(the Bankruptcy Code and the Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals [Docket No. 408] (the Interim Compensation Order. BACKGROUND 2. On September 8, 2015 (the Petition Date, the Debtors each filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors have continued in the management of their businesses and operation of their properties pursuant to sections 1107(a and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. 3. On February 2, 2016, this Court entered an Order [Docket No. 1373] approving the retention of RGP as claims consultants to the Debtors nunc pro tunc to December 28, RGP has rendered services on behalf of the debtors for the period from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018, totaling hours of professional time. 5. Attached hereto as Exhibit A-D is a full and detailed statement describing the professional services rendered by each RGP professional during the Compensation Period. 6. To assist the Court in its review of the fees sought by the Application, the Applicant has separated its time entries in Exhibit D into the following categories: a. Claims. This category includes time spent by the Applicant reconciling claims and related work. The total fees sought under this category for the period from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 are $5, (13.80 hours. 01:

This category includes time spent by the Applicant preparing monthly applications and reviewing quarterly applications in compliance with court guidelines. The total fees sought under this category for the period from July1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 are $ (3.90 hours. c. Plan and Disclosure Statement. This category includes time spend by the Applicant preparing multiple analyses related to the Plan and responding to questions regarding same. The total fees sought under this category for the period from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 are $3, (8.60 hours. d. Preference Analysis. This category includes time spent by the Applicant updating the Preference analysis and tracking and responding to multiple questions regarding same. The total fees sought under this category for the period from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 are $1, (3.80 hours. The foregoing general description of services rendered in specific areas is not intended to be exhaustive of the scope of the Applicant s activities on behalf of the Debtors in this case. The time records attached as Exhibit D present more completely the work performed by the Applicant in each billing category during the period covered by this Application. 7. The total sum due to RGP for professional services rendered on behalf of the Debtors for the Compensation Period is $10, RGP submits that the professional services it rendered on behalf of the Debtors during this time were reasonable and necessary. 8. The fees charged by RGP in these cases are billed in accordance with its existing billing rates and procedures in effect during the Compensation Period. The rates RGP charges for the services rendered by its professionals in these chapter 11 cases are the same rates RGP charges for professional services rendered in comparable non-bankruptcy related matters. 9. RGP accordingly seeks allowance of the sum of $10, in fees. 10.
