3 Introduction The purpose of this report is to provide information to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board in order to comply with the provisions contained in the Continuing Disclosure Certificate dated November 13, 2014 (the Disclosure Certificate ) in connection with the issuance of the 2014 Revenue Bonds by the Ross Valley Public Financing Authority ( Authority ), executed by Sanitary District No. 1 of Marin County ( District ) and agreed to and accepted by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company ( Dissemination Agent ). The Disclosure Certificate was executed and delivered by the District for the benefit of the Bondholders and in order to assist the Participating Underwriters in complying with S.E.C. Rule 15c2-12(b)(5).
