After the expiry of the period specified in plan above, finance charges at the rate specified in the Cardholder Terms and Conditions shall apply. 3 CIMB Bank 0% Balance Transfer Campaign Terms & Conditions as of 5 January 2018 The Campaign 1. The CIMB Bank 0% Balance Transfer Campaign ( the Campaign ) is organised by CIMB Bank Berhad (13491-P) ( CIMB Bank ). 2. The Campaign shall run from 5 January 2018 to 31 March 2018, both dates inclusive ( the Campaign Period ). 3. CIMB Bank reserves the right upon giving prior notice of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days to change the duration, commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period. Eligibility 4. This Campaign is open to all principal cardholders of CIMB Bank, who are currently holding their first CIMB Bank Credit Card for not more than 6 months from the card approval date ( New Credit Card ) and who are also primary cardholders of credit card(s) issued by other banks and/or financial institutions (excluding CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad) licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia ( Eligible Cardholder(s) ). 5. CIMB Bank Supplementary cards, Business cards and CIMB Bank Islamic Card cardholders are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Campaign Mechanics and Conditions 6. Under this Campaign, Eligible Cardholder(s) may apply to transfer outstanding balances including principal, accrued profit, profit and other charges as shown in the latest corresponding account statement(s) ( Outstanding Balances ) from his/her credit card accounts(s) with other financial institution ( Other Credit Card Account(s) ) held in their name (except for Credit Card issued by CIMB Bank and/or CIMB Islamic Bank) to the New Credit Card account subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. 7. The Campaign offers 0% interest rate p.a. ( Interest Rate ) for 6 months ( Tenure ) from the application approval date of the approved outstanding balance allowed to be transferred from the Eligible Cardholder(s) Other Credit Card Account(s) to the Eligible Cardholder(s) New Credit Card account with CIMB Bank ( Promotional Balance Transfer Plan ). For clarity, the application approval date of the Promotional Balance Transfer Plan will be the date where CIMB Bank sends a short message system ( SMS ) to the Eligible Cardholder(s) notifying the Eligible Cardholder(s) of the approved Promotional Balance Transfer Plan ( Approval SMS ). 8. The fund allocated for the Promotional Balance Transfer Plan under the Campaign is only up to Eight Million (RM8,000,000.00) ( Promotional Balance Transfer Fund ). Notwithstanding the Campaign Period stated in these Terms and Conditions, CIMB Bank has the absolute discretion to end the Campaign automatically once the Promotional Balance Transfer Fund is utilised for this Campaign. CIMB Bank will notify that the Campaign has ended before the Campaign Period by posting the same on its website or by any other mode that CIMB Bank shall deem fit and in such event CIMB Bank s decision shall be final and conclusive. No other correspondence or claims by the Eligible Cardholder(s) shall be entertained. 9. The minimum credit card balance to be transferred from the Eligible Cardholder(s) Other Credit Card Account(s) to the Eligible Cardholder(s) New Credit Card account with CIMB Bank per application and per bank under this Campaign is Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000.00) and the maximum amount is capped at RM10,000 per Eligible Cardholder(s). 10. The total maximum credit card balance transfer to be transferred from the Eligible Cardholder(s) Other Credit Card Account(s) to the Eligible Cardholder(s) New Credit Card account with CIMB Bank that CIMB Bank may grant is up to 80% of the total available credit limit of the Eligible Cardholder(s) s credit card with CIMB Bank. 11. All applications for the Promotional Balance Transfer Plan must be Successfully Approved on or before 31 March Successfully Approved means any application which has been approved and not just conditionally approved and which the Eligible Cardholders has received the Approval SMS. 12. Applications for the Promotional Balance Transfer Plan are subject to CIMB Bank s prior approval and the terms and conditions herein contained. CIMB Bank reserves the right to approve or reject any applications and determine the Outstanding Balance allowed to be transferred at its absolute discretion. 13. Any Balance Transfer plan approved prior to the Campaign Period is not allowed to be converted to the Promotional Balance Transfer Plan. 14. The records of applications and transactions maintained by CIMB Bank and the selection of approved Eligible Cardholder(s) by CIMB Bank shall be final and conclusive. No other correspondence or claims by the Eligible Cardholder(s) shall be entertained. 15. In the event that an application for the Promotional Balance Transfer Plan has been approved, CIMB Bank will make payment of the approved outstanding balance allowed to be transferred from the Eligible Cardholder(s) Other Credit Card Account(s) to the Eligible Cardholder(s) CIMB Bank Credit Card Account ( Approved Balance ) to the Eligible Cardholder(s) Other Credit Card Account(s) in such manner as CIMB Bank deems fit. 16. Until the Approval SMS (referred to in Clause 7) is received by the Eligible Cardholder(s) and payment of the Approved Balance is made by CIMB Bank to the other financial institution, the Eligible Cardholder(s) shall continue to be liable to make payment for their Other Credit Card Account(s) in accordance with the terms of payment of the other financial institution and CIMB Bank shall not be liable for any interest on any overdue payment or any other finance charges or other charges incurred by the Eligible Cardholder(s) or other consequences arising as a result of the Eligible Cardholder(s) and/or CIMB Bank s failure or delay in making payment of the Approved Balance to the other financial institution. 17. An additional account number will be assigned to the Eligible Cardholder(s) for the purpose of operating and administering the Approved Balance and the Eligible Cardholder(s) will receive a separate statement with details of their Approved Balance. Notwithstanding the additional account number assigned to the Eligible Cardholder(s), the Approved Balance refinanced by CIMB Bank shall however still be deemed to be an amount incurred by the Eligible Cardholder under his/ her New Credit Card account with CIMB Bank and shall be treated as part of the Eligible Cardholder(s) credit card(s) outstanding amount. The Eligible Cardholder will have to make a monthly minimum payment of 5% on the outstanding thereof or RM50.00, whichever is higher. If the minimum payment is not paid by the due date each month, the late payment charge of 1% on the total outstanding balance as at statement date (subject to a minimum of RM10.00 and a maximum of RM100.00) will be charged on the next day after the due date for each month. This late payment charge is imposed by way of liquidated damages and not as a penalty and shall be payable before, as well as after any court order or judgement. 18. Any Approved Balance not paid in full within the Tenure will be subjected to finance charges of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum calculated on a daily basis. 19. Eligible Cardholder(s) shall not be entitled to any form of bonus points/ cash rebate in respect of their participation under this Campaign.

4 20. The Approved Balance will form part of the total available credit limit to the Eligible Cardholder(s) CIMB Bank credit card account(s), including his Supplementary credit card account(s). There will be no increase in the available credit limit whether equivalent to the Approved Balance or otherwise. The Approved Balance will reduce the available credit limit of the Eligible Cardholder s credit card account(s) with CIMB Bank accordingly. 21. After the expiry of the relevant period specified in the balance transfer plans selected by the Cardholder where a preferential rate of finance charges is chargeable, CIMB Bank shall impose finance charges on the Approved Balance of the Cardholder s credit card at the rates and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Terms & Conditions. Other Terms and Conditions 22. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardholder(s) is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree that any and all decisions fairly and reasonably made by CIMB Bank in relation to every aspect of this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. 23. The terms and conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions herein and the terms and conditions in the Cardholder Terms & Conditions, the terms and conditions herein prevail in relation to this Campaign. 24. CIMB Bank reserves the right upon giving prior notice of twenty one (21) calendar days to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) ( the Amendment ) any of the Terms and Conditions herein. Notification to Eligible Cardholder(s) in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at CIMB Bank s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, by posting a notice regarding the Amendment at each of CIMB s branches or via CIMB Bank s website or by any other means of notification which CIMB Bank may select and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Cardholder(s) as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB Bank in the notification. Eligible Cardholder(s) acknowledges and agrees to access CIMB Bank s website at regular intervals to view the Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-todate with any changes or variations to the Terms and Conditions. 25. These Terms and Conditions (as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 24) shall be read in conjunction with the prevailing Cardholder Terms and Conditions and CIMB Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions and shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials and advertising in relation to this Campaign. 26. Decision of CIMB Bank in relation to the Campaign shall, save for manifest error, be final, binding and conclusive. CIMB Bank reserves it absolute rights and discretion to disqualify and/or reject any Eligible Cardholder(s) that it determines or reasonably suspects to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Campaign, or to be acting in breach of the Terms and Conditions herein. 27. CIMB Bank shall not be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Cardholder(s) in any manner whatsoever if CIMB Bank is unable to perform any of its obligations stipulated herein where such inability is due directly or indirectly to any act of God, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, technical or system failures or anything beyond CIMB Bank s reasonable control. 28. CIMB Bank shall not be liable to any Eligible Cardholder(s) or any party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by the Eligible Cardholder(s) or any party save for any loss or damage caused directly by the omission or negligence of CIMB Bank. For the avoidance of doubt, CIMB Bank shall in no event be liable for any loss of income, profits or goodwill, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with this Campaign. 29. If there any inconsistency (ies), conflict(s), ambiguity (ies) or discrepancy (ies) between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version or other language version of these Terms and Conditions herein, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned where request is made by the Eligible Customer(s) and noted and acknowledged by CIMB in its records that the Bahasa Malaysia version of the terms and conditions shall govern the operation of the Cardholder(s) s Credit Card and/or Balance Transfer account, then the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 30. 7 Pemindahan Baki 0% CIMB Bank Terma- terma & Syarat-syarat seperti pada 5 Januari 2018 Kempen 1. Kempen Pemindahan Baki 0% CIMB Bank ( Kempen ) adalah dianjurkan oleh CIMB Bank Berhad (13491-P) ( CIMB Bank ). 2. Kempen ini akan berlangsung dari 5 Januari 2018 sehingga 31 Mac 2018, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh ( Tempoh Kempen ). 3. CIMB Bank menyimpan hak dengan memberikan notis terdahulu tidak kurang daripada empat belas (14) hari kalendar untuk menukar jangka masa, tarikh-tarikh permulaan dan/atau penamatan Tempoh Kempen. Kelayakan 4. Kempen ini adalah terbuka kepada semua pemegang kad kredit prinsipal CIMB Bank, yang kini memegang kad kredit CIMB Bank mereka yang pertama untuk tempoh tidak melebihi 6 bulan dari tarikh kelulusan kad ( Kad Kredit Baru ) dan juga merupakan pemegang kad kredit prinsipal kad-kad kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh bank-bank dan/atau institusi-institusi kewangan lain (tidak termasuk CIMB Bank Berhad dan CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad) yang dilesenkan oleh Bank Negara Malaysia ( Pemegang Kad Layak ). 5. Pemegang-pemegang kad-kad tambahan CIMB Bank, Business Cards dan Kad CIMB Islamic, adalah tidak layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini. Mekenisme Kempen dan Syarat-syarat 6. Di bawah Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad Layak boleh membuat permohonan untuk memindahkan jumlah baki yang tertunggak, termasuk prinsipal, keuntungan terakru, keuntungan dan caj-caj lain seperti yang ditunjukkan di dalam penyata akaun terkini ( Baki Tertunggak ) dari akaun-akaun kad kreditnya dari institusi-institusi kewangan lain ( Akaun Kad Kredit Lain ) yang dipegang di bawah nama mereka (kecuali Kad Kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh CIMB Bank dan/atau CIMB Islamic Bank) kepada akaun Kad Kredit Baru tertakluk kepada terma-terma dan syarat-syarat di sini. 7. Kempen ini menawarkan kadar faedah 0% setahun ( Faedah )untuk tempoh 6 bulan ( Tempoh ) dari tarikh kelulusan pemohonan atas baki tertunggak yang dibenarkan untuk dipindahkan dari Akaun Kad Kredit Lain ke akaun Kad Kredit Baru ( Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki ). Untuk kejelasan, tarikh kelulusan permohonan Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki adalah tarikh apabila CIMB Bank menghantar suatu Sistem Pesanan ringkas ( SMS ) kepada Pemegang Kad Layak untuk memaklumi Pemegang Kad Layak berkenaan kelulusan permohonan Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki ( SMS Kelulusan ). 8. Dana yang diperuntukkan di bawah Kempen ini untuk Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki adalah sebanyak Lapan Juta (RM8,000,000.00) ( Dana Promosi Pemindahan Baki ) sahaja. Walau apa pun yang dinyatakan di dalam Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat ini berkenaan Tempoh Kempen, CIMB Bank mempunyai hak atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menamatkan Kempen ini secara automatik apabila Dana Promosi Pemindahan Baki telah habis digunakan untuk Kempen ini. CIMB Bank akan memaklumkan bahawa Kempen ini telah tamat sebelum Tempoh Kempen dengan menyiarkan makluman tersebut di dalam laman web CIMB di atau melalui sebarang saluran yang dianggap sesuai oleh CIMB Bank dan dalam keadaan sedemikian, keputusan CIMB Bank adalah muktamad dan konklusif. Tiada surat-menyurat atau tuntutan lain oleh Pemegang Kad Layak akan dilayan. 9. Amaun minima untuk permohonan permindahan baki di bawah Kempen ini ialah Ringgit Malaysia Satu Ribu (RM1,000.00) sahaja untuk setiap permohonan untuk setiap institusi kewangan dari Akaun Kad Kredit Lain ke Akaun Kad Kredit Baru CIMB Bank. Amaun maksimum dihadkan kepada RM10, untuk setiap Pemegang Kad Layak. 10. Jumlah maksimum pemindahan baki kad kredit untuk dipindah dari Akaun Kad Kredit Lain Pemegang Kad Layak ke Akaun Kad Kredit Baru Pemegang Kad Layak yang boleh diberikan oleh CIMB Bank adalah sehingga 80% dari jumlah had kredit kad kredit Pemegang Kad Layak dengan CIMB Bank. 11. Semua permohonan untuk Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki mesti Berjaya Diluluskan pada atau sebelum 31 Mac Berjaya Diluluskan bermaksud sebarang permohonan yang telah diluluskan dan tidak termasuk permohonan yang hanya diluluskan secara bersyarat dan Pemegang Kad Layak telah menerima SMS Kelulusan. 12. Semua permohonan untuk Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki adalah tertakluk kepada kelulusan oleh CIMB Bank dan terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang terkandung di sini. CIMB Bank menyimpan hak untuk meluluskan atau menolak sebarang permohonan dan menentukan Baki Tertunggak yang dibenarkan untuk dipindahkan atas budi bicara mutlaknya. 13. Sebarang pelan Pemindahan Baki yang diluluskan sebelum Tempoh Kempen tidak dibenarkan untuk ditukar kepada Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki. 14. Rekod-rekod permohonan dan transaksi yang dikekalkan oleh CIMB Bank dan pemilihan Pemegang Kad Layak yang diluluskan oleh CIMB Bank adalah muktamad dan konklusif. Tiada surat menyurat atau tuntutan lain oleh Pemegang Kad Layak akan dilayan. 15. Sekiranya permohonan untuk Promosi Pelan Pemindahan Baki telah diluluskan, CIMB Bank akan membuat bayaran untuk baki tertunggak yang diluluskan untuk dipindahkan dari Akaun Kad Kredit Lain Pemegang Kad Layak ke Akaun Kad Kredit CIMB Bank Pemegang Kad Layak ( Baki Yang Diluluskan ) mengikut cara yang dianggap sesuai oleh CIMB Bank. 16. Sehingga SMS Kelulusan (yang dirujuk dalam Klausa 7) diterima oleh Pemegang Kad Layak dan pembayaran Baki Yang Diluluskan telah dibuat oleh CIMB Bank kepada institusi kewangan lain, Pemegang Kad Layak adalah bertanggungjawab secara berterusan untuk membuat pembayaran ke atas Akaun Kad Kredit Lain berdasarkan kepada terma-terma pembayaran institusi kewangan tersebut dan CIMB Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas apa-apa faedah yang dikenakan ke atas pembayaran lewat atau apa-apa caj kewangan atau caj lain yang dikenakan ke atas Pemegang Kad Layak atau apa-apa akibat lain yang tertimbul disebabkan oleh kegagalan atau kelewatan Pemegang Kad Layak dan/atau CIMB Bank dalam membuat pembayaran Baki Yang Diluluskan kepada institusi kewangan lain. 17. Satu nombor akaun tambahan akan diberikan kepada Pemegang Kad Layak untuk tujuan operasi dan pengendalian Baki Yang Diluluskan dan Pemegang Kad Layak akan menerima penyata berasingan dengan butir-butir mengenai Baki Yang Diluluskan. Walaupun nombor akaun tambahan diberikan kepada Pemegang Kad Layak, Baki Yang Diluluskan yang dibiayai semula oleh CIMB Bank akan masih dianggap sebagai amaun yang harus ditanggung oleh Pemegang Kad Layak di bawah Akaun Kad Kredit Baru dengan CIMB Bank dan akan dianggap sebagai sebahagian amaun tertunggak kad kredit Pemegang Kad Layak. Pemegang Kad Layak dikehendaki membuat bayaran bulanan minimum sebanyak 5% daripada jumlah baki yang tertunggak atau RM50.00, yang mana lebih tinggi. Sekiranya bayaran minimum bulanan tidak dijelaskan selewat-lewatnya pada tarikh matang setiap bulan, caj bayaran lewat sebanyak 1% akan dikenakan ke atas keseluruhan baki tertunggak pada tarikh penyata (tertakluk kepada minima RM10.00 dan maksimum RM100.00) akan dikenakan pada hari seterusnya selepas tarikh matang untuk setiap bulan. Caj bayaran lewat ini dikenakan

8 melalui cara gantirugi jumlah tertentu (liquidated damages) dan bukannya sebagai penalti dan perlu dibayar sebelum dan juga selepas apa-apa perintah mahkamah atau penghakiman. 18. Sebarang baki yang diluluskan yang tidak dibayar sepenuhnya dalam Tempoh akan dikenakan caj kewangan sebanyak 1.5% sebulan atau 18% setahun yang dikira setiap hari. 19. Pemegang Kad Layak tidak berhak mendapat sebarang mata bonus / rebat tunai untuk penyertaan mereka di dalam Kempen ini. 20. Baki Yang Diluluskan akan menjadi sebahagian daripada jumlah keseluruhan had kredit tersedia ada bagi akaun-akaun kad kredit CIMB Bank Pemegang Kad Layak, termasuk akaun (akaun-akaun) kad kredit Tambahannya. Had kredit tersedia ada tidak akan ditambah sama ada bersamaan dengan Baki Yang Diluluskan ataupun sebaliknya. Baki Yang Diluluskan akan mengurangkan had kredit tersedia ada untuk akaun kad kredit Pemegang Kad Layak dengan CIMB Bank. 21. Selepas tamat tempoh relevan yang dinyatakan di dalam pelanpelan pemindahan baki yang dipilih oleh Pemegang Kad Layak di mana caj kewangan pada kadar keutamaan dikenakan, CIMB Bank akan mengenakan caj kewangan ke atas Baki Yang Diluluskan untuk kad kredit Pemegang Kad Layak pada kadar-kadar dan berdasarkan Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat Pemegang Kad. Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat Lain 22. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad Layak dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat oleh Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat di sini dan bersetuju bahawa apaapa dan semua keputusan yang dilakukan oleh CIMB Bank secara adil dan munasabah berkenaan setiap aspek Kempen ini adalah muktamad dan konklusif. 23. Terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang terkandung di dalam ini adalah tambahan kepada dan tanpa prasangka terhadap terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang terkandung di dalam Terma-Terma dan Syarat- Syarat Pemegang Kad. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan di antara terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang terkandung di dalam ini dengan terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang terkandung di dalam Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat Pemegang Kad, termaterma dan syarat-syarat di dalam ini akan digunapakai berkenaan Kempen ini. 24. CIMB Bank menyimpan hak dengan memberikan notis terdahulu dua puluh satu (21) hari kalendar untuk meminda (sama ada melalui penambahan, pemotongan, pengubahsuaian, pindaan atau walau apa jua selainnya) ( Pindaan ) mana-mana Terma- Terma dan Syarat-Syarat di sini. kepada Pemegang Kad Layak berkenaan dengan Pindaan akan dilaksanakan di atas budi bicara mutlak CIMB Bank melalui salah satu kaedah komunikasi berikut, iaitu, mengeposkan notis berkenaan dengan Pindaan di setiap cawangan CIMB Bank atau melalui laman web CIMB Bank atau melalui apa-apa kaedah notifikasi lain yang boleh dipilih oleh CIMB Bank dan Pindaan akan dianggap mengikat Pemegang Kad Layak dari tarikh notifikasi Pindaan atau dari tarikh lain yang mungkin ditentukan oleh CIMB Bank dalam notifikasi tersebut. Pemegang Kad Layak mengakui dan bersetuju untuk mengakses laman web CIMB Bank secara berkala untuk melihat Terma-Terma dan Syarat- Syarat ini dan memastikan beliau mengikuti perkembangan terkini apa-apa pertukaran atau perubahan Terma-Terma dan Syarat- Syarat di sini. 25. Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat (yang mungkin dipindah dari semasa ke semasa menurut Klausa 24) akan dibaca bersamasama dengan terma-terma dan syarat-syarat semasa dalam Terma-Terma dan Syara-Syarat Pemegang Kad dan Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat Pelan Pemindahan Baki CIMB Bank dan akan mengatasi sebarang terma, syarat, peruntukan atau representasi yang tidak konsisten yang terkandung dalam mana-mana bahan promosi dan iklan berkenaan Kempen ini. 26. Semua keputusan oleh CIMB Bank berkenaan Kempen ini adalah, kecuali kesilapan nyata, muktamad, terikat dan konklusif. CIMB Bank menyimpan hak mutlak dan bawah budi bicara untuk melucutkan kelayakan dan/atau menolak mana-mana Pemegang Kad Layak yang ia tentukan atau secara munasabah mengesyaki sebagai mengganggu proses atau operasi Kempen ini atau memungkiri Terma-Terma dan Syarat-Syarat ini. 27. CIMB Bank tidak akan berliabel atau bertanggungjawab kepada Pemegang Kad Layak dalam apa jua cara sekiranya CIMB Bank tidak dapat melaksanakan mana-mana tanggungjawabnya yang dinyatakan di sini di mana ia disebabkan, secara langsung atau tidak langsung kepada tindakan Tuhan, pertikaian industri, peperangan, mogok, rusuhan, kegagalan-kegagalan teknikal atau sistem atau sebarang peristiwa di luar kawalan munasabah CIMB Bank. 28. CIMB Bank tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan kepada mana-mana Pemegang Kad Layak atau mana-mana pihak untuk sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan dalam apa jua sifat yang dialami oleh Pemegang Kad Layak atau mana-mana pihak kecuali kerugian atau kerosakan yang disebabkan secara langsung oleh pengabaian atau kecuaian CIMB Bank.
