1 Tour Conditions [Application-Based Planned Tours Within Japan] 1. Tour Planning, Operation, and Sales Travel Business No Registered by the Governor of Tokyo Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus Co., Ltd Miyasaka, Setagaya, Tokyo Member of All Nippon Travel Agents Association 2. This tour is an application-based planned tour, planned and operated by Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus Co. Ltd. (henceforth "our company"). Customers applying for the tour enter into an application-based planned travel contract (henceforth "travel contract") with our company. 3. In the event that a travel contract is formed, this document becomes part of the contract document issued in accordance with the provisions of passage 5 of Article 12 of the Travel Agency Law. 4. Minimum Number of Passengers The minimum number of passengers will be listed on the application advertisement. The tour may be cancelled in the event that the number of passengers does not reach this number. Should this happen, all parties will be notified four days or more prior to the tour's starting date. 5. Tour Guides Tour guides will not be provided. The crew (our employees) will inform you of meeting times, etc. 6. Included in the Ticket Costs Fees for transportation specified in the itinerary, tour administration fees and consumption tax 7. Application Conditions (1) One or more persons may apply. (2) If a child under three years of age is to use a seat, a child's ticket price (four years of age to elementary school age) is to be paid. (3) Please tell us if you are in poor health and/or are physically impaired. We may decline your application should we decide that your participation will hinder the tour or group activities. (4) Please tell us when applying if you require special consideration when participating in the tour. We will accommodate your needs as much as possible. The costs of any special measures undertaken for the customer are the customer's responsibility. 8. How to Apply, Forming a Travel Contract & Ticket Cost Payment (1) When applying at one of our stores, we require the predetermined application form and payment for the application fee. A travel contract is formed when we receive the application fee. The application fee is treated as part of the ticket cost/cancellation fee.

2 (2) A contract is not formed when applying by telephone or any other means. The procedures under (1) must be completed within three days counting from the day after we have notified you of receiving your reservation. (3) Provided we receive partial payment of ticket costs (application fee), etc. from a the card member (henceforth member ) of a credit card company affiliated with us (henceforth affiliated company ) without the member s signature, a travel contract may be formed through telephone, internet, or other means of communication (henceforth "communicated contract"). When applying for a communicated contract, please tell us the tour name and departure date as well as the name on your card, your member number, the card's expiration date, etc. 9. Issuing of Confirmation (Final Itinerary) Should the set tour itinerary, names of transportation used, etc. not be listed in the contract document (these conditions, pamphlets and receipts are parts of the contract and confirmation documents), we will issue a final itinerary (confirmation) that lists the meeting time and means of transit by the day prior to the tour. 10. Travel Contract Content & Changes to Ticket Costs (1) In the event of natural disaster, war, riot, suspension of services such as at transit or accommodation facilities, governmental orders, the provision of services not based on the original tour plan, or any other causes beyond our control, the travel contract's content may change. Ticket costs may also change in accordance with those changes. (2) In the event that revisions are made to the transportation costs/fees of the transportation facilities used that are significantly above the usually estimated amounts due to significant economic changes, ticket costs may change to reflect the extent of the revisions. If fees have increased, customers will be notified 15 days prior to the day before the tour begins. If fees have decreased, ticket costs will be reduced by only the difference in transportation costs/fees. 11. Changing Customers With our consent, the status established in this contract may be transferred to a third party. Any customer who seeks our consent must fill out the prescribed form and submit it with the predetermined administration 12. Cancellation Fee (Travel Contract Termination by Customer) (1) The customer can terminate the travel contract at will by paying the cancellation fees listed below. However, notifications of cancellation are only accepted within business hours or within the business hours of points of application. (2) We do not charge cancellation fees in the following circumstances: (1) When there are any changes that are subject to the 'Itinerary Guarantee' listed below in the travel contract, or any other significant changes.

3 (2) When ticket costs have increased due to revisions to transportation providers' transport costs/fees based on significant economic change. (3) When we have not issued a confirmation to the tour participant by the date specified in Section 12. (4) When we are unable to operate the tour as originally scheduled due to reasons we are accountable for. Travel Contract Termination by Our Company - Termination Prior to Tour We may terminate the travel contract, even after its formation, in the following circumstances: (1) When the gender, age, requirements, etc. the customer has previously specified are found to not meet participant standards. (2) When the customer has not paid the ticket cost by the given date. In this event, we are to receive payment of a penalty fee equivalent to the cancellation fee as if the customer had terminated the contract the day after the corresponding date. (3) When it is discerned that the customer will not be able to endure the relevant tour due to illness, the absence of necessary assistance, etc. (4) When the customer may cause discomfort to other customers. (5) When we are unable to operate the tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters. (6) When the customer requests provision of services outside the rational scope of the travel contract. 14. Termination of the Travel Contract by Our Company (1)The travel contract may be terminated in the following circumstances, even after formation: (1),)) When payment of ticket costs has not been received by the set date. (2),)) When the customer does not meet the application conditions. (3),)) When we are unable to continue the tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters. 15. Responsibilities of Our Company Should our company or any representatives of our company responsible for making arrangements cause damages to the customer due to willful intent or negligence, we will reimburse the customer for those damages. However, this applies only when we have been notified within two years (14 days for luggage) from the day after the damages occurred. Reimbursement for luggage is limited to 150,000 yen per person, excluding cases in which our company has displayed willful intent or gross negligence.

Responsibilities of the Customer In the event that our company has suffered damages due to willful intent or negligence by the customer, the customer will be charged for reimbursement of the damages. The customer must make an effort to use the information he/she has been provided with by our company and understand the rights and obligations of tour participants and any other details of the travel contract listed in the contract document. If by any chance after the tour has begun you are aware that the tour services being provided to you are different to those listed in this document, you must immediately inform either our company, a representative of our company responsible for making arrangements, or the person providing those services at the tour area in order to receive the tour services listed in this document smoothly. 17. Special Compensation Regardless of whether or not it is the responsibility of our company, as per the special compensation provisions in the attached travel agency agreement (part of the Application-Based Planned Travel Contract), we will pay compensation for certain damages incurred to the customer's body, life or luggage due to accidental and sudden external injuries when the customer is participating in the tour. 18. Itinerary Guarantee (1) In the event that any of the changes listed in the table below the tour itinerary (excluding changes due to the following causes: natural disasters, war, riot, governmental orders, suspension of services such as at transit or accommodation facilities, the provision of transportation services not based on the original tour plan, and necessary measures to ensure the life and/or safety of tour participants) occurs, we will pay a change compensation calculated by multiplying the rate defined in the table below by ticket costs. However, changes to the date and time and/or order of the services provided are not subject to compensation. (2) The change compensation is limited to 15% of the ticket cost per customer for each application-based planned tour. We will also not pay change compensation if the change deposit is equal to or less than 1,000 yen.
