2 No open flame, unprotected candles are permitted within the Banquet Hall facility. Candles must be of the battery type. Birthday cakes are the only exception to this rule. If a buffet table is required, please use plastic or cloth table cloths (not paper) for the chafing servers with the use of Sterno cans. If setup involves the use of decorations, please be aware that tape will damage the wall paper. Do not use pins, tacks, staples, duct tape, packaging tape, or anything which will damage the walls or wallpaper surfaces. Decorations may be hung from the ceilings or lighting fixtures, as long as there is no damage to the ceiling tiles. A TBBH representative will be onsite during setup and available to assist with setup. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Please do not attempt to bring these items into the Hall. If you do, some of, if not all of, your security deposit will be required to properly clean the Hall carpet. Keep in mind that we do recycle. Please use the blue recycling containers for recycling materials, which include cans, bottles of any type, and paper materials without food residue. A maximum of two hours will be allotted for event setup. Any time required past these two hours will be up to the discretion of the TBBH representative supervising the event setup. You will not be charged for setup time. Cleanup: You, the Client, are responsible for the clean-up of the Hall, which includes the following: a) Stack the chairs on the tables b) Vacuum the floors and carpets (Vacuums supplied) c) Collect the garbage and put in the dumpster (Garbage bags & dumpster supplied) d) Collect recyclables and put them the recyclable dumpster (Garbage bags & recyclable dumpster supplied) e) Clean the bathrooms (Cleaning supplies provided) f) Remove all decorations Overall, please leave the Banquet Hall as you found it. If you, the Client, would like TBBH to clean up after the event, an additional $150 fee is required at the time of the security deposit so that we may schedule the appropriate staff. Failure to supply the cleaning fee defaults to you, the Client, cleaning up after the event. Please be respectful of our facility.
