4 2. Fill out the required fields and upload a color copy of your passport Record any dietary restrictions, travel partner names, etc. Clicking Yes will allow you to enter additional passenger information.

5 3. Choose your occupancy preference. For double or triple occupancy, indicate the names of the people you will be traveling with in the Notes Section. Single Occupancy is an additional $599. Include additional travel partners. Click Calculate after entering ALL REQUIRED information in order to proceed to Payment Processing.

6 IMPORTANT: Insurance Information Insurance information: Since the 2016 program inception, Central Holidays West has changed insurance provider and the rules for purchasing Travel Protection on Cuba travel have been amended. If you have checked YES on the registration form to purchase the Travel Protection, you must purchase and pay for the coverage premium directly with the insurance company CSA Travel Protection by accessing the website at and refer to Plan code: /G-TOUR02. Should you need any further assistance or have questions call We recommend that you contact CSA within 15 days of receiving Central Holidays West confirmation invoice. 8 5. Enter payment information. Pay $500 deposit or entire amount. The remaining balance can be paid any time until the July 20 deadline. Select to pay $500 deposit or entire amount. Enter payment information Click Submit to complete registration. You will receive immediate notification that your reservation was received, and notification that your payment was processed.
