3 PACIFIC MUTUAL FUND BHD IMPORTANT NOTICE ON PERSONAL DETAILS NOTIS PENTING BERKENAAN MAKLUMAT PERIBADI The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Act ) came into effect on 15 November 2013 and applies to Pacific Mutual Fund Bhd (hereinafter referred to as Pacific Mutual ). For the purpose of this written notice, the terms personal data and processing shall have the meaning prescribed in the Act. Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (seterusnya dirujuk sebagai "Akta") telah dikuatkuasakan pada 15 November 2013, dan terpakai terhadap Pacific Mutual Fund Bhd (seterusnya dirujuk sebagai "Pacific Mutual"). Dalam notis bertulis ini, terma-terma "data peribadi" dan "pemprosesan" membawa maksud seperti yang telah ditetapkan didalam Akta. This written notice serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of Pacific Mutual. Notis bertulis ini bertujuan untuk memaklumkan anda bahawa data peribadi anda sedang diproses oleh atau bagi pihak Pacific Mutual. Pacific Mutual reserves the rights to process your personal data herein for the purposes of opening and operation of your account, including subsequent new accounts, or complying with any legal or regulatory requirements, or account update / investment update by Pacific Mutual and/or its agents, distributors and/or other persons related to Pacific Mutual ( Purposes ). Pacific Mutual mempunyai hak untuk memproses data peribadi anda bagi tujuan pembukaan dan operasi akaun anda, termasuk akaun baru berikutnya, atau untuk tujuan mematuhi mana-mana undang-undang atau peraturan, atau mengemaskini data akaun dan data pelaburan oleh Pacific Mutual dan/atau ejennya, pengedarnya dan/atau orang/pihak lain yang berkaitan dengan Pacific Mutual ("Tujuan-Tujuan"). Personal data processed by Pacific Mutual may include your name, NRIC no., passport no., contact details, address, username, password and any other details related to the relevant services provided to you.
