1 Citibank Cash Back Reward with Online Bill Payment Campaign Terms and Conditions Campaign Period This campaign organized by Citibank Berhad (Co. No M) ("Citibank") called the Citibank Cash Back Reward with Online Bill Payment Campaign ("Campaign") will run from 25 April 2014 to 27 July 2014 (both dates inclusive) ("Campaign Period ). Eligibility 1. Subject to Clause 2 below, all individuals who are Citibank customers or staff who are existing card holders of Citibank credit cards, who receive an invitation from Citibank either via short message service ( SMS ) or electronic direct mailers ( EDM ) on their mobile phones or accounts respectively, are eligible to participate in this Campaign ( Eligible Persons ). 2. The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign: a) Holder(s) of Citibank credit card(s) not issued in Malaysia; b) Holder(s) of Citibank credit card(s) who is (are) in default of facilities granted by Citibank at any time during the Campaign Period, subject to Citibank s discretion; c) Holder(s) of Citibank credit card(s) who is (are) in default of any Citibank facilities and/or services, which include being overdue in payment and exceeding the credit limit at any time during the Campaign Period at any time during the Campaign Period, subject to Citibank s discretion; and/or d) any person who has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to any other Citibank facilities and/or services, including Citibank Online which is accessible via Campaign Mechanics 3. To participate in the Campaign, the Eligible Person must register as a user of Citibank s Online Bill Payment Service in accordance with the instructions given in the SMS or EDM. Eligible Persons who have registered as users of Citibank s Online Bill Payment Service during the Campaign Period, the Eligible Person will be referred to as Participants or each, Participant. 4. Subject to these terms and conditions, Participants will be entitled to receive cash back for each of the respective category: a) Citibank Platinum Cardmembers who make payment vide Citibank s Online Bill Payment Service with a minimum of RM1,500 to at least 3 different payees ( e-billers ) for 3 consecutive months within the Campaign Period will be rewarded with a cash back of RM50; b) Citibank Gold Cardmembers who make payment vide Citibank s Online Bill Payment Service with a minimum of RM800 to at least 3 different e-billers for 3 consecutive months within the Campaign Period will be rewarded with a cash back of RM25; and c) Citibank Clear and Choice Cardmembers who make payment vide Citibank s Online Bill Payment Service with a minimum of RM150 to at least 3 different e-billers for 3 consecutive months within the Campaign Period will be rewarded with a cash back of RM15. The transactions mentioned in (a) to (c) above shall be referred to as Qualifying Transactions and the corresponding cash back amount for the respective Qualifying Transactions shall be referred to as Cash Back.

2 5. Qualifying Transactions shall exclude any Online Bill Payments that have been rejected or not successfully effected. For the avoidance of doubt, a Citibank Online Bill Payment is deemed successful only if the payment instruction is successfully effected and cleared funds have been received by the relevant e-billers. 6. Qualifying Transactions made by a supplementary holder of a Citibank credit card will be aggregated with the principal cardholder s Qualifying Transactions and only the principal cardmember will be entitled to the Cash Back. 7. For the avoidance of doubt, each Participant is only entitled to receive the Cash Back ONCE regardless of the number of Qualifying Transactions made during the Campaign Period. 8. For purposes of calculation of the Qualifying Transactions, the number of the e-billers is taken into account and not the number of payments made to a single e-biller for each of the 3 months. For example:- a) A Participant makes three (3) Online Bill Payments to three (3) different e-billers each month. The e-billers may be the same for each of the three months. Example: Month 1: Maxis, Tenaga & Astro Month 2: Maxis, Tenaga & Astro Month 3: Maxis, Tenaga & Astro Such transactions are qualified for cash back provided that they meet the total accumulated spend for the card type (RM1500 for Platinum, RM800 for Gold and RM150 for Clear/Classic) for 3 consecutive months. b) A Participant makes three (3) Online Bill Payments to three (3) different e-billers each month. The e-billers may be different for each of the three months. Example: Month 1: Maxis, MPAJ & Astro Month 2: Maxis, Astro & Digi Month 3: Maxis, Tenaga & Syabas Such transactions are qualified for cash back provided that they meet the total accumulated spend for the card type (RM1500 for Platinum, RM800 for Gold and RM150 for Clear/Classic) for 3 consecutive months. c) A Participant makes three (3) Online Bill Payments each month. However, the e-billers are the same for Month 1 and Month 3 during Campaign Period. Example: Month 1: Maxis, Maxis & Astro Month 2: Maxis, Astro & Digi Month 3: Tenaga, Tenaga & Digi Such transactions are not qualified for cash back as Online Bill Payments must be made to three (3) different e-billers for each of the three (3) consecutive months. 9. Qualifying Transactions are required to be made in three (3) consecutive calendar months. Example: a) April, May, June b) May, June, July 10. Samsung Galaxy S4 From Period 1 to Period 4 during the Campaign Period, one (1) Participant with the highest usage of Online Bill Payment (in Malaysian Ringgit) during the identified weeks will win himself/herself a

3 Samsung Galaxy S4. There are a total of four (4) units of Samsung Galaxy S4. Each Period means the following intervals: Period 1 - Between Friday 25 April 2014 and Monday 12 May 2014 (both dates inclusive) Period 2 - Between Tuesday 13 May 2014 and Monday 2 June 2014 (both dates inclusive) Period 3 - Between Tuesday 3 June 2014 and Monday 30 June 2014 (both dates inclusive) Period 4 - Between Tuesday 1 July 2014 and Sunday 27 July 2014 (both dates inclusive) A Participant can only win one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy S4. For example, if there is one customer with the highest usage of online bill payment for Period 1 and Period 2, he is allowed to win only one Samsung Galaxy S4 in the earliest Period (in this case Period 1). The customer with the next highest usage of online bill payment will stand to win the Samsung Galaxy S4 in Period Fulfillment a) Cash Back awarded to a Participant will be reflected in his/ her monthly statement for Citibank credit card within 6 to 8 weeks from the expiry of the Campaign Period. Notwithstanding this, Citibank shall not be held liable for any delay in the processing and crediting of Cash Back. The Cash Back will be credited into the account from which the Participant s first successful Qualifying Transaction was made from. b) The four (4) units of Samsung Galaxy S4 will be couriered to the winners addresses that have been registered with Citibank within 6 to 8 weeks from the expiry of the Campaign Period. 12. The following terms and conditions apply to the Cash Back: a) If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Cash Back, the Successful Participant is required to contact Citiphone on or before 30 September 2014 to request an inquiry. No request for any inquiry will be entertained after 30 September b) Card account(s) of Participants must be in good standing (including but not limited to prompt payment and there being no unlawful, fraudulent or illegal act with regard to the account) during the Campaign Period in order to be entitled to receive the Cash Back. c) The Cash Back earned is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind, in part or in full. d) Participants are not allowed to transfer or sell his/her right to the Cash Back to any other person. 13. The following terms and conditions apply to the Samsung Galaxy S4 ( Prize ): a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and Citibank expressly excludes and disclaims any, representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prize; b) For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize are provided by Citibank s suppliers. Eligible Persons, Participants and/or Winners hereby acknowledge and agree that Citibank excludes all warranty and/or liability in connection with the awarded prizes and/or the Campaign. Eligible Persons, Participants and/or Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including personal injury and/or death) resulting from their participation in the Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the Prize. Citibank shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by the Participants as a result of the participation in the Campaign and/or the use of the Prize. c) The title in the Prizeand any risk of loss or damage to the Prize will pass to the Eligible Persons, Participants and/or Winners upon delivery of the Prize. Citibank shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss or damage in respect of the Prize is not due to the fault and/or negligence of Citibank; d) Citibank reserves the right to select the colour of the Prize, where applicable; and

4 e) Citibank shall not be responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with any of the Prize. Any dispute in relation to the warranty or quality of any Prize or any terms and conditions in respect thereof shall be settled directly between the relevant Winner and the relevant supplier. Citibank will bear no responsibility for resolving any dispute and the Eligible Persons, Participants and/or Winners must liaise directly with the relevant supplier and not Citibank in this regard. If the supplier is unable to supply the same model of the Prize, Citibank reserves the right to substitute any Prize(s) with another product of similar retail value. 14. Citibank reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Person or Participant (as the case may be) from participating in the Campaign and/or from receiving or using the Cash Back or cancel the Cash Back earned by any Successful Participant: a) where the minimum payment under any of his/her Citibank credit card account(s) (including any Citibank Credit Card) has been due for 30 days or more; b) if any of his/her Citibank credit card account(s) is closed by Citibank for any reason whatsoever; c) if he/she has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to any of his/her Citibank credit card account(s) or any other Citibank services or facilities including Citibank Online, as defined in the Website; and/or d) if the Cash Back is awarded to a person who is not eligible to receive the Cash Back in accordance with these terms and conditions. Consent 15. Participants and/or Winners who participate in this Campaign are deemed to have expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as varied or changed), the decisions of Citibank and/or the judges and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to have consented to and authorized Citibank to disclose their particulars to the third party service providers engaged by Citibank for purposes of the Campaign. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the Participants or Winners names, addresses and telephone numbers and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of the Campaign. Citibank s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained. Other Terms and Conditions 16. In the event that a Cash Back is awarded to a Participant who or in the event that a Participant: a) is not eligible to participate in the Campaign and/or receive the Cash Back; and/ or, b) has committed or is suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts, Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such Participant from participating in the Campaign and/or receiving the Prize. 17. Citibank s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding. 18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Campaign, each and every Eligible Person and/or Participant is agreeing that he/she will not hold Citibank and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank may engage for the purposes of this Campaign), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with the Campaign. 19. Citibank reserves the right to cancel, revise, terminate or suspend the Campaign with notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by Citibank of the Campaign shall not entitle any Eligible Person and/or Participant to any claim or compensation

5 against Citibank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any Eligible Person and/or Participant as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension. 20. Citibank will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. 21. Citibank reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these terms and conditions with notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or changed by Citibank by way of posting on Citibank Facebook Webpage or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The Eligible Persons who had participated in the Campaign are deemed to have viewed Citibank s webpage at and to have knowledge of and to have agreed to any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. The Samsung Galaxy S4and/or Participants agree that their continued participation in the Campaign will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied or changed). 22. Any term and condition applicable to this Campaign which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. 23. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia.
