised by IDI or CSA. Proof of identity on collection of the Accreditation Device in the form of photo ID will be required and a copy of the ID documentation will be made. 9. Use of Accreditation Device IDI reserves the right to amend or limit an Accreditation and will notify the Accredited Party accordingly. IDI will provide the Accredited Party with one Accreditation Device which must be clearly displayed at all times once inside the Venue. This Accreditation Device is personal and non-transferable. Each Accredited Party is permitted access to the Venue(s) only for the duration of each Match and to Zone(s) indicated on the respective Accreditation Device. The Accreditation Device can be collected upon presentation of a valid 3 photo ID (national identity card or passport). Upon collection of the Accreditation Device, the Accredited Party must sign a separate form to confirm receipt of the Accreditation Device and agreement to these Accreditation Terms and Conditions. 10. Lost or stolen Accreditation Devices If the Accreditation Device is lost or stolen, IDI shall, at its sole discretion, decide whether a new Accreditation Device is to be issued. This requires the Accredited Party to adhere to the following procedure: Any theft or loss must be reported to the police within 24 hours after its detection; and The issued theft or loss notification must be presented at the Accreditation centre. IDI is not obliged to issue a new Accreditation Device. 11. Safety, Security and ID Access to a Venue shall only be granted upon presentation of a valid Accreditation Device and, upon request by the security staff involved in the security check, a national identity card or passport. When present at a Venue, the Accredited Party must clearly display the Accreditation Device at all times and always carry a valid national identity card or passport. In order to remain at the Venue, the Accredited Party must comply with the safety and security provisions set out in these Accreditation Terms and Conditions as well as any safety and security regulations applicable at the Venue. 12. Limitation of Liability All Accredited Parties acknowledge that they shall move in and around a Venue at their own risk. In the event of the occurrence of an incident which causes damage or loss involving injury causing death, bodily injury or (iii) permanent damage to health, ICC, IDI and/or CSA shall only be liable if any of their authorised representatives or agents caused such damage or loss through their negligence. In respect of all other incidents causing damage or loss, neither ICC nor IDI nor CSA shall be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Accredited Party. 13. Access refusal Access to a Venue will be refused to any person noticeably under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any behaviour-modifying substance, or to any person behaving or likely to behave violently, harmfully or in a manner contrary to public order. Furthermore, access will be refused to any person whose appearance or behaviour negatively affects the public standing of the Event, IDI, ICC or CSA. 14. ICC Anti-Racism Policy All Accredited Parties acknowledge that they shall abide by the terms of the ICC Anti-Racism Policy (available for review on the ICC website). Racially abusive comments and actions will result in Accreditation being withdrawn, ejection from the Venue and possible further action such as criminal prosecution, identification by way of photographing

4 and/or capturing by video camera of the images of such persons and life-bans being imposed on such persons. 15. Restrictions All persons at the Venue are strictly prohibited from using, possessing or holding promotional or commercial, political, religious or racist objects and materials, offering to sell, selling or possessing with intent to sell, goods such as drinks, food, souvenirs, clothes, promotional and/or commercial items, unless approved in advance by IDI or CSA in writing. All such items may be removed or temporarily confiscated by employees or agents of CSA, Venue stewards and/or any other duly authorised persons. 16. Ownership of Accreditation Devices All Accreditation Devices remain the property of IDI and shall, upon request by IDI or by a person authorised by IDI, be returned immediately to IDI (or to the duly authorised person). 17. Sale or Transfer of Accreditation ACCREDITED PARTIES MAY NOT SELL OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR ACCREDITATION OR USE THEIR ACCREDITATION JOINTLY WITH THIRD PARTIES. ACCREDITATION DEVICES MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY KIND OF COMMERCIAL PURPOSE. 18. Security 18.1 Accredited Parties must follow the directions of the security personnel and all those duly authorised persons to give such directions at the Venue. Each Accredited Party is obliged to: (iii) (iv) show the valid Accreditation Device and national identity card or passport upon demand; submit to body searches and searches of any bags or other containers on the Accredited Party s person; consent to the confiscation of prohibited items; and follow all other instructions of stewards, safety personnel, and/or any other duly authorised persons. Accredited Parties shall be obliged, upon request, to give an explanation as to how, from whom and from where their Accreditation Devices have been obtained The following is a non-exhaustive list of items which Accredited Parties are forbidden to use, possess, hold or bring into a Venue, without the specific written permission of IDI and/or CSA: Prohibited items Illegal drugs or narcotics Cans (soft drinks and alcohol) Animals (except guide dogs) Air horns Video Cameras Tripods IDI and the CSA reserve the right to refuse entry to any person carrying any other items or substances that may be deemed to be offensive, disruptive, dangerous or likely to infringe any party's rights or any party s safety or security or any dangerous article or substance not referred to above. * Items marked with an asterisk do have certain exceptions see authorised list below. Authorised Items: Personal (folding) umbrellas Fold-up chairs Cooler bags/ boxes Own foodstuff (with plastic cutlery) Soft drinks/ water in plastic bottles Flasks Still Cameras for recreational and personal non-commercial use only Balls, bats, Frisbees Flags and banners provided that, in the opinion of the CSA, Venue stewards and/or any other duly authorized persons they are not vulgar, political, racial, discriminatory, sexual in nature, or display advertising which may in any way impinge or will be in conflict with the rights of the partners/sponsors/suppliers/ vendors of the event (in any language) or deemed to be offensive or impact on the view of other spectators. Any sticks may not protrude more than a hand s breadth below the flag Small radios, CD/ DVD players Glass containers: Perfume, prescription medication or insect repellent bottles only Aerosol deodorant, medication or insect repellent only Cigarette lighters/ matches All decisions regarding any items carried by any Accredited Party at the Venue shall be at the absolute discretion of the stewards, safety personnel, and/or any other duly authorised persons Unless otherwise authorised by IDI, the following conduct is prohibited at a Venue: (iii) Any promotional or commercial activity, without the prior written approval of IDI; Throwing, casting, thrusting or firing any objects; Use of signal whistles, air horns or other items that cause a disturbing noise; Firearms, weapons, knives and imitation weapons Fireworks, explosives, flammable items * Mace/ gas containers * Glass bottles or containers * Alcohol 4 (iv) Acting in a violent way, instigating any violence, racism or xenophobia or behaving in a way that others may interpret as provocative, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive;

5 (v) (vi) (vii) (viii) (ix) (x) Expressing national, political, religious, ethnic and/or racial ideas or pursuits; Creating any threat to the life or safety of themselves or others, or harming another person in any way whatsoever; Selling beverages, food, souvenirs and/or clothing items without the permission of IDI; Accessing any Zone(s) to which the Accredited Party does not have the right to access; Damaging persons or goods; Accessing restricted areas or entering or leaving the Venue via paths laid aside for an easy exit in the event of danger, such as entrances, stairs, landings. 19. Sound and Image Recordings 19.1 Any Accredited Party attending a Venue agrees (to the extent permitted by applicable laws) that the Event is a public event and thus agrees that use may be made, free of charge, of their name, voice, image and likeness by means of live or recorded audio/video display, broadcast or other transmission or recording, photographs or any other current and/or future media technologies The provisions of this part do not apply to the representatives of authorised media licensees (e.g. television broadcasters, new media licensees) of the Event. Such media licensees are requested to refer to their agreements with IDI and/or EML and/or any other IDI media rights holder and other applicable documentation issued from time to time by IDI and/or EML and/or any other IDI media rights holder with respect to the terms and conditions applying to the use of sound and images from the Matches Except as permitted in accordance with the terms of the Accreditation below, each Applicant and Accredited Party is prohibited from: recording, broadcasting or transmitting or assisting any person to record, broadcast or transmit, by any means whatsoever (including, without limitation, radio, television, over the internet or by way of mobile telephone or other mobile device, modem or other form of technology), any moving images, pictures, sounds (including, without limitation, commentary), data, results, scores or commentary of or concerning any of the Matches, or the Venues, attendees or any activity at any Match without the prior written consent of IDI; selling, licensing, distributing or otherwise publishing, disseminating or reproducing for a commercial purpose, whether in whole or in part, any recordings taken or made inside a Venue (including, without limitation, photographs, video recordings or sound recordings) without the prior written consent of IDI; and (iii) creating or developing data or statistics for any purposes other than for bona fide news reporting purposes The Applicant, Accredited Party and their employer (if any) must not (either together or separately): sell, assign, transfer or license the copyright in photographs taken at the Venues other than to another media organisation (and then always on the strict condition that such media organisation undertakes to only use the photograph for editorial purposes and undertakes not to sell-on or sublicense the copyright in such photographs, which condition shall be strictly enforced by the Accredited Party and their employer); or publish, disseminate or reproduce such photographs other than for editorial purposes (such as publication in the news section of a newspaper) For the avoidance of doubt, ball-by-ball and/or over-by-over updates (whether live, deferred or delayed) for transmission via the radio, the internet or via any form of mobile device (including, without limitation, mobile telephones) or other related devices from within the Venues are strictly prohibited. IDI may in its sole discretion revoke the Accreditation of any Accredited Party and/or their employer offering and/or undertaking the same off-tube from outside the Venues No Accreditation is available for any party seeking to distribute moving images, pictures, sounds, data, results, scores or commentary via a mobile telephony protocol or otherwise via a mobile device Applicants, Accredited Parties and their employers (if any) acknowledge and agree that all commercial rights in respect of the Event (or any match thereof) are (as between the parties) the property of IDI Applicants, Accredited Parties and their employers may only use trademarks, logos emblems and marks associated with the Event in accordance with the guidelines issued by IDI, unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by IDI. Accredited Parties shall not use tickets or Accreditations for the Event in any manner or engage (either by themselves or with any third party) in any marketing, promotional or any other activities associated with the Event which could result in themselves or any third party or third party s products, being associated with the Event, without the prior written approval of IDI Applicants, Accredited Parties and their employers may not use trademarks, logos emblems and marks owned by CSA unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by CSA. Accredited Parties shall not use tickets or Accreditations for the Event in any manner or engage (either by themselves or with any third party) in any marketing, promotional or any other activities associated with the Event which could result in themselves or any third party or third party s products, being associated with CSA, without the prior written approval of CSA. 5

6 20. Consequences of Breach of Accreditation Terms and Conditions: 20.1 Any Accredited Party whose actions are inconsistent with, or whose Accreditation Device has not been obtained in accordance with, these Accreditation Terms and Conditions may be refused entry to a Venue and/or a Zone or may be expelled from a Venue and/or Zone a which they have accessed and the relevant Accreditation Device may be confiscated Where IDI or CSA has reasonable grounds to believe that an Accredited Party has not complied with these Accreditation Terms and Conditions, the Accreditation Device of such Accredited Party may be confiscated and rendered invalid It is not possible to re-apply for Accreditation once it has been withdrawn IDI and CSA reserve the right to pursue other legal remedies against any such Accredited Party at its sole discretion. 21. Unforeseen Circumstances IDI reserves the right to make alterations to the time, date and place of the Event and/or Matches due to unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances include, without limitation, force majeure, safety and security concerns and decisions of any competent authority. 22. Severability and Amendments In the event that any provision(s) of these Accreditation Terms and Conditions are declared void, ineffective or unenforceable by any competent court, the remainder of these Accreditation Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect as if such void, ineffective or unenforceable provision(s) had not been contained therein. SPECIFIC ACCREDITATION WRITTEN PRESS 1. The Applicant and their employer acknowledge and reporting in Permitted Publications a description of the status and/or outcome of those matches. of all other media, including, without limitation, internet, radio, television and photography and applications are not transferable, provided that, where an Applicant performs a dual function they may apply for Accreditation in respect of each function and these Accreditation Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of each such function. 6 NON-RIGHTS HOLDING INTERNET 1. The Applicant and the employer acknowledge and reporting on the news-related internet sites of a Permitted Publication a description of the status and/or outcome of those matches, provided always, that such reporting does not constitute ball-by-ball or over-byover updates live, deferred or delayed. The Applicant and their employer, in any event, acknowledge and agree that the News Access Regulations attached hereto apply. of all other media, including, without limitation, print media, radio, television and photography and applications are not transferable, provided that, where an Applicant performs a dual function they may apply for Accreditation in respect of each function and these Accreditation Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of each such function. NON-RIGHTS HOLDING RADIO 1. The Applicant and their employer acknowledge and effecting the transmission by radio of verbal reports as to the status or results of each Match, provided always, that no more than 2 (two) minutes of verbal updates/reports that do not constitute live commentary may be transmitted from the relevant Venue by any means during any single hour of play. The Applicant and their employer, in any event, acknowledge and agree that the News Access Regulations attached hereto apply. of all other media, including, without limitation, print media, internet, television and photography and applications are not transferable provided that where an Applicant performs a dual function they may apply for Accreditation in respect of each function and these Accreditation Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of each such function. NON-RIGHTS HOLDING TELEVISION 1. The Applicant and their employer acknowledge and reporting the status and/or outcome of each Match on free-to-air or pay television, provided always that no recordings, broadcasts, narrowcasts or other transmissions of sound, data and/or images are made or taken from inside the relevant Venue on Match days. The Applicant and their employer, in any event, acknowledge and agree that the News Access Regulations attached hereto apply. reporting on participating teams/events around the Event on non-match days. Coverage on non-match days (including player interviews, warm up and training sessions and player diaries) shall not involve coverage

7 on an extended live basis (meaning for this purpose more than 20 minutes of continuous coverage). All such coverage will be from a Zone. The Applicant and their employer, in any event, acknowledge and agree that the News Access Regulations attached hereto apply. 3. The Applicant and their employer acknowledge and of all other media, including, without limitation, print media, internet, radio and photography and applications are not transferable provided that where an Applicant performs a dual function they may apply for Accreditation in respect of each function and these Accreditation Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of each such function. PHOTOGRAPHERS IDI reserves the right to appoint official photographers for all ICC events. NON RIGHTS HOLDING 1. The Applicant and their employer acknowledge and taking photographs inside the Venues for editorial purposes. of all other media, including, without limitation, print media, internet, radio and television and applications are not transferable provided that where an Applicant performs a dual function he may apply for Accreditation in respect of each function and these Accreditation Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of each such function. organised prior to the commencement of the Matches on 18 th September 2009, any press conference, interviews, training sessions, warm-up matches and competitive matches, the opening ceremony, any post match presentations and the closing ceremony, and/or other events/functions which are organised under the auspices of ICC, CSA and/or the local organising committee of the Event, other than what is allowable under these News Access Regulations. These News Access Regulations are subject to applicable national laws and regulations. The Accreditation of any person(s) accredited at the Event may be withdrawn without notice or reason, at the discretion of IDI in consultation with CSA, for the purposes of ensuring compliance with these News Access Regulations. 1. Event material may only be used in regularly scheduled bona fide daily news programmes/bulletins (specifically excluding any magazine, analysis, feature and/or discussion programmes) of which the actual local, regional, national or international current hard news elements constitute the main feature of the programmes. Such programmes may not be positioned or promoted as Event programmes. 2. Non-rights holders are permitted solely to report in newspapers or magazines a description of the status and outcomes of Matches. 3. Non-rights holders may not make available or provide Event material to any third party without the prior written consent of the ICC. 4. Non-rights holders may not infringe, or facilitate the infringement of, the rights of any party officially associated with the Event and in this regard the nonrights holders may not, without limitation: This information will be stored on an ICC database and the address provided will be used to disseminate tournament-related information before and during the Event. Should the Applicant have any queries regarding the capture, storage and use of personal information by the ICC, they should the query to: icc@icc-cricket.com. In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Accreditation process the governing law shall be English law. ICC CHAMPIONS TROPHY 2009 NEWS ACCESS REGULATIONS No television, radio, internet or other inter-active or electronic media broadcaster other than an official licensed broadcaster appointed by ICC or EML may broadcast, transmit and/or stream sound or images or a combination of them anywhere in the world of the Event, including, without limitation, any event/function 7 (iii) (iv) place any advertising or other commercial message before, during or after the broadcast, transmission or streaming of the Event material, in such a manner as to imply an association or connection between any third party, or third party s products or services, and the Event; and/or alter or add to Event material so as to remove, change or obscure any advertising or other commercial messages appearing in the Event material e.g. by way of on-ground signage. Television & Internet rules particular to broadcasters of visual and audio-visual recordings 5. Unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws or regulations in the country of transmission, no more than 90 seconds of footage per Match may be featured in any single news programme/bulletin, AND any such

8 footage featured in single news programme/bulletin may not be shown during the live broadcast of the Match from which the footage has been obtained. Access to this footage (if the Match is televised) is available via ICC s News Access Licensee for the Event. without equipment, to the applicable media centres at each Venue. Non-rights holders may not originate or broadcast, transmit or stream any audio programming from a Venue. 6. Non-rights holding television and internet broadcasters, provided they hold proper Accreditation, will have access, with equipment, to official post-match press conferences held at designated areas within the Venues only, as well as access, without equipment, to the applicable media centres at each Venue. Non-rights holders may not originate or broadcast, transmit and/or stream any audio, visual and/or audio-visual programming from the Venues on Match days. Equipment and cameras of non-rights holders are not allowed into Venues for any purpose except recording the press conferences on Match days. No recording/filming is allowed at the Venues even after the post-match presentations except in designated press conference areas. 7. Save as set out above non rights holders shall have no further access within any Venue with equipment, including, without limitation, for the purposes of conducting interviews or otherwise on Match days. Where non-rights holders require access to, for example, Match footage for incorporation in their news programmes/bulletins as set out herein, they must seek access to the same only from the ICC s News Access Licensee for the Event. 8. Non-rights holding television and internet broadcasters, provided they hold proper Accreditation, will have access, with equipment, to Venues for the sole purpose of reporting on participating teams/events around the Event on non-match days. Coverage on non-match days (including player interviews, warm up and training sessions and player diaries) shall not involve coverage on an extended live basis (meaning, for this purpose, more than 20 minutes of continuous coverage). All such coverage will be from a Zone. 9. For the avoidance of any doubt, only ICC and EML cameras and equipment are allowed into the Venues for the purposes of recording live action of, and other activity surrounding, any Match. Special rules and restrictions apply to rights holders. Radio & Internet rules particular to broadcasters of audio / sound recordings 10. For all territories, no more than two (2) minutes of Event material may be featured in any single news programme/bulletin per transmission hour. 11. Non-rights holding radio and internet (audio and text) broadcasters may not broadcast ball-by-ball commentary or analogous coverage of the Event, whether on a live or delayed basis, or any other material obtained from within the Venue on Match days, including interviews, except with respect to official press conferences, 12. Non-rights holding radio and internet (audio and text only) broadcasters provided they hold proper Accreditation, will have access, with equipment, to official post-match press conferences held at designated areas within the Venues, as well as access, 8
