1 Dear Colleague The is pleased to announce advertising and sponsorship opportunities available for the 34 th Annual Research and Treatment Conference, scheduled for October 14 17, 2015 at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal in Montreal, Quebec. ATSA is offering several new and exciting ways in which you can promote your services, agency or company to the approximately 1,300 professionals who will be attending the conference. Due to limited space in the hotel, we are exploring options aside from exhibit booths. For those interested in highlighting your organization or business, this year we will be featuring exhibit spaces using promotional signage located throughout the hotel, in the conference app and in the printed conference program. Information about various sponsorship opportunities is included with this letter. If you are interested in participating, please read the Terms and Conditions document, complete the required forms and submit to the ATSA office with the necessary fee. 3 EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES These options enable your agency to have a presence at the ATSA conference and allow your agency to access the ATSA conference attendees, even without an exhibit. Participation in the Event Sponsorship Opportunities, with the exception of the literature distribution, will be acknowledged in the conference app, the final conference program, by signage where appropriate, and each day during the announcements prior to the plenary sessions. The exhibitor will only be entitled to a refund of their exhibit fee or a prorated portion of their exhibit fee based on the length of the disruption. VIOLATION OF THE EXHIBITOR RULES Should the exhibitor violate the exhibitor regulations ATSA reserves the right to terminate this contract, remove the exhibitor from the show and retain all fees paid to ATSA. GOVERNING LAW The interpretation and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by and under the laws of the State of Oregon and any legal action to interpret or enforce this agreement shall be brought and decided in the State Court of Oregon for the County of Washington.
