3 -2-3. BMTP shall release the amount to State Governmt of Gujarat within two working days through EAT module of PFMS. BMTP shall inform the Ministry about the transfer of funds to the State/UT immediately. BMTP shall also maintain proper record of the release made under the UHF as per Geral Financial Rules, 217 and the extant accounting procedure. 4. Based on the decision of the said SM and on the recommdations made by MoHUA, the release of ctral assistance of Rs. 4,27,6,/- (Rupees Four rore Twty-Sev Lakh Sixty Thousand Only) to the State Govt. of Gujarat is further subject to the following terms and conditions in addition to the observations of the SM: I. The releases made by BMTP to the State/UT Governmt shall be kept in a separate designated account for utilization towards the implemtation of the scheme and shall not form part of their geral financial operations. II. III. IV. The funds shall be utilized for the purpose and for the selected categorized beficiaries only, for which these are sanctioned. Otherwise, these funds will have to be refunded along with interest as per provisions for GFR o deviation from the framework for implemtation of PMAY (U) is permissible. The State Governmt and implemting agcies shall put in place a monitoring system to sure that the project (s) achieve scheduled milestone and visaged outcomes including implemtation of reforms and other conditions required under the scheme. The State Governmt/implemting agcies shall utilize the grant in accordance with the approved guidelines of PMAY(U) for the implemtation of the Scheme. The State Governmt shall furnish Utilization certificates of the Grant released in the prescribed format as per GFR to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as provided in the scheme guidelines. ontd

Where there is an elemt of cash transfer to individual beficiaries, the same may be made through PFMS/DBT mode as applicable and necessary transaction details may be updated in MIS immediately after the disbursemt. The State Governmt shall submit an authticated certificate from the bank showing complete details of disbursemt of funds to each beficiary before release of subsequt instalmt. X. The State Governmt shall sure the geo-tagging of all houses approved under ISSR compont of PMAY (U) and subsequt release by the State Governmt to the beficiaries should be made in 34 instalmts depding on the progress/stage of construction of the house. Xl. State Governmt shall sure that the specifications of the houses conform to B/IS Standards and that requisite infrastructure will be provided by the State Governmt I ULB. XI 1. State Governmt shall submit the Action Tak Report (AIR) on the observations/recommdations of Third Party Quality Monitoring Agcy (TPQMA) for quality monitoring purpose before release of subsequt instalmt. 5.
