1 Site Type Offering Descriptions & Equipment Costs Overview: To provide both the site requirements and a brief description of all site offerings that Pacific Pride Services, LLC has available today. 202 Pacific Pride, LLC. All rights reserved.

2 A Pacific Pride Site Site Requirements Must be open 24/7 Must dispense at least two fuel products - regular unleaded and diesel #2 are required. However, and any additional fuel products approved by Pacific Pride Services, LLC may also be offered. It must have a fully dedicated fuel island/lane (for commercial use, not just one dispenser in a line of dispensers) Takes all Pacific Pride issued fuel cards and all 3rd party partner cards approved by Pacific Pride. Required to have at least one 4 X0 Pacific Pride sign or full island canopy, approved by Pacific Pride, any exception to this requirement must be obtained by Pacific Pride along with the sign restrictions limiting this sign from the city/county. Equipment: Costs will vary based on existing site equipment and/or proposed equipment if it is a new site being built. SmartLock equipment costs will range from $8,500-$25,000, based upon existing or proposed equipment to be installed. Contact the Pacific Pride Site Operations Department to obtain an equipment quote. A $ one time charge is charged by Comdata to each franchisee installing a Smartlock site, no matter how many sites they will be operating and whether installing a satellite or DSL/VPN. This is a one time charge. If an existing franchisee is adding an additional site, and has already paid this, then the fee is not charged a second time. Monthly Satellite fee s are currently $50.00 per month plus app applicable sales taxes. The monthly satellite costs are reduced after 5 years, and will then be $75.00, plus tax. Monthly DSL/VPN fee s are approximately $7.00 a month, plus any applicable taxes for the Comdata VPN service. New Site Fees: Application fee is $ due upon application submission, and the $, site hook-up fee is charged via EFT upon site opening. If the site does not open within 90 days of the Pacific Pride approval and if an extension is granted by Pac Pride, another $ application fee may be required to maintain the approval along with a detailed explanation of the delays and what will be the proposed new site opening date. Foreign Sales reimbursement for Pacific Pride is.06 cents. This item is outlined in Appendix VIII of the Franchise Agreement, as are all other related franchise fees. 4 An AmeriNet Site AmeriNet -Site Requirements Attended Truck Stop that must be open 24/7. Should dispense at least 00,000 gallons of diesel fuel per month. Diesel #2 is the only required fuel, though may dispense additional fuels if requested through the cardlock. Must be a full service truck stop with all or most of the following amenities: restaurant, store, scales, showers, lounge, mechanic, ATM, etc. Required to have at least one 4 X0 Pacific Pride sign or full island canopy, approved by Pacific Pride, any exception to this requirement must be obtained by Pacific Pride along with the sign restrictions limiting this sign from the city/county. Equipment: Costs will vary based on existing site equipment and/or proposed equipment if it is a new site being built. AmeriNet sites may install either the PrideNet Lite (PetroVend) equipment ranging from $6,000-$2,000 or SmartLock at a range of $8,500-$25,000, based upon existing or proposed equipment to be installed. Contact the Pacific Pride Site Operations Department to obtain an equipment quote. A $ one time charge is charged by Comdata to each franchisee installing a Smartlock site, no matter how many sites they will be operating and whether installing a satellite or DSL/VPN. This is a one time charge. If an existing franchisee is adding an additional site, and has already paid this, then the fee is not charged a second time. Cards Accepted: AmeriNet sites are required to accept *all Pacific Pride issued cards. If the Smartlock system is installed, all Pacific Pride issued cards + all third party cards are accepted. 5 A PrideNet Plus Site (We have two types to follow, but need not be designated separately on the website, this is for PP use) PrideNet No requirement for fueling hours Only one fuel product is required, any single product is approved by Pacific Pride Services, LLC. Does not have to have a dedicated island and can be shared with retail. If shared the price posted decals must be posted throughout the site. *No signage requirement unless it is the first and only fueling site brought on our network (per the 20 agreement), then they must have a 4 X0 sign or full island canopy. Equipment: Costs will vary based on existing site equipment and/or proposed equipment if it is a new site being built. PrideNet sites may install either PrideNet (PetroVend) equipment ranging from $6,000 - $2,000. 8 A Retail Site Site Requirements Site must be owned or operated and payment settled by an approved Pacific Pride franchisee. No signage requirement. No hours of operation requirement. Any fuels are allowed to be dispensed, no fuel type requirement. Equipment: N/A New Site Fee: Application and hook up fee total is $00.00 which is charged via EFT upon application. Settlement: It is the transfer price of retail and extended access sites that s compluted at the posted retail pump price less.8%. 9 A Captive/Exclusive Site Site Requirements A fuel site for use by only one customer only (and their fleet of vehicles) on private or municipal property, not open to the public, other Pacific Pride, or third party card customers.. For example: A School District- a site located at their terminal for all of their district s buses only. 2. For example: Governmental - The County or City - a site located on their property for police, fire department, ambulance, road crews, etc. 3. For example: A logging company- they can have a site located on their property for the trucks and heavy equipment that they own and operate, (and it cannot be used for independent haulers or contractors used by a company and billed out separately). Equipment: Varies based on captive program equipment onsite or to be installed. New Site Fee: Application and hook up fee total $,500.00, which is all charged via EFT upon application. Foreign Sale Settlement: N/A Transaction Fees: Please note all local card transaction fees apply when a captive site is used, since transactions do go out for authorization. Annual Fee: The $500 annual Captive Site Software Maintenance fee, if the franchisee uses Pacific Pride software, and is charged the first month of each year. This fee is prorated if the site is opened mid-year, and then is charged through December 3/yearend.
