1 LAN Infrastructure Cable and Components Schedule of Events RFQ issue date Jan. 28, 2016 Bid closing date Feb. 04, :00 PM Scope of Work Contract to supply LAN infrastructure cable and assorted parts to Boise State University See Price Schedule for listing of cable and parts (no substitutes) Termination Failure to perform or complete scheduled orders of LAN cable and assorted parts will be cause for immediate termination of the contract. Boise State University may terminate the contract at any time without cause upon thirty (30) calendar days written notice given to the supplier. Upon Termination The obligations of liabilities of the parties shall cease, except that the obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the termination date shall be honored. The contractor shall promptly discontinue all affected work (unless the notice directs otherwise), and deliver or otherwise make available to the Boise State University all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, keys, and such other information and materials as may have been accumulated by the contractor in performing this contract, whether completed or in process. Upon termination, Boise State University may take over the work and may award another party a contract. Terms and Conditions The State of Idaho Standard Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into this solicitation as if set forth herein in their entirety, and are located at purchasing.idaho.gov/terms_and_conditions.html. The State of Idaho Terms and Conditions shall apply to this solicitation and to any Contract resulting from this solicitation. Failure by any submitting vendor Page 1 of 5

2 to obtain a copy of such shall in no way constitute or be deemed a waiver by the State of either document, or any part of them. No liability will be assumed by Boise State University for a submitting vendor s failure to consider the Terms & Conditions in its response to this solicitation. In the performance of this Contract, the Contractor and subcontractors, if any, agree to abide by all OSHA rules and regulations, and all other existing laws, codes, rules, and regulations set forth by all appropriate governmental authorities having jurisdiction in the location where the work is to be performed. Smoking Policy Boise State University maintains an entirely smoke-free campus, including all university owned or controlled buildings, property, vehicles, surrounding sidewalks and greenbelt sections adjacent to campus. The smoking policy will apply to all students, employees, contractors, vendors, volunteers and visitors on university controlled property. Smoking of any kind will not be permitted on Boise State University owned or leased properties which will extend to cars parked on the property, all sidewalks on or around the perimeter of campus, and the section of the greenbelt within the boundaries of the campus. Invoicing and Payment Submit invoices to Boise State University Accounts Payable, 1910 University Drive, Boise, ID Payment terms are net 30 Response Requirements - Completed Price Schedule (see below) - Completed Signature Page (see below) Award Basis Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest prices for the LAN cable and assorted components Prices must be fully burdened with all costs associated with supplying the LAN cable and assorted components listed in this Request for Quote including but not limited to all packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and insurance charges.
