Scorpio submitted a qualifier with their bid that is included on the attached page as well as the College's response on the following page. In addition, it was requested that the College post the subcontractor list submitted by Scorpio. That subcontractor list is also attached on pages 4-6. You are hereby informed that failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section (3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. This notice will be posted for review by interested parties for a period of 72 hours from the time indicated on this notice.

College responses to Scorpio Bid Qualifications: 1. This is correct. There is no requirement in the Construction Documents for the bid response to include the signage panels noted. 2.

Scope of work includes datarrv/av wiring, as is indicated in the Project Manual (Telecommunications Infrastructure Standards and Specifications) and on sheet E-13, details 2-10, various notes.

3 College responses to Scorpio Bid Qualifications: 1. This is correct. There is no requirement in the Construction Documents for the bid response to include the signage panels noted. 2. Cabling is required. Scope of work includes datarrv/av wiring, as is indicated in the Project Manual (Telecommunications Infrastructure Standards and Specifications) and on sheet E-13, details 2-10, various notes. Therefore the bid amount will be increased by the $21, indicated. 3. The Construction Documents do not require a specific daily timeframe for the work. The only requirements listed are in Addendum One, which requires 210 consecutive calendar days until substantial completion and then 30 consecutive calendar days from substantial completion to final completion.
