1 UOBM SAVE YOUR CARD 208 CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS UOBM VISA CREDIT CARD United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (27809-K) ( UOBM ) is organizing a Save Your Card 208 Campaign ( Campaign ) from 6 March 208 to 5 July 208 (both dates inclusive) or such other dates as may be determined by UOBM from time to time ( Campaign Period ). ELIGIBILITY. This Campaign is open to selected principal UOBM Visa Credit Cardmembers ( Cardmembers ) who have received an invitation to participate in this Campaign either through an electronic direct mailer (edm) and/or short message service ( SMS ) ( Eligible Cardmembers ). This invitation will be sent to the Eligible Cardmembers mobile or address reflected in UOBM s system. The invitation is not transferrable to any third party. 2. The following shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:- (a) Cardmembers who did not receive the invitation from UOBM to participate; (b) Eligible Cardmembers whose cards are terminated, suspended or cancelled within the Campaign Period; (c) Eligible Cardmembers whose accounts held with UOBM are delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by UOBM at its sole and absolute discretion; (d) Eligible Cardmembers who are or become insane, deceased, adjudicated bankrupt or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them.; (e) UOBM Mastercard credit and/or debit cards, Corporate, Purchasing and Private Label Cardmembers; (f) Eligible Cardmembers who breach the terms and conditions of UOBM Visa/Mastercard Cardmember Agreement ( Cardmember Agreement ). CAMPAIGN MECHANICS 3. Eligible means any spend of not less than RM 5 or its equivalent in any s using UOBM Visa Credit Card. 6. Eligible for each will be calculated from 00:00 hours (Malaysia time) on the first day of the to 23:59 hours (Malaysia time) hours on the last day of the. For example, the Eligible for will be calculated from 00:00 hours (Malaysia time) on 6 March 208 to 23:59 hours (Malaysia time) on 5 April 208. The date and time will be based on the record maintained by UOBM and such record shall be deemed as conclusive evidence of transaction made by the Cardmembers. 7. Qualifying Criteria:- During the, Eligible Cardmember is required to make a minimum of three (3) transactions of Eligible in the same in order to be eligible for the cash 8. CASH BACK. Subject to the terms and conditions for this Campaign, Eligible Cardmembers who meet the Qualifying Criteria in Clause 7 above will be entitled to receive RM 5 cash back for the ( Winners ). 2. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to win more than one () throughout the Campaign Period subject to a maximum of RM60 cash back in each. For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Cardmember is eligible to receive a maximum of RM240 cash back throughout the Campaign Period. Please refer to the table below for illustration.

The cash back is given on a first come, first served basis. If the amount of cash back given by UOBM has reach the Allocated for the, no further cash back will be given to subsequent Eligible Cardmembers who meet the Qualifying Criteria during that.

4 5. UOBM does not have any obligation to inform the Eligible Cardmembers should the cash back payout reach the Allocated as stated in Clause 3 above in any throughout the Campaign Period. 6. Eligible Cardmembers who are entitled to the cash back will be notified through SMS notification within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period. The cash back will be credited into the Winners Credit Card Account within eight (8) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period. The crediting of the cash back will be reflected in the following month of the Winners statement of account after the date of crediting by UOBM. 7. At the time of awarding the cash back, the Winners Credit Card Account must be current, valid, subsisting and in good credit standing as may be determined by UOBM at its sole and absolute discretion and not in breach of any of these terms and conditions and any of the terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement. 8. Any props, accessories or equipment featured together with the cash back in all printed materials, website or UOBM branches are for decorative purposes only and shall not form part of the cash 9. UOBM reserves the right to forfeit the cash back in the event where there is a reversal of Eligible transaction s entry or termination, suspension or cancellation of the Winners Credit Card prior to the cash back being credited into the Winners Credit Card Account or non-compliance or breach of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement. 20. The cash back awarded is non-transferable to any other party or parties and not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods, whether in part or in full. UOBM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmembers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement, including any amendments or variations to it. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail for the purpose of this Campaign. 22. UOBM shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in transmission of sales transactions by Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any party in which may result in the Eligible Cardmembers failing to be entitled to the cash back under this Campaign. 23. The records of transactions maintained by UOBM and UOBM s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Eligible Cardmembers. UOBM shall not be obliged to give any reasons or entertain any correspondence with any Eligible Cardmembers or any person(s) on any matter concerning this Campaign. No appeals and/or correspondence from any Eligible Cardmembers or any third party will be entertained. 24. UOBM shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorized third party in respect of this Campaign and/or the cash back offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials. 25. UOBM shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of any nature however arising or suffered by the Eligible Cardmembers and/or third parties resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign and/or the 26. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UOBM expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements express or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those

5 published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials in respect of this Campaign and the cash back under this Campaign. 27. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 28. UOBM reserves the right to add, delete, suspend and/or vary this Campaign s terms and conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion, by providing twenty-one (2) days prior notice to the Eligible Cardmembers through posting on UOBM s website, displaying a notice at any of UOBM s branches, a statement insert in the Statement of Account or any other manner as may be determined by UOBM from time to time. 29. UOBM reserves the right to withdraw, extend, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period in whole or in part, at any time with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, withdrawal, extension, termination or suspension of this Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmembers to any claim or compensation against UOBM for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmembers whether as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, withdrawal, extension termination or suspension. 30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Eligible Cardmembers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
