INTRODUCTION Rift Broker Limited (the "Company", "we", "our", "us" or "RiftFX"), operating under the trading name RiftFX, located at 4th Floor Diamond Trust Building, Plot 17/19, Kampala Road, Kampala Uganda. 2. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY 2.1. Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Business Terms and Policies, the offer is available to RiftFX Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer ("Eligible Clients") as set out in the following sections The "100 Dollar Bonus" may be offered by RiftFX from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts with RiftFX, in cases where such clients are referred to RiftFX via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that RiftFX may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites RiftFX, at its reasonable discretion, offers the "100 Dollar Bonus" to any Client(s) and/or any countries / regions as it deems appropriate and for as long as RiftFX deems to provide it Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the "100 Dollar Bonus" Participation of "Intermediaries/Related Parties" in the "100 Dollar Bonus" is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the "100 Dollar Bonus" corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the "100 Dollar Bonus", RiftFX reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For these purposes, the term "Intermediary(ies)/Related Party(ies)", when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the "100 Dollar Bonus", including, without limitation: a. family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants; b. any person or entity, who/which: i. any participant in the "100 Dollar Bonus" directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls; ii. is controlled by any participant in the ""100 Dollar Bonus"; or iii. is under common control of any participant in the "100 Dollar Bonus". For purposes of this definition, the term "control" (including, with correlative meaning, the terms "controlled by" and "under common control with"), as used with respect to any participant in

3 the "100 Dollar Bonus", shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with RiftFX and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which RiftFX may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the "100 Dollar Bonus" is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer. 3. SPECIFIC "100 DOLLAR BONUS" TERMS 3.1. Eligible Clients, who meet the criteria set out below are able to receive Bonuses equal to: a. If the Eligible Client made minimum 500 USD deposit (or currency equivalent) to a RiftFX MT4 account RiftFX gives 100 USD bonus deposit to the same account, b. To withdraw the 100 USD bonus given by RiftFX trader has to make 5 standard lot forex transactions within the first three month after deposit. 4. GENERAL TERMS 4.1. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before any bonus is added to the account of an Eligible Client who meets all of the criteria set out in these terms The 100 Dollar Bonus applies to all clients who open real Account with RiftFX in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms & Conditions, and granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. This means that you will be able to keep any winnings, but the granted bonus amount will remain part of your tradable balance in your account until the first withdrawal is made by you (see below) Any withdrawal of funds from an Eligible Client's real Account with RiftFX will immediately nullify all previously awarded Bonus and will cause all previously awarded Bonus to be withdrawn from the respective Eligible Client's real Account with RiftFX, i.e. once the first withdrawal has been made by you, the bonus amount will be lost Bonuses cannot be transferred between, or from, Eligible Clients real trading Accounts with RiftFX. In the event of internal transfers between trading Accounts with RiftFX, the bonus previously credited to an Eligible Client's sending account will be not moved into the receiving account. No new / additional bonuses will be credited upon internal transfer to receiving account. The full amount of bonus will

4 be deducted from the sending account and will not be credited into the receiving account and therefore the full amount of bonus will be nullified RiftFX reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to: a. decline registration of any participant in the 100 Dollar Bonus ; and b. disqualify any participant in the 100 Dollar Bonus who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the operation of the 100 Dollar Bonus, or breaches these terms and/or any of the RiftFX Business Terms and Policies set out on RiftFX s website. Under no circumstances shall RiftFX be liable for any consequences of any bonus cancellation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out RiftFX reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to alter, amend or terminate the 100 Dollar Bonus, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. RiftFX posts any such changes on RiftFX s website. It is recommended that participants in the 100 Dollar Bonus consult these Terms & Conditions on RiftFX s website regularly Please note that taking part in the 100 Dollar Bonus and / or continued use of the RiftFX website and the services offered by RiftFX constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes Any indication or suspicion, in the Company s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including, but not limited to, a participant's trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the Credit Bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a Bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited bonuses of the Eligible Client s real trading Accounts with RiftFX and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses in that Account. In these circumstances, RiftFX reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to: a. close (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client's real trading Account(s) with RiftFX; b. suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client s real trading Account(s) with RiftFX; c. cancel all orders; and d. annul all profits; of such a participant. In these circumstances, RiftFX shall not be liable for any consequences of the bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

In the event that Account becomes inactive, all previously awarded Bonus(es) will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Client's real Account with RiftFX No partner s commissions are paid for trading on Bonus funds Taking part in the 100 Dollar Bonus constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the Business Terms and Policies set forth on RiftFX s website Clients may opt-out from the 100 Dollar Bonus whenever they wish. Please send your request at the following address: info@riftfx.com and the relevant department will process your request and inform you accordingly The 100 Dollar Bonus is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the 100 Dollar Bonus is mentioned to be a part If any of 100 Dollar Bonus terms were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency. RISK WARNING It is important that Eligible Clients are aware that their risks of loss are not limited to their deposit(s) and that by making a qualifying trade it is possible to lose an amount which is more than the deposit.
