1 KAL TIRE GREY CUP CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (the Rules ) THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SEE RULES FOR ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY. 1. The contest held by Kal Tire ( Kal Tire ) Michelin ( Michelin ) (Kal Tire and Michelin, collectively, the Contest Organizers ) (the Contest ) will begin on September 14, 2017 and end at 11:59 PM (EST) on October 12th, 2017 (the Contest Period ). 2. The Contest is open to Canadian residents (except Quebec residents) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, representatives, mandataries of Kal Tire stores or MICHELIN tire retailers; the Contest Organizers. CFL Enterprises LP ( CFL ) or its affiliates member teams and governors (collectively, the Contest Parties ), or any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated with the Contest Parties and brokers of their respective advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of the Grand Prize (as defined below), material and services related to this Contest (collectively, the Released Parties ), and any person with whom such employees, representatives and mandataries are domiciled are not eligible for entry. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and federal, provincial and municipal regulations. 3. To enter the contest, purchase and install a set of four (4) or more personal use passenger or light truck MICHELIN tires (the Michelin Tires ) at any of the participating Kal Tire stores in Canada (excluding Quebec) during the Contest Period. If you reserve to purchase a set of four (4) or more personal use passenger or light truck Michelin Tires online at during the Contest Period, you must install and fully pay for the such Michelin Tires prior to the Draw Date (as defined below) to be eligible for the Grand Prize draw. You will automatically be entered in the Grand Prize draw with your purchase. In addition, by going online to and entering your invoice number and details you will also receive a discount code to (the CFL Shop Site ) valid for CAD$40 off selected Adidas merchandise on the CFL Shop Site with free shipping (taxes excluded) (the Discount Code ). For clarity, the Discount Code is not part of the Contest. 4. To enter without making a purchase, legibly write an original handwritten letter of at least fifty (50) words explaining why you would like to win the Grand Prize, along with your last name, name, complete address, including postal code, telephone number including area code, address and age (the Entry by Letter ). Sign and send your letter in an envelope with sufficient postage to Kal Tire Grey Cup Contest, 1540 Kalamalka Lake Road, Vernon, BC, V1T 6N6, so that it is received at this address no later than October 11, 2017 at 5 p.m. Upon receipt, your letter will be validated by the Contest Organizers representative, who will enter you for the Grand Prize draw. Entries by Letter are only eligible for entries to the Grand Prize draw; for clarity, no Discount Code is provided for such entries. Limit of one Entry by Letter per person. 5. By entering, all entries become the property of the Contest Organizers and only those selected to win will be contacted. There is a limit of one entry for the Grand Prize draw per purchase invoice/no purchase letter. A person cannot enter through both methods. 6. By submitting an entry, you agree that the entry complies with all conditions stated in these Rules. The Released Parties shall be held harmless by you in the event it is discovered that you have departed from or not otherwise fully complied with any of these Rules.

2 The Grand Prize 7. The grand prize is a Trip for 2 to Ottawa, Ontario to attend the 105 th Grey Cup (the Grand Prize ). Approximate value of the Grand Prize is up to $5,500CAD (depending on location of the selected entrant) and includes: 7.1. Two (2) economy round trip flights from nearest international airport to winner to Ottawa, Ontario on a commercial airline Two (2) tickets to the 105 th playing of the Grey Cup on Sunday, November 26, 2017 in Ottawa, Ontario. Exact seat locations to be determined by the CFL in its sole discretion Three (3) nights double accommodation at a hotel in Ottawa. Exact hotel and room selection will be determined by the CFL in its sole discretion Two (2) official Grey Cup merchandising packages. 8. The following terms and conditions apply to the Grand Prize: 8.1. All other expenses and fees not mentioned herein are at the selected entrants and/or his/her guest s expense, including without limitation transport between the residence and the departure airport, activities, meals, beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), tips and taxes not included, personal insurance, Internet access fees, minibar fees, room service, local and international phone calls, hotel security deposit, if required, expenses of a personal nature and travel documents, if applicable. The selected entrant is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize(s) won Travel arrangements must be made by the selected entrant at least fourteen (14) days in advance with the designated representatives of the CFL. The selected entrant must provide the name on his/her identification document used to travel, as well as the name and contact details of his/her guest. No modifications will be allowed once the travel arrangements are made Due to the time sensitive nature of the Grand Prize, no alterations or substitutions will be allowed. Selected entrant must accept the Grand Prize as indicated. Any difference between approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize as taken will not be awarded The Contest Organizers reserve the right at any time to place reasonable restrictions on use of the Grand Prize or any component thereof. By accepting the Grand Prize, the selected entrant agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Grand Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. 9. All customers who purchase a qualifying set of Michelin tires are also eligible to claim a $40 discount code applicable to use at the CFL Shop Site on select Adidas merchandise. Offer includes free shipping but is not to be applied towards taxes on purchases over $40 limit To claim the discount code, purchaser must go to and enter their personal information and invoice number from the applicable purchase In-store orders installed and paid for prior to the contest close date will be eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

Online orders made prior to contest close date and installed and paid for prior to draw date will be eligible for the Grand Prize draw and hat promotion Once validated, customer will receive a confirmation with a digital code to be used at the online store Codes are valid at the CFL Shop Site until 11:59PM EST on December 31, CFL Shop Site to claim codes will close at 11:59PM EST on October 31, Selection of the Winner 10. Selection of the winner will take place by random draw at Kal Tire s offices at 1540 Kalamalka Lake Road, Vernon, BC, V1T 6N6 on Wednesday, October 25th, 2017 at 10:00 AM (PST) from all eligible entries received. 11. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 12. Each entry is subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Organizers including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an entry for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Organizers deems necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Organizers within the time frame specified by the Contest Organizers may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Organizers. Prize Claim 13. To be declared a winner of the Grand Prize and to be able to claim this Grand Prize, the selected entrant must: Be reached by or phone by the Contest Organizers within two (2) business days of the draw Correctly answer, without any assistance and in a limited amount of time, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or Fill out and sign an authorization and release form provided by the Contest Organizers and return it to the Contest Organizers to the above-mentioned address in Section 10 to be received by Kal Tire within fifteen (15) days of the draw. 14. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within two (2) days of the draw, refuses the Grand Prize, responds incorrectly to the mathematical skill-testing question or neglects to return the

4 form mentioned above as indicated herein, another entrant will be selected in his/her place and the selected entrant initially drawn will lose all rights in and to the Grand Prize. 15. Prizes must be accepted as described in these Rules and may not, in any case, be in whole or in part transferred to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged for cash. 16. In the event where it would be impossible, difficult and/or more costly for the Contest Organizers to award the Grand Prize (or a portion thereof) as described in these Contest Rules, they reserve the right to award a prize (or portion thereof) of the same kind and of equivalent value or, at their sole discretion. 17. By entering the Contest, the entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from and against any damage, liability, claim, including reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (including lawyers fees) in connection with this Contest and/or resulting from the participation, acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize. 18. The Released Parties disclaim all liability for any of the following that may limit or prevent any entrant from entering the Contest: malfunctioning of any computer component, software or communications lines; loss or lack of a communications network; or any transmission that is faulty or incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network. The Released Parties also disclaim all liability for any damages or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any web page, software or other or by the transmission of any information related to participation in the Contest. The Released Parties shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in printed marketing material for this Contest. 19. The Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify an entrant or to cancel one or several entries of an entrant who participates or tries to participate in this Contest by using methods that do not comply with these Contest Rules or that are unfair to other entrants (e.g. entries exceeding the authorized limit). Such entrant may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. 20. Any attempt to sabotage the legitimate conduct of this Contest constitutes a violation of civil and criminal laws. Should there be any such attempts, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to reject the entrant s entries and obtain legal or equitable relief under applicable laws. 21. By participating in this Contest, you are agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE CONTEST ORGANIZORS TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE CONTEST ORGANIZORS AT ANY TIME. 22. The Contest Organizers do not warrant that access to or use of the Contest website or any related website, including the CFL Shop Site will be uninterrupted during the Contest Period or error-free. 23. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to withdraw, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest in whole or in part without prior notice. 24. Persons who enter or try to enter this Contest release the Released Parties from any liability or damage these said persons may incur as a result of their entry or their attempt to enter the Contest.

5 25. The Contest Organizers gather personal information on the entrants for the sole purpose of administrating the Contest. Entrants will not receive any information or marketing communications unless they have expressly indicated so to the Contest Organizers. Entrants may consult the Kal Tire privacy policy at kaltire.com/privacy-policy/ to learn more about the company s policy regarding the protection of privacy and the security of the entrants' personal information. 26. By accepting the Grand Prize, the selected entrant agrees to having his/her name, place of residence, voice, statements, photo or image, and video capture used for by the Released Parties for advertising purposes, promotions or information in any media or format, without retribution or notice. 27. Any decision by the Contest Organizers or their representatives regarding this Contest is final and without appeal. 28. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. 29. If a section of the Rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that section shall be considered invalid, but all unaffected sections will be applied within the limits of the law.
