PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on March 4, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Order (I) Approving Payment of Administrative and Priority Claims, (II) Authorizing the Destruction, Abandonment, or Other Disposition of Remaining Records and Documents, (III) Dismissing the Debtors Chapter 11 Cases; and (IV) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 647] (the Order ). 2 A copy of the Order and all other documents filed in these chapter 11 cases may be obtained online by visiting the Debtors case website PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Debtors have already made distributions to creditors asserting allowed Administrative Expenses (other than claims arising under section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code) and Priority Claims, as set forth in the Notice of Filing of Schedule of Allowed Administrative and Priority Claims [Docket No. 816]. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to paragraph 8 of the Order, the Debtors are authorized to make a pro rata distribution of the remaining funds to allowed 503(b)(9) Claims without further order of the Court. A schedule of allowed 503(b)(9) Claims is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Debtors intend to pay the amounts listed on Exhibit A on October 11, Upon distribution of these funds, the only funds remaining will be those held in the professional fee reserve, and no other funds would be available for Administrative Expenses, Priority or 503(b)(9) Claims. 1 The Debtors in these Chapter 11 cases, together with the last four digits of each Debtor s federal tax identification number, are as follows: City Sports, Inc..
