Bid Document Invitation of bids for selection of Insurance Companies as lmplementing Agencies (la) for "Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY)" in BIHAR State for Rabi 201,6-17 season This is a notice inviting bid for crop insurance under Pradhan Mantri Fasal BimaYojana (PMFBY) for the crops to be notified for coverage under PMFBY during Rabi season, for selection of lmplementing Agencies to undertake implementation of the said Scheme. Offers are invited from the following eligible insurance companies, duly empanelled the DAC&FW, Government of India for selection of lmplementing Agency (la) undertake implementation of the PMFBY for Kharif 2016 in the state of Bihar -. l. Universal Sompo GIC Limited. by to The above eligible and empanelled companies should submit district-wise and cropwise Actuarial Premium Rates (APR) in the format attached herewith. This notice for bid will follow the Operational Guidelines of PMFBY issued by the Government of India, DAC&FW, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. The notification / orders/ clarifications etc. issued by the Government of India and the Government of Bihar from time to time have to be followed by allthe selected las. Prospective bidders shall have to bid OFFLINE i.e. the companies have to submit the actuarial premium rates in the prescribed format in a sealbd envelope. lt may be noted that it is a financial bid only. Participation in the Financial Bid will imply acceptance of the terms mentioned in this bid document and the operational guidelines for PMFBY. Any modification/amendmenuextension of date/ change of schedule/other clauses/details of the tender etc. will be communicated to the prospective bidders without advertisement in newspaper.
