Eligibility: The GAF Behind the Counter Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are employees of a GAF Pro-Grade Master Distributor or Premier Roofing Dealer at the time of entry and at the time Sweepstakes prizes are awarded. This Sweepstakes is not open to the general public. This Sweepstakes is not open to owners, principals and branch managers of GAF Pro-Grade Master Distributors and Premier Roofing Dealers. This Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Building Materials Corporation of America, doing business as GAF ( Sponsor or GAF ), CorporateRewards.com ( Sweepstakes Administrator ), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ) and each of their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or members of the households of each such named above. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you confirm that the GAF Pro-Grade Master Distributor or Premier Roofing Dealer with which you are employed has no internal policy preventing you from participating in the Sweepstakes and receiving a Sweepstakes prize from Sponsor. Sponsor will notify randomly drawn prize winners as well as the branch managers of the GAF Pro-Grade Master Distributors or Premier Roofing Dealers with which prize winners are employed before any prize is distributed. If Sponsor is notified by a branch manager that a prize winner is not permitted to accept a Sweepstakes prize as a result of an internal policy prohibiting such acceptance, the Sweepstakes prize shall be forfeited and an alternate prize winner may be selected from the remaining Sweepstakes at Sponsor s sole discretion. 2. Sweepstakes Entry Period: 12:00:00 am EST on October 6, 2014 to 11:59:59 pm EST on December 29, 2014 (the Entry Period ). All earned bids as described below must be allocated to one or more prizes by 11:59:59 pm EST on January 12, How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit from your computer or smartphone (the Site ), and register to participate in the Sweepstakes. Standard data rates may apply when accessing the Site from your smartphone. After you have registered, visit the Site each day between 12:00:00 am EST and 11:59:59 pm EST during the Entry Period for the opportunity to answer three (3) GAF trivia questions each day. You will only have the opportunity to answer each question correctly one time. The questions will be different each day. You will not be able to answer questions from a prior day. You will earn one bid for each question that you answer correctly. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, one (1) bid is the equivalent of one Sweepstakes entry. You may earn up to three (3) bids per day during the Entry Period. After you have earned at least one (1) bid, follow the instructions provided on the Site to allocate each bid to a prize of your choice. You are permitted to reallocate your earned bids until 11:59:59 pm EST on January 12, Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of bids by using multiple/different identities or any other methods may void that entrant's bids and that entrant may be disqualified, in Sponsor s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, hardware, software, network, telephone, or human errors or technical malfunctions that may occur. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor s Privacy Policy (located at 4. Selection of Potential Prize Winners: Random drawings will be held by the Sweepstakes Administrator on or about January 15, 2015 from all eligible entries received for each prize category to select potential prize winner(s) in each prize category. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the Sponsor s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Except where prohibited, travel companion will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor s sole discretion. The prize winner will also receive a $1000 Visa gift card. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value of trip may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Prize winner and guest must complete the trip within one (1) year from the prize drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Cruise and flight must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to departure and is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. For All Prizes: All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and any additional terms and conditions required by any entity involved in this Sweepstakes. With respect to any prize in this Sweepstakes, no prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of a prize becomes unavailable in Sponsor s reasonable discretion. All federal, state, local and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize when required. 6. Potential Prize Winner Notification and Verification: Each potential prize winner and his/her branch manager will be notified by and/or phone at the address and/or phone number associated with the randomly selected entry. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of the first attempt to notify such potential winner, the prize may be forfeited. Except where prohibited, a potential prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release and, if required, a W-9 form and must return the documents within seven (7) business days of delivery of such documents. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, address and/or telephone number of entrants. A potential prize winner must comply with these Official Rules and all requirements specified herein to be deemed a prize winner and be awarded a prize. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. If the potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with the official rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential prize winner at its sole discretion. 7. General: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning the prize, any and all costs of redemption and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release and hold GAF and Sweepstakes Administrator and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, (the Released Parties ), harmless from any and all liability for loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of a prize, including any travel related thereto; (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and prize winner hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any another damages, other than out of pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys fees and court costs. By accepting the prize, the prize winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its directors, officers employees, or agents, have made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties (if any) are provided solely by the manufacturers, and prize winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical issues that may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, hardware or software errors; network or Internet connectivity, or other communication issues; garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any transmissions to be sent or received; or unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bug, worm. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the prize or these Official Rules. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or any other losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey having jurisdiction, and entrants hereby consent to jurisdiction and venue in the federal and states courts in New Jersey. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 9.
