Catapult will work closely with District and private school staff in the identification of eligible students, alignment of instructional content and practices, and evaluation of student achievement. The fee for instructional services shall be governed by the private schools earned Title I allocations under current federal law and regulations. Total costs will be based on the fee for services plus allowable administrative costs. Catapult Learning, LLC must state the hourly rate for instructional services, which shall include Tutor salaries and fringe benefits, classroom materials and supplies, etc. The hourly fee for services must be allinclusive; there shall be no additional charge for mileage, lunchtime, instructional materials and supplies, or any other cost. Administrative costs in addition to the fee for services are currently capped at 10% of the fee for services. Administrative costs may include but are not limited to the project manager s salary and fringe benefits, training costs, office space, clerical support, travel in support of the contract, etc. All fees and costs will be itemized on each monthly invoice with appropriate documentation as stipulated by the District. 2 It is the recommendation of Teresa Wright, Director of Early Childhood & Title l, and Dan Keane Title l Coordinator, to approve the attached agreement with Catapult Learning, LLC in the amount of $1,500,000. Request authority for the Office of Purchasing Services to renew the contract for one additional two-year period. Contract renewal shall be contingent upon the Office of Title l request for continuation of services and annual contract review. 7 Catapult Learning Proposal to Provide Third Party Tutoring Services Title I TAB 6 FEE SCHEDULE The fee schedule proposed for the services as outlined in this Request for Proposal and clarified through addenda. List any relevant services that are within the scope of services outlined in this solicitation. The fee for instructional services shall be governed by the private schools earned Title I allocations under current federal law and regulations. The allocations of participating private schools for the school year are shown in Attachment M. Total costs will be based on the fee for services plus allowable administrative costs.
