Flood Risk Indicator My Private Ark s innovative Flood Risk Indicator provides homeowners, insurance companies and property developers with an accurate flood risk alarm system anywhere in the world, with hitherto unavailable accuracy. Cost-effective and precise, our system allows for informed decision making when building, buying or insuring property in flood prone areas. As recently as 18 th July 2015, flood warnings have been issued for parts of the state of Nevada, with flooding being reported in south Clark County amongst other communities. Our brand new system gives My Private Ark a direct approach to reach any individual property owner within a flood-affected area. With Nevada s unique topography and a need to protect existing and future dwellings, our flood prediction system will allow for costeffective and accurate flood modelling across the entire state, down to zip code area accuracy. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 2
Flood Risk Indicator The cost of each search using our Flood Risk Indicator will be between $115 and $200. The unique Traffic Light System identifies risk per zip code, then collates the data, presenting it in detailed flood risk analysis. If our Traffic Light System indicator shows green, we will offer discounted flood insurance. Where the result is amber our range of Property Level Protection (PLP) products will be offered. Finally for zip codes showing red, more detailed surveys will be offered which could lead to the installation of one of our guaranteed flood defence solutions. Our intention is to offer this service as an API, available across a huge range of websites and portals with revenue coming to us via pay per click. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 3

Zip code Flood Searches There are currently no direct competitors with this service. However, some other companies and councils do use a traffic light system in their methodology which makes their employees aware of task importance, usually in relation to a specific flood project. Traffic light systems are also used by weather forecasting providers when making the public aware of weather conditions. Currently, there are no commercial Traffic Light Systems available which indicate a pluvial flood risk. The table below shows other providers of at risk reports which you can buy from an online API. However, these companies do not provide the same amount of detailed information that My Private Ark provides with our Flood Traffic Light System. (Source: CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 6
Existing Environmental Data Existing flood data will be gathered from agencies such as USGS and FEMA across the State. My Private Ark takes this data and uses it to form part of our unique DTM software. CEO Alexis Smith t e. 7
Pluvial and Flash Flooding Until recently it has been impossible to accurately predict where pluvial or flash flooding may occur in certain environments. My Private Ark has developed the only system in the world which enables our customers to do this simply by using their zip code. Utilising topological data and algorithms that have been created in-house, we can give anyone an accurate forecast as to whether they are at risk of a particular type of flooding. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 8
Data requirements for our DEM/DTM (Digital Elevation/Terrain) model Data on both the vertical elevation and horizontal land use detail is required. A vertical resolution down to 5cm is necessary in order to identify roadside curbs and other features including hedges and walls. A horizontal resolution of between 1-3 Metres is required to distinguish between houses, green spaces and streets. Any lower resolution will result in unreliable surface flood assessment. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 9
Our Advantages Disadvantages of existing flood risk analysis Currently using very poor vertical resolution is unable to identify curbs and other small man-made structures. Current technology is unable to identify features such as hedges and narrow walls. Current technology finds it impossible to accurately assess the impact on flood risk from structures such as bridges and other permeable structures. Current Flood risk models are updated infrequently. Advantages of Traffic Light software We use flood risk models which are regularly updated for real-time analysis. We use unique overlaying of multiple data sources to provide ultra high resolution prediction and forecasting. We offer highly detailed mapping at post code level, including the effects of roadside curbs, hedges, alleyways, bridges and walls. Our software learns where needs to be updated before remapping is needed CEO Alexis Smith t e. 10
Our Advantages Conclusion: Standard surface flow-path generating software will incorrectly route water flow when it reaches a house, wall or similar structure which in reality will not allow water to pass through. A town located downstream of a bridge for example may be falsely assessed as being at low risk of flooding. The opposite could also apply to a town located upstream in near proximity to a bridge being at high risk of flooding. Because we overlay multiple data sources accurately, My Private Ark s Traffic Light software is the only analysis software in the world capable of assessing flood hazard with total accuracy down to postcode level. 18 Importance of Detailed DEM for AOFD Analyses (and also 2D analyses) Water flows around buildings, walls, hedges... AOFD results: flow paths go around the buildings and walls; ponds are outside buildings CEO Alexis Smith t e. 18
Importance of realistic presentation of alleyways and other hidden features (not presented in aerial photographs) Simulated water flow can create false ponding where it does not exist. Actual position of ponding may be masked by features such as back yards, alleyways, hedges and curbs. Volume of ponding and its dymamics will be distorted by hidden features. Discharge of sewers may occur at the places where the capaciy is insufficient. AOFD s features are significantly enhanced be the additional information obtained by using My Private Ark s Flood Traffic Light software CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 19

Our System CEO Alexis Smith t e. 32
Complete Modelling My Private Ark collects data generated by geo-tech soil sampling and permeability/corrosion surveys by our in-house geohydrologists. This is combined with data from the Environment Agency, The Met Office and local water board authorities to provide complete modelling of the area s topographical characteristics. The data is processed using our unique software package written exclusively for us by Professor Čedo Maksimović. The resulting modelling enables us to provide total flood protection for whole villages, towns or even cities. My Private Ark is the only company to be able to offer this service to entire communities- worldwide. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 33
Invisible Flood Protection My Private Ark uses its expertise to ensure our flood protection fits perfectly into your local environment. We ensure the flood protection blends into its surroundings with a range of coverings including natural hedge, wooden fence panels and brick. Furthermore should your property have an existing perimeter hedge, fence or wall surrounding it, our barrier simply replaces it, leaving your property looking exactly as it was previously- but flood protected! CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 34
Automated Pumping Station Controlled locally or remotely via our network, flood water is drained into a sump and removed to the outside of the barrier by our double-engineered pumping stations. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 35
Alert 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Sophisticated sensors around the barrier and in ground water aquifer feed data to our real time control system. This activates the pumping station when needed to prevent groundwater flooding whilst alerting designated individuals to rising flood hazard via SMS and messages. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 36
Maintaining your System Under the terms of our Care and Maintenance Contract, My Private Ark s team of engineers visit twice a year to assess your system, carrying out tests to guarantee your property is protected against flooding. System certification will only be granted once the engineers have carried out any maintenance required and are satisfied your system is in perfect working order. CEO Alexis Smith t e. as@myprivateark.com 37
