Crime (Law and Order) CRIME/DEFENCE 1. Process of recruitment in police department shall be revised and all the vacant posts in this department shall be filled within a year. 2. New software shall be developed for police, fire brigade and the other VVIP services and its access shall be given to the people. Modern technology shall be used to develop the video shooting system of the actual crime.the work of fixing CCTV cameras at all the important places shall be completed as soon as possible. 3. Women shall be recruited in the police department to protect women. Special women force shall be appointed at special places. 4. Good co-ordination shall be maintained between health care centers, police department, fire brigade and home-guards. LAW 5. Outdated policies and rules shall be thrown in the dustbin and new rules and regulations shall be designed. 6. Outdated and unnecessary acts shall

Recruitment of judges shall be done as per the demand of the justice department. 8. Demand of hon. High court of having a branch in Kolhapur shall be given special attention 1. Number of primary treatment centers shall be increased. 2. Diagnostic centers full of CT scan, dialysis etc. facilities shall be established through government or private participation. 3. Generic medicine shall be made available to cut down the unnecessary price of medication. 4. Efforts shall be made to the center to increase the limit of health insurance from 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs 5. Encouragement and expansion of Ayurvedic and Homeopathic branches of medicine shall be given along with the proper use of the skilled manpower 6. Infant and mother mortality rate shall be brought down. Efforts shall be taken to reduce the mortality rate of kids below five years 7. Special hospitals shall be erected to treat cancer, diabetes, pollution diseases etc. State-of-the-art cancer hospital shall be erected in Nagpur 8. System of connecting rural medical centers with urban medical centers through tele-medicine and ambulance shall be formed.trauma Centers shall be erected on various places to give immediate treatment to the injured in the highway accidents. URBAN DEVELOPMENT 1. Rules and Regulations of the city development shall be constant for at least 5 years. 2. Heritage Act shall be amended to exclude unnecessarily strict and useless rules ROADS 3. All the national highways shall be expanded up to six lanes and all the state highways up to four lanes in step

Basic infrastructure shall be provided through the government to start water transportation between Mumbai (east and west shore), new Mumbai and KonkanRegion;Free Sea Way (Marine Drive to Kandivali) shall be developed. RAILWAY TRANSPORT 6. Expansion of VirarUnnat Railway, Metro Railway and Trans Harbour Link-Sivri to Nhavasheva project shall be done. 7. HARBOURS As suggested by Maritime Board and Department of Fishery Development, fishery Jetty shall be developed and cold storages, facilities like fish staining, processing unit etc. at the 48 harbours (ex. Mirkarwada in Ratnagiri) POWER SCHEMES hours electricity supply shall be provided to the farmers;24*7 electricity supply for industries 9. World class solar energy centers shall be developed in Maharashtra by using the highways, canals and idle land in Vidarbha and north Maharashtra. **************************** 10. Kolhapur, Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Nagpur, Nashik, Pune and Solapur to be made Smart Cities to increase employment, education and industrialization 4 Education 1. Primary level curriculum will include importance of protection and growth of environment; also the current syllabus shall be updated with the professional subjects; courses related with music, films etc. shall be

Saint University shall be erected in the state in order to spread the teachings of all the saints 3.Small scale business guidance and certificate courses shall be made available for increasing employment. 4.Adult education and spoken English classes shall be started 5.Government shall pay 4% interest for students who take education loan for few particular courses 6. Strict rules shall be formed to avoid donation system in the education field. 7. All the vacant posts of teachers and their needs shall be filled to justify the educational requirement of the society. 8. Online admission processes shall be cancelled and more capable and simplified process shall be implemented instead of that. 5 Agriculture 1.Good provision for the small scale irrigation every year (cement canals, small canal construction, drip system etc.) Irrigation as per the local availability and encouragement to develop well or artificial lake in every farm shall be given. 2.A system shall be made to amend the existing laws so that farmers could sell their goods directly to the people and to make branding of the product to get maximum value 3.IRMA scheme (Agricultural risk management system) shall be implemented to restrict the loss due to droughts and floods, insects and the other reasons in order to restrict the suicide cases; British method of counting the loss in case of draught / heavy rain / shall be changed and actual loss shall be counted to give compensation 4.Special schemes shall be designed and implemented from soil testing till getting proper value for the products which shall increase their income. Two or three soil testing labs shall be erected in every taluqa. Special system with up to date technological support

6 shall be implemented for the distribution of seeds, pesticides etc hours electricity supply shall be provided to the farmers 6.Special budget shall be given for agriculture along with special policies for cotton, sugarcane and dry farming 6 Employment 1. Simplification of the WorkersAct shall be done by excluding all the complicated rules and welfare schemes for workers where they are not united. 2.To encourage degree holder engineers and educated unemployed, they shall be given construction contracts of all the departments up to a limit. 3. Provision of 80% jobs in the private sectors shall be given to native classes shall be done. Same will be done for central jobs in the state. 4. Heavy provision shall be made in the draft of providing starting capital and venture capital for the youngsters to start something on their own. 5. Improvised version of Jhunka- Bhakar scheme shall be started for the unemployed people in the state. 6. One window scheme shall be started instead of Inspector Raj in order to encourage the business in the state. 7. To encourage the industries to work under Social Responsibilities Process (CSR), an inclusive role shall be adopted by the chief minister s office for its execution. 8. Process of recruitment in police department shall be revised and all the vacant posts in this department shall be filled within a year. Also the service conditions shall be simplified. 7 Social Welfare (Inclusivity and Anti-Communal Violence, Women and Child Development, Low-Cost 1. Act shall be amended so that S.R.A. scheme could be implemented in the entire state under which houses of 400sq.ft. shall be given where possible with respect to the area of the land. 3. Number of senior citizen is huge in the state. Separate policy shall be designed for them along with the

They shall be given needed cooperation for parking, purchasing cycles etc. Tiffin-men villa shall be erected for the rest and working of the Tiffin men. 1. Assurance of corruption free, transparent and fast governance; E- governance shall be implemented at maximum level and e-tendering shall be made compulsory. 2. Decentralization of the power and minimal use of discretionary power shall be done. 3. Special commission shall be appointed to investigate the frauds took place in the term of alliance. Strict action shall be taken against those who will be guilty for criminal misconduct, conspiracies, quid pro quo and other violating actions. 4. Financial discipline shall be compulsory for the government. Non productive expenses shall be excluded and ways of income shall be increased instead of increasing taxes. 5. Easy availability of the property documents, tax and personal consultation about the finance shall be taken care of. We shall also create awareness about the literacy and alertness in the society. 6.Inflation control: Prices of daily needed goods shall be kept constant in the next five years.

8 9 Rural Affairs and Urban Migration 10 Environment, Forests and Water Resources Under a new policy called RAINBOW 3500 centers will be run with the help of technology to enable. It includes 7 key points which includes Administrative Services, Education, Health, Entertainment, Sports and Physical Education, Urban Facilities Information Center, Training of disaster management 1. Long due projects of untraditional energy like solar energy, energy through wastage etc. shall be boosted 2. Will follow up with the central government to make amendments with immediate effect so that all the badly affecting, unpractical rules for CRZ 2 shall be changed. 3. Strict action shall be taken through the pollution control system for putting qualitative check on the acid rain due to polluting gas exhausted from all the factories and sewage water. 5. Eco-friendly, highly power conservative e-bus service which is based on efficient batteries getting fully charged in 5 hours.
