These teams are perfect for first-time cheerleaders who want to try out all stars, returning athletes who like a limited season, or football cheerleaders who want to keep competing through their off season! No experience necessary for level 1.1 teams. Ages 6-18, boys and girls. Level 3.1 teams perform level 3 stunt skills and level 1 tumbling skills. These teams are perfect for veteran cheerleaders who want a short season, limited travel, or want to improve their stunt skills without worrying about getting new tumbling skills. Prior cheer experience or a front/back walkover required to be placed on a 3.1 team. Ages 10-18, boys and girls. Fill out the registration forms and bring them, them or fax them to Fusion Elite. Athletes may begin practicing as soon as they are registered! Between October 1 st and January 1 st, half year athletes may attend as many cheer & tumbling classes as they can for their $99/month tuition. Beginning January 2 nd, team practices will be held two times per week. Don t want the pre-season practice? Register before December 17 th and begin practicing on January 2 nd. Families can also begin fundraising as soon as their registration is in even before the season starts! Practices begin January 2, and run through April team will practice Thursdays 7:00pm-8:45pm and Saturdays 11:00am-1:00pm 3.1 team will practice Wednesdays 7:15pm-9:00pm and Sundays 7:00pm-9:00pm Times are tentative and may be changed if we create more than two half year teams. If the schedule changes, it will be finalized by January 13 th. You ll be spending lots of time with your Fusion Elite team this season, why not have your friends on Fusion Elite too? For every new athlete that joins because of you, you receive a $50 credit toward your tuition!

Period. Since routines and stunts absolutely require the presence of each team member, missing practices, being tardy, and/or leaving early from practices, events or competitions is not tolerated. Absences and tardiness will affect the athlete s placement on his/her team and in his/her routine. Our attendance policy can be found on our website at *Practices are open to parents during the last 15 minutes of practice. 1) The Power Company Booster Club A non-profit organization that puts on fundraisers several times per year. Depending on how involved parents and participants are, they can raise a large portion of their expenses. 2) Athletic Edge Parents can earn money by working concession booths at concerts and sporting events. Interested parents should visit for information, and must sign up individually we have a meeting at the beginning of the season to help you get signed up! 3) Referral Credits You earn a $50 statement credit whenever you refer anyone to our program, and they sign up for an all star program. 4) We offer 20% (off tuition only) discount for the second child, and 30% for the third+ child in a household. *Under no circumstances may an athlete miss practice the week leading up to a competition. *Using practices or competitions as leverage for discipline is not allowed, as this will cause stress on the whole team. *Extra practices are sometimes required before events, depending on the needs of the team. We will give as much advance notice as possible.

4 *Tuition fees include instructional hours, choreography camp, equipment fees, administrative fees, insurance, and the end-ofseason award ceremony. *Competition Fees include all competition fees and coaches competition/travel fees. *Basic Uniform Package includes: Uniform top, uniform bottom, competition bow. Additional apparel and accessories will be available, but not required. *Payment is due on the 1st of each month by automatic withdrawal from a major credit/debit/atm card. The registration fee is waived if you pay for the entire season up-front! *You may choose to have your payments withdrawn on the 5th, 15th, or a special schedule (bi-weekly, etc) for an additional service fee of $10 per month. *You will have access to our parent portal, so you have your account at your fingertips. Log on to see account history, update card info, make payments or view your upcoming fees. If you have questions about your account, please let us know before the 1st of the month. *It is the parent s responsibility, not their child s, to meet all financial obligations. Fusion does not coordinate payments between exspouses. It is the responsibility of the parent signing the contract to meet all financial requirements. *If payment has not posted by the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be assessed, and the athlete will be removed from practice until payment is made. Accounts that reach 30 days past due will cause us to remove your child from our program, and send your account to an outside collection agency. *Tumbling and cheer classes are a great way to further your skills in cheerleading. Team practices are reserved for routine work, so individual skill development must be done in classes. *Classes are optional. *We offer an unlimited season class pass upon registration, which gives you unlimited classes for your whole season for only $35/month. This is a 40% discount from our regular fees. Unlimited class pass may only be purchased when registering, and is a contract for the full season (through April.) *Those who choose not to purchase the unlimited class pass can still attend classes at the regular rate. *See last page for more information *All fees are non-refundable. When you sign up for a team, we commit to pay for travel expenses, uniforms, etc. on your behalf, and when a participant leaves Fusion Elite, we are often obligated to pay for these commitments. Therefore, we will be unable to refund any portion of the fees paid if a participant chooses to leave Fusion Elite before the season is over. *Fusion Elite requires a mailed 30 day written drop notice. Tuition is due during those 30 days. Oral notices are not acceptable. No drops are allowed between January and April drops during this time are particularly damaging to the team and routine. Athletes who drop during this time will still be required to pay tuition and all other team expenses until the end of the season. *We do our best at Fusion Elite to give you an accurate estimate of what expenses will be incurred during the season, and every effort is made to reduce costs wherever possible. We will notify you as soon as possible when an actual cost differs from the estimates listed here, and reserve the right to add an additional charge to your account if there is an increase in the anticipated costs. Member may cancel this agreement only by written request. Written notification of cancellation or EFT credit card account changes (including expiration date) must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the 1 st of the month in which the change will take place. Such request may be hand delivered, faxed, or mailed to Fusion Elite at the address above. Fusion Elite is not responsible for written cancellations or change requests if not received by certified mail. Oral requests for cancellations or changes are not considered valid and will not be accepted. You are responsible for verifying your account statement to ensure cancellations and correct billing. In addition, late fees will be assessed on membership accounts more than 10 days past due. Also, a returned item fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks, credit cards, and EFT debits. The member acknowledges that they have been told: (A) that this document is an Agreement and will become legally binding upon its acceptance by Fusion Elite; (B) the terms and conditions of this Agreement; ( C) that they acknowledge that they have examined the facilities and that they accept them in the present condition, and the Member assumes any and all risk involved in the use of the facility and equipment; (D) There are no warranties either expressed or Implied which extend beyond this agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties; there are no collateral agreements, representations or guarantees, oral or otherwise, unless attached hereto. The undersigned member has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the Fusion Elite Tryout/Placement Rules as part of this agreement. The Rules and Regulations may be changed at any time by Fusion Elite, at its sole discretion. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. You, the buyer, may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day, after the date of this Agreement, excluding Sundays and Holidays. Such notice shall be sent to Fusion Elite at the above address. Fusion Elite reserves the right to change monthly tuition at its sole discretion. The cosigner, along with the Member, agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement. Membership in Fusion Elite All Star Cheerleading is not based on usage.
