4 CONFIRMATION A confirmation will be sent to you in the beginning of March, 2019 if the payment is completed. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION Regarding the changes and cancellations, a written notification should be sent to KNT by (icmts2019@or.knt.co.jp) to avoid any trouble. The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30a.m.-5:30p.m. (JST) except national holidays and New year s holiday(24 Dec., 29 Dec.- 6 Jan., 14 Jan., and 11 Feb.). After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
