17 Managing Authority under the Technical Assistance measure The role of the Managing Authority under the Technical Assistance measure, if applicable, shall be described in the IPARD II programme. (Article 23(1) SA) The recipient under the TA measure is the Managing Authority (Annex 4 SA) List of actions (linked to the implementation of the programme) are eligible provided they are covered by the indicative technical assistance action plan 17
