5 DATA PROCESSING FORM INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 LEG. DEC. 196/2003 In accordance with the rovisions outlined in article 13 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), you are hereby informed that the ersonal date you have rovided, or that has been acquired through Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. activities, shall be rocessed in resect of, and in comliance with, the exlicit rovisions in the afore-mentioned Code. The rocessing of this data, which may be erformed by electronic, manual or rinted means (e.g. ublication of hotograhs in brochures, etc.), shall be for the following uroses: 1. The fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations connected to the interested arty s articiation as exhibitor or artner at trade shows organized by Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. 2. The organizational management of trade shows romoted by Italian Exhibition Grou S..A., for examle, roduction of ersonal identity badges for security uroses, statistical rocessing of aggregate data, lanning, communication to third arties that collaborate in the creation and management of events (e.g. other trade show organizers, suliers, consultants, etc.), insertion of ersonal data in the Official Catalogue and Show Ma, which shall be distributed nationally and internationally. In this case, some data may be also be collected through re-registration rocedures (on-line or rinted) or by ersons authorized by us before entering the trade show area. 3. Profiling, customer loyalty develoment and the sending of commercial and romotional communications regarding Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. activities by , text message, mms, fax, telehone calls and direct sales as well as for other marketing uroses (e.g. market analysis and surveys). 4. Profiling, the sending of commercial, romotional and advertising communications concerning the roducts and services of Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. third arty artners (organizers, exhibitors, trade show oerators or ersons oerating in other sectors) interested in roosing advantageous commercial offers concerning Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. shows and exhibitions, by , text message, mms, fax or telehone calls. For these uroses, the data may also be communicated or transferred to these subjects so that they can use them directly in their commercial communications. Data rocessing refers to data collection, registration, organization, conservation, rocessing, modification, selection, extraction, comarison and re-classification into homogeneous economic categories, usage, interconnection, blockage, communication and divulgation. Processing duration shall be roortionate to the uroses ursued on a case by case basis. Providing Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. with data is always otional. Nevertheless, if - as often occurs in relation to those who intend to request a articiation roosal and/or to articiate as exhibitor or artner at the trade shows - the data concerned in this data-rovision otion need to be rocessed by Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. in order to correctly fulfil a regulatory or contractual obligation, as well as to comly to the interested arty s requests (uroses foreseen in oint 1), said data must be rovided. In fact, any non-rovision of said data would make it imossible for Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. to suly the contractual services that you have requested and/or to fulfil the legal obligations deriving from installing relations with you. Therefore, it would be ractically imossible to send you a articiation roosal and allow you to take art in the trade show, enter the Exhibition Area and use our services, etc. For the uroses outlined in oint 1, however, consent to data rocessing is never necessary (in that, art. 24 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003, exonerates Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. from the obligation to request it). We would hereby oint out that roviding data refers to material made available by the interested arties in favour of Italian Exhibition Grou S..A., therefore it is not the same as consent to rocessing said data for the uroses described in oints 2, 3 and 4. The interested arty that rovides data (having read this communication), is resumed to have given tacit consent only to the fact that these data are to be rocessed for the uroses outlined in oint 1. If, however, the data are rocessed for the reasons outlined in oint 2, consent is otional, although any lack of consent shall make it imossible for Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. to carry out the relative rocessing and, in some cases, to execute the services required by the interested arty. Therefore, should the interested arty intend to receive a articiation roosal and/ or to articiate in the trade show, we recommend giving exlicit consent to data rocessing for the uroses outlined in oint 2 and not just to roviding data. If, however, data rocessing is for the uroses outlined in oints 3 and 4, consent is otional and any non-rovision of said data shall not lead to the non-execution of the services required by the interested arty. However, it shall make it imossible for Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. to erform the relative rocessing (e.g. to use an address or mobile hone number for sending romotional messages). Data collected for the uroses outlined in oint 1 may be transmitted to: comanies which, on behalf of Italian Exhibition Grou S..A., rovide IT system and database management and maintenance services, comanies sub-contracted through tenders/ assignments on behalf of Italian Exhibition Grou S..A., which erform indisensable services for articiation (e.g. the installation and management of fittings and equiment, logistics, security, surveillance, first aid services, hostesses, etc.). Data rocessing by these subjects shall be for the same uroses and in the same modalities as those described above. Furthermore, Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. also hereby gives notification that, for the duration of the trade shows or events that it organizes, authorized hotograhers and/ or video-makers may film and/or take hotograhs for documentation and romotion uroses to be used on the show websites and their corresonding social network rofiles (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Whatsa, Youtube, Vimeo, etc). The hotograhs and videos ublished shall regard trade show activities, which are to be considered as shows or events of a ublic nature and, as such, shall not contain any information for which the exlicit consent of the subject in the film or hotograh is required. If the erson concerned does not wish to be hotograhed or filmed, he/she is kindly asked to inform the ersons in charge at the time of hotograh or film shooting. The ersons hotograhed or filmed do, however, have the right to ask for the removal or cancellation of databases from the comany website and/or the above-mentioned latforms by sending an to: rivacy@iegexo.it. In this case, Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. shall romtly remove the material. Data collected for the uroses outlined in oints 2 and 3, which may be acquired on-site by oerators authorized by Italian Exhibition Grou S..A., may be communicated to hotograhers and/or video-makers aointed to create the materials, comanies that work in the ost-roduction of audio and video materials, journalists and journalistic newsaers and magazines, comanies aointed to carry out marketing analysis, advertising, communication and/or ublic relations agencies, comanies commissioned to rint advertising or romotional material, website roduction comanies, web-marketing comanies and other subjects imlemented in the creation and/or maintenance of romotional materials, information technology system maintenance comanies engaged for data rocessing, as well as any third arty commercial artners with which Italian Exhibition Grou S..A. shares the above romotional initiatives or with whom it organizes shows and events, as well as, through catalogues, exhibitors and/or visitors at trade shows organised by Italian Exhibition Grous S..A., also in collaboration with third arty artners. Data communication shall follow the rinciles of roortionality and therefore be limited, on a case by case basis, to the necessary. The above subjects shall rocess the materials and data for the same uroses as described above. You are also hereby informed that article 7 of the afore-mentioned Code recognises a number of rights in favour of the interested arty, including: to obtain information about the existence of the data that regards him/her and their communication in an intelligible form; to obtain their cancellation, their anonymous transformation or blockage, their udating, rectification or, if interested, their integration, as well as the certification that these oerations have been notified to the entities to whom the data were communicated; to object, on legitimate grounds, to the rocessing of said data, even if relevant to the urose of the collection; to object to rocessing for marketing uroses (rofiling, commercial communications, market researches and analysis).
