The expected attendance is 1500 people. Please join us for a day of fun and a plate of that famous Southern chicken and rice recipe, chicken pilau. There will be arts and crafts vendors, activities for children, and musical entertainment throughout the day 1

2 General Rules & Information The Springtime Tallahassee Fall Festival will be held on November 15, 2015, from 1:00 pm 6:00 pm at Cascades Park in Tallahassee. Booth space is limited. Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until October 30, 2015 Booth payment must be paid in full and included with this application. A $25 NSF (Non sufficient funds) fee will be assessed for returned checks. Booth cancellations are non-refundable after October 30, Vendor fees will not be refunded if the festival must be cancelled due to inclement weather, acts of God, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by Springtime Tallahassee. All booths are outdoors and are assigned based on vendor category. Booth set up begins at 10:00 am, November 15, Booths must be set up by noon and disassembled by 7:00 pm. All vehicles will be required to park in a designated parking area. You will receive an acceptance letter with booth information by in late October. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Florida sales tax. Vendors supply their own booth, tables, chairs, and small tents, no larger than 10 x 10. All vendor tents must be properly secured and weighted down for the safety of all patrons. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card (Visa and Master Card accepted). Make checks and money orders payable to Springtime Tallahassee. 2

Art and Craft vendors will be accepted based on creativity, appropriateness, and quality. All items for sale must be listed on this application. Items will be subject to acceptance prior to the Fall Festival. Vendors must offer all patrons sales receipts with contact name and phone number clearly stamped or printed on the sales receipt. No generators are permitted in the venue. All vendors must return a signed General Release Form with application including one witness signature (does not have to be notarized). 5 GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT SPRINGTIME TALLAHASSEE INC. does NOT provide liability insurance for the protection of persons, vendors, entertainers, merchants, organizations, spectators or others who participate in any of the official Springtime Tallahassee events. In consideration of participating in a Springtime Tallahassee event, I,, an authorized representative of, do hereby release and forever discharge SPRINGTIME TALLAHASSEE and its members, officers, employees, agents, servants, and sponsors for any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by me or my organization in consequence of participating in the SPRINGTIME TALLAHASSEE event. This release extends to, applies to, covers and includes all known, unknown, disclosed, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, losses and liabilities, and the consequences thereof, notwithstanding the provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or statute to the contrary. Such provisions are hereby expressly waived. It is further understood and agreed that my participation in the Springtime Tallahassee event is not to be construed as an admission of liability or the assumption of any responsibility by SPRINGTIME TALLAHASSEE and its members, officers, employees, agents, servants and sponsors for the personal acts or omissions by me or those of my organization. I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executor, administrators, and assigns to indemnify SPRINGTIME TALLAHASEE and its members, officers, employees, agents, servants and sponsors, jointly and severally and hold harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, demands and liabilities, loss damages and expense of whatever kind or nature, including attorney fees, which may at any time be incurred by reason of my participation in the Springtime Tallahassee event. Springtime Tallahassee Inc., The City of Tallahassee, and The Tallahassee Police Department reserve the right to remove any misrepresented or inappropriate material or persons from the venue. Non-compliance with Springtime Tallahassee regulations will result in forfeit of booth and immediate closure by Springtime Tallahassee, Inc.
