Masco Cabinetry products displayed in dealer s showroom in compliance with Masco Cabinetry expectations. Masco Cabinetry Advertising Fund ( Fund ) Fund will be available for use during the Program Period beginning January Merillat Basics, and WoodStar product lines are not included in Fund calculation, but Fund can be used to purchase advertising materials for these product lines. Arbor Creek product line is no longer available and is not included in any programs. Purchases made on accounts designated as a Project Account are not included in Fund calculation. Funds remaining at end of Program Period expire on 1/31/18 and do not roll over. The Advertising & Marketing Fund will be combined with the Display Allowance into One Fund. Funds may be used for either program within the program terms & conditions at the Dealer's discretion. Gross Purchases Gross Purchases is defined as the sum of invoices for Masco Cabinetry Products including and limited to KraftMaid, KraftMaid Vantage, KraftMaidONE, Merillat Masterpiece, Merillat Classic, Merillat Express, and QualityCabinets. Existing Dealer Fund Calculation For all dealers with an active Masco Cabinetry account by May 31, 2016, Fund will be calculated based on qualifying Masco Cabinetry Gross Purchases from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016 and dealer segmentation in 2016 (qualifying Masco Cabinetry "Gross Purchases" x applicable percentage). 2 New Dealer Fund Calculation New Dealers (Dealer Appointment Letter signed after May 31, 2016) will receive a Start-Up Fund based upon agreed upon segmentation for Program Period. Fund will be calculated by multiplying the applicable Segment Per Month Allowance by the number of full months remaining in the calendar year in which the Dealer Appointment Letter was signed. The calculation will be based on the date the new Dealer Appointment Letter is executed for new Masco Cabinetry Dealers. Segment Elite Priority Advantage Per Month Allowance $2,000 $500 $100 General Terms All advertising must comply with the appropriate Masco Cabinetry product Brand Standards located at or on the brand business website. Logos, product names, registered trademarks, illustrations, and photos must comply with Masco Cabinetry usage guidelines located at or on the brand business website. Ads must be in good taste and reflect favorably on Masco Cabinetry and its Brand Standards. Products depicted in ads must be used in a safe and proper manner. It is the Dealer s responsibility to ensure all advertisements comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Items not specifically included as Qualifying Media (listed on Attachment A) must have prior written approval to be eligible for reimbursement. Prior written approval can be submitted three ways. Be sure to include a sample of the media with your pre-approval request. 1. the sample to dap@mascocabinetry.com. 2. 3 Claims, Reimbursement & Payment Terms Claim submittals must include the following Required Documentation ( Required Documentation ): Completed Claim Reimbursement Form, prior written approval from Masco Cabinetry for items not specifically included as Qualifying Media (when applicable), media invoice, and proof of purchase. Proof of performance may be requested during the claim audit process. If proof of performance is not received upon request, claim may be denied at Masco Cabinetry s discretion. Media containing non-masco Cabinetry product lines will be reviewed and approved for reimbursement based on the percentage of the media dedicated to Masco Cabinetry products. Claims must not be used as the basis for a deduction from any merchandise invoice. There are four Claim Submittal options, which include: 1. Complete the online Claim Reimbursement Form available at or and attach the Required Documentation. 2. Fax the Claim Reimbursement Form (Attachment B) and Required Documentation to or the Claim Reimbursement Form (Attachment B) and Required Documentation to MascoCabinetry@acbcoop.com 4. Mail the Claim Reimbursement Form (Attachment B) and Required Documentation to Masco Cabinetry Advertising & Marketing Fund The Advertising Checking Bureau P.O. Box 1919 Memphis, TN All claims must be submitted within 45 days of the date of purchase except for purchases made during the month of December, which must be submitted no later than January 31 of the next calendar year. Claims submitted without all Required Documentation will be considered incomplete and will not be reimbursed. Incomplete claims will be returned to Dealer with an Audit Request Letter describing Required Documentation missing. Incomplete claims may be updated and resubmitted with the Required Documentation for reimbursement no later than January 31 of the next calendar year. Payments for claims approved for reimbursement will be paid via credit memo to the bill to account indicated on the Claim Reimbursement Form; if an incorrect bill to account number is provided claims will be rejected or delayed. 4 Additional Terms Masco Cabinetry may restrict, limit, suspend, or terminate a dealer s participation in the Program if Dealer fails to meet any of the Program Qualifications or Terms during the course of this Program. Masco Cabinetry may at its discretion revoke dealer s access to the System and/or Fund if dealer files false or duplicate claims, intentionally abuses this program or if our relationship is terminated. Masco Cabinetry may amend the terms of this Program or may terminate or cancel this Program at any time. This program replaces any and all previously-approved Co-Op Advertising Policies, Co-Op Advertising & Display Programs and Advertising and Marketing Programs. Dealer s outstanding invoices from Masco Cabinetry and from all other Masco Corporation subsidiaries and affiliates must be current as of December 31 of the Program Period to earn any incentive under the Program. Marketing/ Internet Advertisements Messages, Newsletters & Templates. Banner Ads, Interactive Multi-Media, Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimization. Logo Items Binders, Cup Holders, Golf Balls, T-shirts, etc. Masco Cabinetry Literature All Product Lines; Catalogs. 50% reimbursement via credit memo. 100% auto deduction of available fund balance from fund when literature is purchased on e-shopping cart. Point of Purchase Materials (In-store Materials) Collateral and Indoor Signage. Print Media Newspaper, Magazines, Circulars, Inserts Phone Books & Business Directories Yellow Pages and similar local directories.
