This is subject to availability. Keep in mind, weekend rates are usually much higher outside of our room block. The cutoff to reserve your room in the room block is 6:00 pm, Tuesday, February 27 th. 6 Exhibitor Info East Coast Event in Charleston, SC: Exhibitor Move-In: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday, March 19 th Exhibitor Move-Out: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, March 21 st West Coast Event in Las Vegas, NV: Exhibitor Move-In: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday, October 1 st Exhibitor Move-Out: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 3 rd Installation and Dismantling: Installation of exhibits will be done only during those hours as designated by the Allterra Group, LLC. Installation of exhibits and removal of exhibit crates, boxes, etc., must be completed by the designated time prior to the start of the Expo each day. Booth Design Your booth space is 8 x 10. This includes a back draped wall and two draped sidewalls, which are 3 high. Exhibitor is not to install sidewalls or any interior booth décor which would block neighboring booths visual appearance from any viewable angle. All of the information contained in this agreement between the Allterra Group and the Sponsor/Exhibitor are subject to the terms and conditions contained herewith and cannot be altered without the express written consent of both parties. The Sponsor/Exhibitor will further agree and understand that they are personally responsible for this contract and will be charged regardless if they cancel their campaign. If the Sponsor/Exhibitor s credit card on file is denied the Sponsor/Exhibitor will be charged the appropriate fees until proper payment is made. Exhibitor/Sponsor must submit company logo and artwork by the deadlines established by Allterra Group marketing department. Missed deadlines or incomplete submission authorize Allterra Group to not include the Sponsor/Exhibitor s copy or logo in our marketing. All extended contracts must be executed during the calendar year. Ads not scheduled will expire on 12/31/2018 and refunds will not be issued for unused space. Allterra Group has the right to use all material submitted by the Sponsor/Exhibitor and Sponsor/Exhibitor warrants they have permission to use said material and materials and the materials do not violate any applicable law, regulation or ordinance. The Sponsor/Exhibitor will indemnify Allterra Group against any damage and/or expense, which the Allterra Group may incur as direct or indirect consequence of the Sponsor/Exhibitor s announcements. While Allterra Group shall use due care and diligence in the publication of each advertisement, Allterra Group shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, or mistakes.
