1 Multirisk travel insurance GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IBERIA, LÍNEAS AÉREAS DE ESPAÑA, S.A. These Terms and Conditions will enable you to familiarise yourself with the details of the contract established between yourself and AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España (hereinafter ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE) upon the signing of this insurance policy. Please read this policy, including the applicable exclusions from the same. For any queries or the submission of information, you may contact ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE s Customer Service Centre by calling , or visit the company s website where you will find all the information you need. RECOMMENDATIONS Always carry the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE telephone number and your policy number with you. If you are travelling in Europe, obtain an "EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) from your Social Security office. How do I use my policy? In the event of an emergency or if you need to use the policy, please contact ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE at from Spain and from abroad. Always give your name, policy number, current location and contact telephone number. Accident or illness: in the event of an emergency, go immediately to an appropriate hospital. In non-emergency situations, call ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE first. Please take into account that the quality of health services will depend on the degree of development of the country in which the medical attention is required. Permanent loss or theft, destruction of checked-in luggage during flight: a. Request the corresponding Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.) before leaving the baggage claim area. b. Make a list of the contents of your luggage. Theft, loss of or damage to your luggage delivered to the custody of the carrier: a. You must report the incident to the police at the place and on the date of occurrence, providing a list of the stolen items and their economic value. Obtain a certificate of denunciation. b. Present a written claim to the transport carrier company within the corresponding period established by each company. Keep a copy of the claim. c. Obtain a certificate from the carrier, in which the amount in compensation assumed by the carrier is indicated. d. Make a list of the contents of your luggage. Theft of unchecked luggage or personal effects: You must report the incident to the police at the place and on the date of occurrence, providing a list of the stolen items and their economic value. Obtain a certificate of denunciation. Delay in the departure of the means of transport or missed connections. a. Present a written claim to the transport carrier company within the corresponding period established by each company. b. Obtain a certificate from the company responsible for the transportation, reflecting the real departure time and the cause of the delay. c. Keep all invoices for additional expenses incurred during the delay. Cancellation of your flight: As soon as you become aware of the impossibility of undertaking the flight due to a cause referred to in the policy, contact the organizer and cancel the flight. You must obtain documentary proof of cancellation and notify ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE of the cancellation immediately by via the following address: siniestros@allianz-assistance.es

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS This Insurance contract is governed by the provisions of: The Insurance Contracts Law 50/80, of 8 October (published in the official Spanish state gazette (B.O.E.)) Royal Legislative Decree 6/2004, of 29 October, which approved the Revised Text of the Private Insurance Regulation and Supervision Law (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Ordenación y Supervisión de los Seguros Privados). The Private Insurance Regulation and Supervision Regulation (Reglamento de la Ley de Ordenación y Supervisión de los Seguros Privados) 2486/1998, and subsequent amendments. The General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) 26/1984, 19 July. Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, 16 November, which approved the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) and other complementary laws and subsequent amendments. Law 22/2007, of 11 July, on the distance marketing of financial services to consumers (distance contracts). Any other regulation that may be applicable during the effective life of this policy, as well as those detailed in these General Terms and Conditions, Specific Conditions and, where applicable, Special Conditions. This contract will be signed under the Right of Establishment. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN DISTANCE CONTRACTS In the event of having signed the insurance policy at distance, and in accordance with "Law 22/2007 of 11 July on the distance marketing of financial services to consumers", you are informed that, in the event of the insurance policy being subject to a term in excess of one month, the policyholder may cancel this contract within fourteen calendar days as of the contract date, providing the contract has not been executed prior to the exercise of this right. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the policyholder must send a letter by certified mail or by any other means which provides a record of the dates of sending and reception to the AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal in España, Sales and Customer Service Department, Calle Ramírez de Arellano 35, Madrid, or by to devoluciones@allianz-assistance.es If the policyholder chooses to withdraw from this contract, he/she must pay the proportional part of the premium corresponding to the service effectively provided up until the date of exercise of this right. AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España will refund, within 30 days following receipt of the request, the unused part of the premium. Following the execution of the distance contract, or upon the conclusion of the established period of 14 days, as of the contract date, the policyholder s right to cancel the contract shall expire, and the policyholder shall be required to pay the agreed premium in full. I. DEFINITIONS. The following terms are used in this contract: INSURER is AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, with registered address in Calle Ramírez de Arellano 35, 3ª planta, Madrid, and Tax Identification Code (C.I.F.) W A. N.I.F. Registered in the Madrid Registry of Commerce, Volume , Sheet 140, Section 8, leaf M and registered in the Special Register of Insurance Entities in Spain under number E This is the legal entity that assumes the agreed contracted risk, with monitoring and supervision of the activity corresponding to: - The Member State responsible for monitoring THE INSURER is FRANCE, and the responsible Authority is Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel, 61 rue Taitbout, Paris Cedex The Directorate General for Insurance and Pension Funds of the Spanish State Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finances (Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, del Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda), in accordance with Article 133 of the Regulation on Private Insurance Regulation and Supervision (Royal Decree 2486/1998). Spanish regulations are not applicable to the liquidation of

3 insurance entities, as indicated in the Royal Legislative Decree (Real Decreto Legislativo) 6/2004 of 29 October, by means of which approval was granted to the Revised Text of the Private Insurance regulation and Supervision Law (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Ordenación y Supervisión de los Seguros Privados). POLICY HOLDER is the individual or the legal entity habitually resident in Spain who signs the contract with the Insurer and to whom the obligations derived therefrom correspond, except those which by their nature must be met by the insured. If the policyholder is an individual or legal entity ordinarily resident outside Spain, the duration of the contract may not exceed four months as of the date of issue of the same. INSURED is the individual ordinarily resident in Spain who contracts a flight with IBERIA, LÍNEAS AÉREAS DE ESPAÑA, S.A. (hereinafter IBERIA) through its website and is mentioned in the Special Conditions under which the insurance policy is established: In the absence of the policyholder, the insured assumes the obligations deriving from this contract. RESIDENCE the address where the insured has his/her habitual residence. PREMIUM the price of the insurance. The invoice will also contain any legally applicable surcharges or taxes. Tax on Insurance Premiums Insurance Compensation Consortium Surcharges. - A surcharge to finance the settlement functions of insurance companies - A surcharge on extraordinary risks OCCURRENCE: any event that may be guaranteed under this insurance contract. A damaging occurrence or series of occurrences with the same original cause, independent of the number of claimants or claims, is to be considered as a single occurrence. EXCESS WAIVER is the amount assumed by the insured with regard to each occurrence and in accordance with the policy for each of the risks covered. POLICY is the document that contains the conditions governing the insurance. The following form an integral part of the policy: the General Terms and Conditions, the Specific Conditions detailing each risk and the clauses which, in accordance with the mutual agreement of the parties, supplement or amend the General Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by law, the special conditions and supplements or Annexes issued to supplement or extend the same. EPIDEMIC is the appearance of an infectious disease characterized by a considerable number of affected persons in a localized area within a relatively short time. SUM INSURED is the amount established in the Specific Conditions, or in the General Terms and Conditions and Special conditions, when applicable, and which constitutes the maximum compensation to be paid by the Insurer in relation to each occurrence. TRIP means any journey undertaken outside the insured party s habitual residence, from the time of departure until the time of return. FAMILY MEMBERS: are limited to spouses, domestic partners, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, fathers/mothers-in-law, sons/daughters-in-law and brothers/sisters-in-law of the insured, subject to the provisions for each coverage. The insured s legal guardians will also be given this consideration. II. LUGGAGE all personal objects deemed necessary during the flight. If the content of the policy differs from the insurance proposal or the agreed terms, the Insurance Policyholder may submit a claim to the Insurer, within the period of one month from the delivery of the policy, in order that it may remedy the divergence. If no claim is submitted within this period, the provisions of the policy shall apply. This policy does not provide coverage or benefit for any business or activity, to the extent that such coverage, benefit, business or activity, including underlying activities, infringes the laws or regulations of the United Nations or the European Union on economic sanctions, as well any other legislation relating to economic or trade sanctions that may apply. COMMON PROVISIONS. Purpose of the insurance. The purpose of this insurance policy is to provide assistance for the insured in such cases in which the insured encounters difficulties when travelling or is obliged to observe a period of absence from his/her home or place of habitual residence due to a fortuitous occurrence, in accordance with the cases and conditions contemplated for in the contract. In the event of annulment, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE guarantees, in accordance with the conditions established in this list of conditions, the reimbursement of the cancellation expenses that may be owed by the insured when he/she cancels the flight prior to departure. The annulment and / or cancellation costs of any bus tickets for transportation to the airport acquired together with the aeroplane ticket through Iberia.com will be covered. Entry into force and duration of the insurance contract. The contract will enter into force at 00:00 on the day indicated in the Specific Conditions as the date of issue, and will end upon the conclusion of the effectiveness of the guarantees covered, as indicated in the following paragraph. Effect of the guarantees. The cancellation guarantee will be effective as of the date of issue of the policy. This date must coincide with the date of confirmation of the booking of the contracted flight, and will cease, on the day of the start of the first flight for the return trip, providing that the payment of the premium has been effected. The additional guarantees will enter into effect, following the payment of the premium, as of the departure of the trip as established in the Specific Conditions, and will remain in effect until the finalization date of the same. The guarantees shall only apply to trip that include flights with IBERIA. Geographical limitation. The coverage guaranteed under this policy will be valid for flights to any location throughout the world. The assistance guarantees will only be valid outside a radius of more than 15 km from the insured s residence in the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. The luggage guarantee will not be applicable in the main or secondary place of residence of the Insured. Premium payment. The policyholder is obliged to pay the premium upon the signing of the contract, and in all circumstances prior to the start of the

4 trip. The premium is payable at the registered address of the Insurer. If, under the responsibility of the policyholder, the premium should remain unpaid, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE is entitled to terminate the contract or to demand payment of the premium due. Under all circumstances, in the event of a failure to pay the premium prior to an occurrence, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE shall be released from any and all obligation. Occurrences. In the event of an occurrence, the insured must inform ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE immediately. If the occurrence corresponds to the Assistance- Repatriation guarantee coverage, the insured must call in Spain or from abroad (attention is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year) in order to indicate their current location, a contact telephone number and the type of assistance required. Telephone calls from abroad are to be placed reverse-charge, that is to say, at no cost to the insured. If the occurrence corresponds to one of the other guarantees, the insured can inform ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE of the occurrence through the website by siniestros@allianzassistance.es or by telephone or , within 7 days. Following the conclusion of this period, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE may claim for any damages arising from the lack of any such communication. The insured must employ all the means at his/her disposal to reduce the consequences of the occurrence. Once the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE Claims Department has been informed of the occurrence, you will be sent a form or a request for documentation, which must be completed. The form will indicate the documents you will be required to provide in order for the occurrence to be compensated. In all cases, you must attach the supporting documents, invoices, receipts, certificates and original claims, as well as the medical reports and any other supporting documentation, both in relation to the occurrence of incidents covered by this policy and to any expenses that that may be compensated under the policy. must immediately transmit to ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE all notifications, summonses, letters and, in general, all judicial and extra-judicial documents directed to the insured or to the originator of the event from which the responsibility covered by the insurance is derived. In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, in the case of events covered by this policy, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will take responsibility for all the procedural steps related to the occurrence, acting on behalf of the policyholder or the originator of the events, and will deal with the individuals affected or their successors and will compensate them if applicable. If a compromise is not reached, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, with the support of its Lawyers and Solicitors, will undertake the defence of the policyholder or the originator of the events in relation to any and all civil proceedings, and to which end the defendant must grant the necessary powers. With regard to criminal proceedings, the Insurer may assume the defence without the consent of the defendant. In the event of the conviction of the insured, the Insurer will decide whether to appeal to the competent High Court. However, if the Insurer considers the appeal inadmissible, it will inform the interested party of its decision, and the interested party shall be at liberty to file an appeal on his/her own behalf. In such an event, the Insurer will be responsible for the reimbursement of all expenses incurred up to the limit of the sum obtained, and providing the appeal results in a favourable sentence. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will satisfy the compensation as indicated below: a. As a general rule, it must satisfy the compensation upon the conclusion of the investigations and in accordance with the expert evaluations necessary to establish the existence of the occurrence and, if applicable, the amount corresponding to damage resulting therefrom. The parties may agree to substitute the payment of compensation for the repair or replacement of the damaged object. b. If an expert assessment has been issued without challenge, the amount will be satisfied within five days. c. If the expert opinion is challenged, the Insurer shall pay the minimum amount of the sum due in accordance with the circumstances known by the Insurer. d. In all cases, the Insurer will pay, within the forty days following the reception of the notification of the occurrence, the minimum amount of the sum due in accordance with the circumstances known by the Insurer. The insured must inform ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE of any guarantees underwritten with other insurers and covering the same risk. Services not requested during the trip or services that have not been organized by ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE do not bestow upon the insured the right to reimbursement or compensation of any kind. The right to reimbursement only applies to those occurrences for which such a possibility is contemplated. The specific procedures to be followed are provided below, in accordance with the occurrence in question. These procedures may be complemented by others indicated in the sections corresponding to each guarantee: In the event of a cancellation occurrence, and in order to limit the consequences of the cancellation, the insured must inform the flight organizer as quickly as possible that he/she has become aware of a fact that prevents him/her from undertaking the same. In the event of a civil responsibility occurrence, the insured In the event of luggage theft, the insured must report the incident to the police authorities closest to the scene of the crime on the same day on which the theft takes place, providing them with a description of the luggage contents, as well as of their economic value. In the event of partial or total destruction of luggage during a transfer by a public passenger transport company, the insured must present the supporting documentation provided by the transport company. In the event of loss of luggage during a transfer by a public passenger transport company, the insured must present a certificate reflecting the facts, as issued by the transport company. In the event of checked-in flight luggage that is lost, misplaced or destroyed, the insured must request the corresponding Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.) before leaving the baggage claim area. Other insurers. Under all circumstances, and in accordance with Law 50/1980 of 8 October on Insurance Contracts, the insured must, upon the signing of the contract or during the effective period of guarantee, inform ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE of any other guarantees

5 underwritten for the same risk with other insurers. Responsibility. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will not be held responsible for the delay or non-fulfilment of the guaranteed services in such cases in which said delays or non-fulfilments have been caused as a consequence of: Strikes. Explosions. Disturbances. Civil uprising. Riots. Quarantine. Restriction of free movement. Sabotage. Terrorism. Civil or foreign war, whether declared or not. Effects of radioactivity or any other acts of fate or force majeure. Subrogation. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE subrogates, up to the full cost of the services provided by the same, the rights and actions corresponding to the insured against any individual or legal entity that is responsible for the events and which have to the intervention in the same. When the services provided in performance of this contract are covered in whole or in part by another Insurer, by the Social Security or by any other institution or person, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE shall be subrogated to the rights and actions of the insured against said company or institution. To these effects, the insured is obligated to cooperate with ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE and to provide any help or any documents that might be deemed necessary. In all cases, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE shall be entitled to or to request from the insured the reimbursement of any travel tickets (aeroplane ticket, train ticket, etc.) that have not been used by the insured and providing that the return costs have been borne by ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE. Expiry of contract. In the event of the disappearance of the insurable interest during the effective period of the contract, the insurance contract shall cease as of that moment, and ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE shall have the right to take possession of the unused premium. Limitation. The actions under this contract shall expire after five years for personal insurance, and two years for damage insurance, as of the day on which they may be exercised. Instances for conflict resolution between the parties. 1. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finances regulates, by means of Order ECO/734/2004 of 11 March, the activities of the Customer Attention Service which ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE places at the disposal of all its clients in order to attend and resolve the complaints and claims presented by policyholders, the insured, beneficiaries, affected third parties and successors to any of the above. Complaints and claims can be submitted to: AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT Calle Ramírez de Arellano 35, 3ª planta, Madrid, or to attcliente@allianz-assistance.es The Customer Services Department (CSD) will resolve complaints and claims within two months as of the date of presentation. In the event of disagreement with the decision issued by this Service, the client may appeal to the CLAIMS SERVICE OF THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL FOR INSURANCE AND PENSION FUNDS (SERVICIO DE RECLAMACIONES DE LA DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE SEGUROS Y FONDOS DE PENSIONES), provided that no definitive agreement has been reached with the Insurer's CSD. Appeals may be presented at: Paseo de la Castellana 44, Madrid The Customer Services Department is governed by the Regulation approved by the Company s Board of Directors, which can be accessed on our website, 2. By means of arbitration. The Parties, by mutual agreement, may submit the resolution of conflicts that may arise in relation to this contract to the judgement of arbitrators, in accordance with current legislation. 3. By means of court action. Should either of the parties decide to seek the judgement of the Courts, any such action must be undertaken before the legal institutions corresponding to the insured s place of residence. Protection of personal data clause. The data requested, as well as those which we may gather by any means (forms, telephone conversations which may be recorded, , etc.) during the term of this insurance contract or by virtue of the processing of claims, including such data subject to specific protection under Article 7 of Law 15/1999, Data Protection, are necessary for the formalization of your insurance policy and, where appropriate, for the study and assessment of claims, and are incorporated into a file held under the responsibility of AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, for their processing for the following purposes: i. To formalize and manage the insurance policy. ii. To process your claims and complaints, and conduct any investigations and appraisals necessary to establish the existence of the occurrence, to determine the corresponding coverage and the amount of compensation and/or refunds to be paid by the insurance company, including within the scope of the provisions of Article 32 of Law 50/1980 on Insurance Contracts (multiple insurance). iii. In the case of policies with a Medical Assistance and Expenses guarantee, to determine the coverage and scope of health care required, the amount of the covered services, and to manage the payment or refund, as appropriate, of the health services provided. iv. To meet the obligations under the insurance contract, the provisions of Law 50/1980 and other applicable regulations governing the same. v. To prevent fraud in risk selection and claims management. vi. To undertake statistical and quality control studies, as well as occurrence analysis. vii. To fulfil legal obligations, such as, but not limited to, those applicable to accounting and taxation. viii. To exercise the rights and fulfil the obligations contracted by AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, with other insurers or reinsurers with which this insurance company may have entered into reinsurance or coinsurance contracts for the coverage of the particular risk, and to whom your personal data will be provided for this purpose. ix. Within the limits established in the following section (COMMERCIAL CORRESPONDENCE) - for the purposes of advertising and market research. The subject of the data authorizes AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, to request from third parties, and that such third parties provide AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, with additional information - including that of a protected nature - whenever necessary and justified for the compliance with

6 these purposes. AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, may employ means and/or resources located outside the European Union to process data. All the data will be processed with absolute confidentiality and in accordance with the requirements of the Spanish legislation on data protection, including when the processing implies the international transfer of data. Similarly, the subject of the data accepts that AGA INTERNATIONAL SA Sucursal en España transmit, exclusively within the limits of the purposes described, the personal data to which it has access by virtue of the signing of the policy or the compliance with the obligations assumed under the insurance contract: a. to other insurers or reinsurers with which AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España may have entered into reinsurance or coinsurance contracts for the coverage of the particular risk, b. to other insurers that may ensure the same risk, to determine the amount of compensation to be paid by each of the insurance companies involved, in accordance with Article 32 of Law 50/1980 on Insurance Contracts, c. to any third-party collaborators, individuals and legal entities, required to intervene in the provision of services covered by the policy s guarantees, including when such communications may suppose an international transfer of data. The owner of the data has the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data, and revoke the consent granted, by writing to AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, (Subject LOPD), Calle Ramirez de Arellano 35, 28043, Madrid, by addressed to lopd@allianz- assistance.es,, or by using the form which can be accessed from the Data Protection menu in the website The policy holder guarantees and assumes responsibility for the veracity and accuracy of the information provided, as well as for having provided the information relative to this data protection clause to those third parties whose data he/she provides, and for having obtained from the same the corresponding consent for the treatment of such data by AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, and, where applicable, by the employees thereof. In accordance with article 21 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), you are informed that AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España, may send you, via , commercial communications relative to products and services provided by the company and similar to the product(s) to which you contracted. When expressly authorized to do so by yourself, AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España may use the personal data provided to us, and/or such data to which the insurance company may have access as a result of this agreement or by virtue of your browsing our website (for more information, see our Privacy and Cookies Policy at to inform you, including after the termination of the contractual relationship and by any means of communication (postal, electronic or telephone), about opportunities relative to the contracting of insurance or financial services, or services relative to the same, including those of a personalised nature, which may be of interest to you and which are offered and/or marketed by AGA INTERNATIONAL SA Sucursal en España. to provide such data to the Allianz Seguros Companies in Spain III. (Allianz, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.; Fénix Directo, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A.) in order that they may provide you with commercial communications relative to such of their products or services that may be of your interest. You may revoke their consent or oppose the reception of commercial correspondence from AGA INTERNATIONAL SA, Sucursal en España by means of the procedure indicated in the same or, at any time, by any of the methods indicated in the previous section (Processing of personal data clause) to exercise your rights, or by disabling the option to receive such advertising content located in the customer area associated with the corresponding products. CANCELLATION GUARANTEE. ARTICLE ONE - DESCRIPTION OF THE COVERAGE INCLUDED. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE guarantees, in accordance with the conditions established in this list of conditions, the reimbursement of the cancellation expenses that may be owed by the insured when he/she cancels the flight prior to its start as a result of any of the causes indicated below. Such causes must be sufficiently justified. The annulment and / or cancellation costs of any bus tickets for transportation to the airport acquired together with the aeroplane ticket through IBERIA will be covered. List of causes for cancellation covered: 1. Serious illness, serious bodily injury or death: The insured and family members as defined in this policy. Serious illness is understood as a health disorder verified by a medical professional and which implies one of the situations described below: Hospitalization for a minimum of 24 hours, and when such a situation occurs within the 7 days prior to the flight, thus making it impossible to begin the same on the scheduled date. Temporary incapacity, and when such a situation persists within the 7 days prior to the flight, thus making it impossible to begin the same on the scheduled date. When the illness affects family relatives of the insured, whether they are insured for the same flight or not, the condition will be understood as serious when it involves hospitalization for a minimum of 24 hours, and when the situation occurs within the 7 days prior to the start of the flight or carries the risk of imminent death. Serious accident is understood as accidental physical injury sustained by the insured as the result of the unforeseen actions of a third-party cause, verified by a medical profess and which implies one of the situations described below: Hospitalization for a minimum of 24 hours, and when such a situation occurs within the 7 days prior to the flight, thus making it impossible to begin the same on the scheduled date. Temporary incapacity, and when such a situation persists within the 7 days prior to the flight, thus making it impossible to begin the same on the scheduled date. When the accident affects family relatives of the insured, as defined in this policy, the condition will be understood as serious when it involves hospitalization for a minimum of 24 hours, and when the situation occurs within the 7 days prior to the flight or carries the risk of imminent death. In both cases, temporary incapacity is understood as the limited loss over time of a person s functional capacity, verified by a

7 medical professional and which implies the impossibility to undertake basic habitual activities, including those of a professional nature, to start a flight, and which gives rise to a medical report, monitoring and treatment. 2. Serious damage occasioned by theft, fire, flood or explosion, in the insured s habitual residence or professional premises (owned or leased). Any such harm and damages must render the residence or premises uninhabitable, or give rise to a serious risk of producing greater damage that would make the presence of the insured essential on the day of departure. 3. Dismissal of the insured; under no circumstance will this guarantee enter into effect as the result of the termination of an employment contract, a voluntary resignation or the failure to successfully pass a trial period of employment. In all circumstances, the policy must be underwritten prior to the reception of written notification from the company to the employee. 4. Beginning of a new job in a different company with a contract of least one year, provided that the insured must begin the new job on a date subsequent to the booking of the flight. 5. Summons to participate as a party (defendant, plaintiff, witness or jury member) in court proceedings, received subsequent to the underwriting of the insurance policy and requiring the attendance of the insured during the dates scheduled for the flight. 6. Appointment for organ transplant, for the insured or a family member, as defined in this policy, provided that the appointment for the transplant is notified subsequent to the signing of the insurance policy and coincides with the dates scheduled for the flight. 7. Appointment for surgical treatment for the insured or family members, as defined in this policy, provided that the appointment of the operation is received subsequent to the signing of the insurance policy and the operation coincides with the dates scheduled for the flight. 8. Call to participate as a member of an electoral polling station, received subsequent to the signing of the insurance policy and requiring the attendance of the insured during the dates scheduled for the flight. 9. Delivery in adoption of a child, coinciding with the dates scheduled for the flight. The notification of the delivery of an adopted child must occur subsequent to the signing of the insurance policy. 10. The participation in official exams convened through a public organization on a date following the signing of the insurance policy and which coincide with the dates scheduled for the flight. 11. Breakdown or accident involving the vehicle owned by the insured or his/her spouse, occurring 48 hours prior to the start of the flight and which implies the immobilization of same and prevents the insured from starting the trip. In all cases, the vehicle must be transferred to a workshop for repair and verification of the damage suffered, and the insured must provide the corresponding invoice reflecting the occurrence. 12. Relocation for professional purposes to another geographical location, providing the relocation requires the insured to change his/her habitual residence during the date scheduled for the flight and the insured is a contracted employee. The notification of the relocation must be received by the insured subsequent to the signing of the insurance policy. For the purposes of this guarantee, the insured party's habitual residence is to be understood as the residence permanently used by the insured part for more than six months each year. 13. Detention of the insured by the Police, when such an occurrence takes place following the signing of the insurance and coincides with the dates scheduled for the flight. 14. Tax inspection effected by the Inland Revenue for a sum superior to , the presentation of which coincides with the dates scheduled for the flight. 15. Serious complications during pregnancy or miscarriage for which the absolute rest or hospitalization of the insured is prescribed on medical grounds and which impedes the insured from undertaking the flight. Such complications must occur subsequent to the signing of the insurance policy. All births and pregnancy-related complications as of the 7th month of pregnancy. 16. Theft of documentation or luggage making it impossible for the insured to undertake the flight and which occurs 72 hours prior to the start of the same. In such cases, the corresponding police report must be provided. Theft is understood as the removal of the Insured s personal property against his/her will by means of acts involving violence or intimidation or the use of force. Theft and loss are excluded. 17. Awarding of official grants, published through a public body subsequent to the booking of the flight. The presence of the insured must be required by Official State Organizations in order to proceed with the processing of such grants on the dates scheduled for the flight. 18. The legal declaration of voluntary or obligatory bankruptcy of a company belonging to the insured, subsequent to the reservation of the flight and impeding the insured from undertaking the same. 19. A trip won as a prize in a public draw held before a notary subsequent to the reservation of the flight and coinciding with the date scheduled for the same. 20. A court summons related to divorce proceedings of the insured and which is produced on a date subsequent to the reservation of the flight which coincides with the date scheduled for the same. 21. Call for presentation and signing of official documents required by public administration bodies, received subsequent to the reservation of the flight and which require the insured s presence during the date scheduled for the same. The signing of official documents relative to the insured s daily or professional activities is excluded. 22. Death of a third-degree relative subsequent to the reservation. 23. Serious accident, serious illness or death of the person hired by the insured for the care of under-age or disabled children, provided that the person in question is bound by an employment contract established in accordance with the current legislation, and the occurrence takes place subsequent to the date upon which the flight is booked. An accident or illness is understood as serious when it gives rise to one of the situations described below: Hospitalization for a minimum of 24 hours, and when such a situation occurs within the 7 days prior to the flight. Temporary incapacity, and when such a situation persists within the 7 days prior to the flight. Temporary incapacity is understood as the limited loss over time of a person s functional capacity, verified by a medical professional and which implies the impossibility to undertake basic habitual activities, including those of a professional nature, and which gives rise to a medical report, monitoring and

8 treatment. 24. Cancellation by a companion registered at the same time and for the same risk, for any of the previously listed causes and which, as a result, would require that the insured fly alone. If, as a result of any of the above-mentioned causes, the insured cedes the flight to another person, all additional costs generated as a result of the amendment of holder of the reservation are guaranteed, provided that the cost of such a change is inferior to the cost of compensation for cancellation. Under all circumstances, the insurance must be underwritten prior to the confirmation of the reservation. In the event of more than one cause giving rise to an occurrence, the cause of the same will be understood as the first cause to be produced, communicated and justified by the insured. LIMIT AND CALCULATION OF COMPENSATION. The compensation limit is established at 6000 per insured person and the reimbursement will be effected in accordance with the scale established by the flight organizer. The compensation will exclude the payment of airport charges and all extras contracted upon the purchase of the ticket including, by means of example and without limitation, the following: extra baggage, paid upgrading, seat selection, quick boarding, etc. This scale will serve as the basis for calculating the damage suffered by the insured by reason of the contractual agreements foreseen by the flight organizer in the event of cancellations. Should the insured effect a cancellation later than the day on which he/she has become aware of the cause that prevents him/her from embarking on the flight, additional invoiced expenses will not be reimbursed. In each case, the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team will verify whether the extent and/or seriousness of the illness or accident is sufficient cause for the cancellation of the flight and the impossibility to start the same, as well as the starting date for the cause of cancellation. ARTICLE TWO - EXCLUSIONS. In general terms, flight cancellations resulting from the following causes are excluded from the insurance: 1. The consumption of alcohol, drugs and narcotics, except when prescribed by a doctor and consumed as indicated. 2. Psychiatric, mental or nervous illnesses, depression, stress or anxiety. 3. Fraudulent acts and negligence on behalf of the insured, as well as self-inflicted injuries, suicide and attempted suicide carried out by the insured. 4. Accidents resulting from the participation in bets, competitions, contests, duels and fights (except in cases of legitimate defence). 5. Epidemics, pandemics, quarantine, pollution or contamination, and natural disasters. 6. Civil or foreign wars, whether declared or not, mutinies, rebellion, insurrection, actions of the armed forces, coupes d'état, civil uprisings, acts of terrorism or of a similar nature, and the deliberate failure to observe official prohibitions. 7. Any effect caused by a source of biological or chemical radioactivity, as well as damages resulting from the use of nuclear weapons. Occurrences arising directly or indirectly from chemical or biological materials, substances or components that can damage or destroy human life or create social alarm. 8. The lack or impossibility of vaccination and the medical impossibility of following the treatment required in order to travel to certain countries. 9. The failure to present, for any reason, the required travel documents, such as passports, visas, tickets or identity cards. 10. All births and fertility treatments; pregnancy-related complications as of the 7th month of pregnancy. 11. Medical consultations or examinations, periodic revisions, rehabilitation sessions and cosmetic treatment cures. 12. In the event of hospitalization or temporary incapacity due to serious accident or illness ceasing more than 7 days prior to the start of the flight. 13. Unstable pathologies which have been subject to verification or treatment in the 30 days prior to the reservation of the flight. 14. Surgical treatments not derived from a pathology. 15. Occurrences arising from circumstances which were existent and/or known to the Policyholder/Insured upon contracting the insurance. 16. Occurrences arising from the unlawful actions of the Insured, or actions of the Insured carried out in contravention of a governmental or legislative ban, as well as those derived from a governmental action, such as confiscation, detention or destruction. 17. Damage caused by water leaks or escapes. 18. Occurrences affected by a breach or by any class of insolvency, as well as situations of receivership and bankruptcy, of a services provider, including: carriers, travel organizers and hotel services. 19. Trips booked contrary to medical opinion. 20. Occurrences arising directly or indirectly from a terminal illness diagnosed prior to the contracting of insurance. 21. Trips which the insured undertakes in order to receive medical or cosmetic treatment. 22. Additional costs or charges resulting from errors or omissions in the booking of the trip or in obtaining visas or passports. 23. Occurrences arising from a failure to observe governmental warnings, or those issued by any other official body, relative to a recommendation not to travel to a particular country or zone, or relative to situations involving strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest or contagious diseases and in relation to which the Insured fails to adopt adequate measures to avoid or minimize any occurrence (including changing the date of the trip to the country or zone to which the recommendation refers). 24. Theft and loss in the event of theft of documents or luggage. IV. ASSISTANCE GUARANTEE REPATRIATION. ARTICLE ONE - DESCRIPTION OF THE COVERAGE INCLUDED. 1. Repatriation or medical transfer in the event of illness of or accident to the insured. In the event of the insured contracting an illness or being the victim of an accident during the insured trip, the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team will determine the most suitable action to be adopted in accordance with the severity and urgency of the case. The Insurer will organize the necessary contacts between its medical team and the doctor responsible for treating the insured, in order to provide appropriate health care. In the event of emergency and serious medical conditions, and at the discretion of the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team, in contact with the doctor responsible for treating the insured and his/her family and taking into account any medicallynecessary actions, the decision will be taken whether or not to transfer the insured. The Insurer will organize any such transfer from the insured s location to the nearest or the most suitable medical centre in accordance with the insured s condition, or to the insured s home when no hospitalization is required.

9 If it not possible to admit the patient to a hospital near to his/her residence, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will take responsibility for the subsequent transfer to the home of the insured. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will be solely and exclusively responsible for the repatriation of the insured in the event such a measure is required on medical grounds. In the event of conditions that do not require repatriation, the transfer to the location in which the necessary care can be provided will be made using the most suitable means. Similarly, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will organize the repatriation of the insured and an insured companion or insured members of the insured s family (spouse, ancestor, descendant, brother/sister) should it prove impossible on medical grounds (the severity of which will be verified by the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team) for the insured to use the planned means of return transport. In such cases, the insured must first call the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE Customer Service Department in order to request medical attention. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will be responsible for all additional transport costs generated by an insured companion or the insured or the insured members of the insured s family (spouse, ancestor, descendant, brother/sister, legal guardian) in such cases in which it proves impossible to employ the initial means of return transport for the repatriation of the insured. Should, once the insured has recovered, the insured and the insured members of his/her family (spouse, ancestor, descendant, brother/sister) or insured companion of the insured wish to continue the trip and his/health permits the same, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will be responsible for organizing their transfer to the destination, providing that the related cost does not exceed the cost of returning the insured to his/her habitual place of residence. Nevertheless, the costs derived from the pathology suffered by the insured will not be covered if he/she decides to continue to the destination of his/her trip. 2. Expenses corresponding to an extended hotel stay. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will assume the costs for an extension of the insured s stay in a hotel in accordance with doctor s orders, with the agreement of its medical team, up to a maximum amount of 100 per day for a maximum duration of 10 days. 3. Travel and accommodation expenses for a family member or companion. Should the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team consider that the insured must remain hospitalized for more than 5 days (3 days in the cases of minors and the physically/mentally impaired), and provided that the insured is unaccompanied at the time, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will assume responsibility for: A return ticket in train (1st class) or aeroplane (tourist class) in order that one person may travel to the location in which the insured is hospitalized. The hotel expenses of a family member or companion who has travelled to the location, up to a limit of 100 a day for a maximum of 10 days. 4. Repatriation of the deceased insured In the event of the death of the insured, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will take responsibility for: members of the insured s family (spouse, civil partner, ancestor, descendant, brother/sister) or to an insured companion of the insured in such cases in which the means initially planned for transport to his/her place of residence cannot be employed for the repatriation of the insured. 5. Early return due to serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member in Spain. In the event of the serious illness, serious accident or death of members of the insured s family, as defined in this policy, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will be responsible for a return ticket in first class (train) or economy class (aeroplane) for the insured and for each of his/her insured family members (spouse or domestic partner, ancestor, descendant, brother/sister). Upon request, such return tickets may be replaced by outward and return tickets for one single member of the family. Unrequested early returns or early returns that have not been organised by ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will not be reimbursed. Serious illness is understood to be a health disorder verified by a medical professional and which requires hospitalisation. Serious accident is understood to be unintentional bodily injury caused as a result of the unforeseen actions of a third-party cause and which, in the opinion of a medical professional, requires hospitalization. The insured must provide the supporting documentation and certificates of the occurrence which caused the interruption of the trip, and specifically the corresponding medical reports. 6. Early return due to serious damage to the insured s main residence or professional establishment. In the case of theft, fire, gas, or water leaks in the insured party s main residence or professional establishment, and in those cases in which the insured party is the direct operator or carries out his/her freelance professional activities in the same, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will assume responsibility for a first class return train ticket or tourist class return aeroplane ticket in order that the insured may travel to the affected main residence or professional establishment. Unrequested early returns or early returns that have not been organised by ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will not be reimbursed. The insured must provide the supporting documentation and certificates of the occurrence which caused the interruption of the trip (fire department report, police report, insurance company report or similar document). 7. Medical expenses. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will take responsibility for the payment or reimbursement of medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and hospital costs originating, that is to say, caused and produced, during a trip outside the country in which the Insured has his/her habitual residence, up to the maximum limits indicated below: In Europe and countries bordering the Mediterranean: 15,000 (excess waiver 50) Rest of the World: 60,000 (excess waiver 50) Surgical, pharmaceutical and hospital medical expenses incurred in the country of habitual residence are also covered, up to the limit of 600 (excess waiver 20). The cost incurred by transferring the body from the place of death to the place of burial. The expenses incurred by the necessary preparatory tasks prior to the transfer, up to a limit of 600. The additional transport expenses corresponding to the insured In all cases, the Insurer will be responsible for said medical costs prior to the intervention of the Social Security services or any other organization with the obligation to provide attention. The insured is obliged to provide the Insurer with information regarding such interventions.

10 The insured must take the European Health Service Card with them if they travel to Europe. The insured must carry the corresponding form when travelling to other countries with which a Social Security agreement has been established. 8. Compensation for missed connections due to delay in means of transport. If, as a result of a delay in the arrival of the original means of public transport to an airport where the insured must connect with a later flight in order to continue the trip to the final destination, the insured were to miss the connection or find it impossible to be present upon its departure, the company will compensate the insured against the presentation of invoices, at the choice of the insured, either for hotel and meal cost occasioned during the wait for the following connection, or for a transport ticket for a new connection to the final destination or location of origin, up to a limit of 150 for European flights and 300 for flights to the rest of the world. In order to process the payment, the Insured must present the supporting documents issued by the operator of the public transfer and which certify the delay, as well as the This compensation will be paid on the provision that is has not been assumed by the transport company. Expenses incurred in locations other than that in which the delay occurs are excluded. This guarantee does not cover the cancellation of the departure of the means of transport, that is, those in stances in which the trip in the scheduled means of transport for which at least one place has been reserved does not take place. 10. Legal defence costs outside the country of habitual residence. In the event of the insured having to hire a lawyer for his/her legal defence outside their country of habitual residence or nationality, and provided that the acts imputed are not liable to criminal penalty under the laws of the country in which the insured is located, ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will reimburse the corresponding lawyer s fees to the limit of 600. Events related to the insured s professional activity, the use or custody of a motor vehicle and any contractual responsibilities to which the insured is party are formally excluded from the scope of this guarantee. The insured agrees to send ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, in the shortest possible time, the supporting documents for his/her lawyer s fees. Under no circumstances is this a legal expenses insurance, but rather ancillary travel assistance coverage. 11. Advance of bail in outside the country of habitual residence. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will advance, up to a limit of 5,000, the amount of the bail demanded under domestic law, in order that the insured may obtain his/her freedom in the event of his/her having been charged as a result of a traffic accident for which he/she is responsible. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE reserves the right to request collateral or a guarantee from the insured in order to ensure repayment of the advance. Within three months as of the corresponding request from ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, the insured is obliged to refund the amount of the advanced bail. If, prior to the conclusion of the three-month period, the bail is reimbursed to the insured by the country s authorities, the insured must return the advanced bail to ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE immediately. In the event of the insured failing to return the amount of the advanced bail within three months, original invoices issued for the expenses incurred. This compensation will be paid on the provision that is has not been assumed by the transport company. 9. Delay in the departure of the means of transport. When the departure of the means of public transport chosen by the insured is delayed for at least 6 hours, the Insurer will pay, upon the presentation of the corresponding invoices, the hotel, meal and transportation costs occasioned and paid during the wait and up to the departure, with the following limits: Up to 50 if the delay exceeds 6 hours. Up to 100 if the delay exceeds 12 hours. Up to 150 if the delay exceeds 18 hours. Up to 250 if the delay exceeds 24 hours. In order to process the payment, the Insured must present the supporting documents issued by the operator of the public transfer and which certify the delay. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE reserves the right to demand, in addition to the said amount, all expenses and interest calculated in accordance with the current legislation. 12. Third-party liability. Third-party liabilities are guaranteed for personal and/or material damages when caused involuntarily by the insured to people, animals or objects and that are the consequence of accidental events that have occurred during the trip, up to a limit of 30,050 (excess waiver 90). This limit includes the payment of legal costs and expenses and any bail demanded of the insured. ARTICLE TWO - GENERAL EXCLUSIONS All services that have not been previously requested from ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, or which have been organized directly by the insured without the participation of the Insurer, are excluded, except in the event of force majeure or duly accredited material impossibility. The exclusions detailed below will be applicable to all coverage under the Assistance / Repatriation guarantee. 1. Illnesses, accidents or deaths caused by the consumption of alcohol, drugs and narcotics, except when prescribed by a doctor and consumed as indicated. 2. Fraudulent acts and negligence on behalf of the insured, as well as self-inflicted injuries, suicide and attempted suicide by the insured. 3. Accidents occasioned in the event of war, whether declared or not, mutiny, rebellion, insurrection, actions of the Armed Forces, coupe d'état, civil uprisings or similar, except when the insured has been surprised by the start of a conflict abroad. In such cases, the insurance guarantees will cease to be effective FOURTEEN days as of the start of the conflict. 4. The effects caused by a source of biological or chemical radioactivity, as well as damages resulting from the use of nuclear weapons. Occurrences arising directly or indirectly from chemical or biological materials, substances or components that can damage or destroy human life or create social alarm. 5. Occurrences caused by earthquakes, seaquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, atypical cyclonic storms, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine, sidereal bodies and aerolites, and acts of terrorism. 6. The following activities are excluded: blowpipe practice, archery, hot air balloon trips, windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, fishing, golf, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, orientation, excursions on horseback, riding

11 quads, excursions in 4&4 vehicles, go-karts, motor boating, trekking, paint-ball, jet skis, ultralight aviation, helicopters, water skiing, ultra tube and bus bob, rafting, paragliding, canoe rafting, hydro-speed, parachuting, snowboarding, snowshoes. The practice of all professional sports, remunerated or otherwise, independently of the nature of their practice (competition or preparatory training) and; canyoning, bungee jumping, mountaineering, rock climbing, alpine climbing, scuba-diving, potholing and any other activity considered to be high-risk. Sporting expeditions at sea, in mountainous regions and/or in deserts are also excluded. 7. Skiing or snowboard accidents. 8. All types of trips with therapeutic objectives or to receive aesthetic treatments are excluded. 9. Search and rescue operations at sea, in mountainous regions and/or in deserts. 10. With regard to costs for tasks associated to the preparation of cadavers, the following are excluded: burial, ceremonial and undertaker costs. 11. Expenses occasioned by an illness or accident from which the insured has not recovered upon starting their trip, or at the time of continuing the trip in accordance with guarantee 1, when said trip should not have been undertaken due to said illness or accident in the opinion of the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team. 12. Repatriations or transfers produced as a result of mental illnesses that require a period of hospitalization of less than 24 hours in the destination according to the criteria of the ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE medical team. 13. Events related to the insured s professional activity, the use or custody of a motor vehicle and any contractual responsibilities to which the insured is party are excluded from the scope of the legal defence guarantee. 14. Trips booked or initiated contrary to medical opinion. 15. Occurrences arising from circumstances which were existent and/or known to the Policyholder/Insured upon contracting the insurance. 16. Occurrences arising from the unlawful actions of the Insured, or actions of the Insured carried out in contravention of a governmental or legislative ban, including those relative to requirements for obtaining a visa or a passport, as well as those derived from a governmental action, such as confiscation, detention or destruction. 17. Damage caused by water leaks or escapes, and/or by pollution or contamination. 18. Occurrences affected by a breach or by any class of insolvency, as well as situations of receivership and bankruptcy, of a services provider, including: carriers, travel organizers and hotel services. 19. Occurrences arising directly or indirectly from a terminal illness diagnosed prior to the contracting of insurance. 20. Additional costs or charges resulting from errors or omissions in the booking of the trip or in obtaining visas or passports. 21. Occurrences arising from a failure to observe governmental warnings, or those issued by any other official body, relative to a recommendation not to travel to a particular country or zone, or relative to situations involving strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest or contagious diseases and in relation to which the Insured fails to adopt adequate measures to avoid or minimize any occurrence (including changing the date of the trip to the country or zone to which the recommendation refers). 22. Occurrences resulting from depression, anxiety, stress and mental or nervous disorders. In additional to the previously cited general exclusions (sections 1 to 22, both inclusive), the following exclusions will also apply to the MEDICAL COSTS coverage: 23. Tests related to pre-existing illnesses. 24. Thermal treatment, heliotherapy or aesthetic treatment expenses. 25. Prostheses, implants and orthopaedic material, rehabilitation and physiotherapy expenses. 26. Vaccination expenses; dentistry-related vaccination expenses. 27. Expenses produced following the conclusion date of the trip. 28. Contraception and voluntary pregnancy termination expenses. 29. Preventative medicine expenses. 30. Expenses for medication considered, in the opinion of ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE s medical team, as inappropriate for the insured s condition. 31. Medical expenses incurred less than 30 kilometres from the policy-holder's home (15 kilometres in Spanish islands). 32. Expenses related to chronic illness or pregnancy complications. 33. Expenses originated by treatments started in the country of origin. 34. Expenses originated by a pre-existing illness, independently of the insured s awareness of such an illness. 35. Medical expenses of less than 20 incurred in the insured s country of habitual residence, and those produced outside the insured s country of habitual residence of less than 50. With regard to the THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY coverage, the general exclusions (sections 1 to 22, both inclusive) and the exclusions listed below will apply: 36. Any type of responsibility derived from the use of motor vehicles, aircraft, and vessels and from the use or ownership of arms or incendiary devices or any kind. 37. Responsibilities derived from any type of professional activity. Contractual third-party liability. 38. Responsibility derived from the professional practice of sports. 39. Damages caused to objects or animals that have been borrowed, rented or left as a deposit. 40. Fines and sanctions. 41. Damages caused to relatives and other people living with the insured or to parties insured by the same insurance. 42. Damages caused in fights, bets, demonstrations, disturbances, etc. 43. Accidents caused by skiing or the practice of any other adventure sport. 44. Damages caused by the insured in an act of bad faith. 45. Damages caused by the Insured when under the influence of alcohol, toxic drugs or narcotic drugs. 46. Damages caused by earthquakes, seaquakes, extraordinary floods, volcanic eruptions, atypical cyclonic storms and sidereal bodies and aerolites. 47. Damages caused by terrorism, rebellion, mutiny and civil uprising. 48. Damages caused by the events or activities of Armed or Security Forces in times of peace. 49. Occurrences of less than 90%. V. LUGGAGE GUARANTEE ARTICLE ONE - DESCRIPTION OF THE COVERAGE INCLUDED. 1. Luggage is insured against: Theft, understood as the removal of third-party personal property against the will of the insured, by means of acts involving violence or intimidation or the use of force. Partial or total destruction during transfer by public passenger transportation company. Loss during transfer by a public passenger transportation company. The maximum limit per insured person is 1,200.

12 In the event of partial or total destruction of luggage, as well as its loss during transfer by a public passenger transport company, the Insurer will supplement the payment corresponding to the transport company, previously paid by the same, up to the limit indicated in the indicated above. The maximum compensation will cover for all losses suffered by the insured during the contracted guarantee period. CALCULATION OF COMPENSATION. Compensation is calculated in accordance with the true value of the affected objects, that is to say, the value that the affected objects possess immediately prior to the occurrence. This value is determined by deducting depreciation due to age, use, and wear from the value of the new object (the sales price of the insured object when purchased new). The compensation may not exceed the total amount of the damage suffered or take into consideration indirect damages. Nevertheless, the maximum compensation for all the valuable objects will be 50% of the aforementioned guaranteed amount, taking into account the following: Jewels, objects containing precious metals, precious stones, pearls and watches are only guaranteed against theft and only if any such theft occurs when the insured is wearing such objects or when they have been deposited in the safe of a hotel. Photography, cinematography, recording or audiovisual reproduction equipment and accessories, as well as leather garments, are guaranteed only when being carried by the insured or when they have been deposited in a left-luggage locker. 2. The reimbursement of the purchase cost of essential goods is insured in the event of a delay of more than 24 hours in the delivery of luggage checked into the outbound flight, up to a maximum limit of 200. Essential goods are understood to be those that cover basic clothing and personal hygiene needs. Compensation for this concept may not be combined with compensation arising from the theft or loss of luggage on a public means of transport. The insured must present the corresponding documentation to justify purchases and the document issued to justify the delay. 3. The shipment of objects that have been stolen, misplaced or lost during the trip to the insured s residence is insured. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will organize the shipment and be responsible for paying the costs of the same. ARTICLE TWO - GENERAL EXCLUSIONS. The luggage guarantee will not be applicable in the main or secondary place of residence of the Insured. 1. All occurrences: Intentionally caused by the insured or as a result of the serious negligence of the insured. Resulting from a decision taken by the competent authority during civil or foreign wars, whether declared or not, mutinies, rebellion, insurrection, actions of the armed forces, coupes d'état, civil uprisings, acts of terrorism or of a similar nature, and the deliberate failure to observe official prohibitions. Caused by moving house. 2. Theft committed by the insured party s staff whilst working. 3. The removal of objects left unattended in a public place. 4. Destruction resulting from a fault in the object itself, from normal wear, spillage of liquids, oily materials, dyes or corrosive materials that may form part of the luggage of the insured. 5. The destruction of fragile objects, ceramics, glass, porcelain and marble. 6. Non-violent theft, loss, or misplacement of objects. 7. Thefts from inside a private vehicle, except when such a vehicle is a hire car. 8. The purchase of basic necessities during the return journey to the insured s habitual residence. 9. Occurrences caused by earthquakes, seaquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, atypical cyclonic storms, epidemics, quarantine, sidereal bodies and aerolites, and acts of terrorism. 10. Occurrences arising from circumstances which were existent and/or known to the Policyholder/Insured upon contracting the insurance. 11. Occurrences arising from the unlawful actions of the Insured, or actions of the Insured carried out in contravention of a governmental or legislative ban, as well as those derived from a governmental action, such as confiscation, detention or destruction. 12. Occurrences derived from the consumption of alcohol, drugs and narcotics are also excluded. 13. Damage caused by water leaks or escapes, and/or by pollution or contamination. 14. Occurrences affected by a breach or by any class of insolvency, as well as situations of receivership and bankruptcy, of a services provider, including: carriers, travel organizers and hotel services. 15. Occurrences arising from a failure to observe governmental warnings, or those issued by any other official body, relative to a recommendation not to travel to a particular country or zone, or relative to situations involving strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest or contagious diseases and in relation to which the Insured fails to adopt adequate measures to avoid or minimize any occurrence (including changing the date of the trip to the country or zone to which the recommendation refers). 16. The effects caused by a source of biological or chemical radioactivity, as well as damages resulting from the use of nuclear weapons. Occurrences arising directly or indirectly from chemical or biological materials, substances or components that can damage or destroy human life or create social alarm. The following objects / costs are excluded: 17. Documents, identity cards, credit cards, magnetic cards, transport tickets, cash, securities and keys. 18. Bicycles, hunting rifles, windsurf boards, snowboards and all types of sporting materials, including accessories. 19. Professional materials. 20. Musical instruments, objets d art, antiques, collections and merchandise. 21. Spectacles, contact lenses, prostheses and orthopaedic apparatus of any kind. 22. Telephonic and electronic apparatus and their accessories, except as established in the "Compensation Limit" section for photography, cinematography, and recording or audiovisual equipment.

13 23. Any type of computer material. Obligations of the insured upon recovery of stolen or lost objects. The insured must inform ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE in writing as soon as the insured is aware of the fact. If ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE has not yet paid compensation, the insured must take possession of the objects. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will only be responsible for the costs generated by possible damages and partial losses, always provided that such concepts are covered by the policy. If ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE has already paid the insured, the insured may choose to either relinquish the objects, which will become the property of ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, or to keep possession of them and return the compensation to ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, with the corresponding deduction of the compensation for damage or partial loss.
