2 FEE PAYMENT STRUCTURE The following options are available: 1. Plan 1 is the option where the entire fee is paid in full by the 29 th of August each year. 2. Plan 2 permits monthly instalments and includes a 2% administration fee. The first payment is calculated at 25% of the total fees due and is payable by or before August 1 st. This payment is non-refundable. Monthly payments are calculated as 1/10 th of the remainder, due at the first of each month beginning September 1 st. Plan 2 je opcija plaćanja u mjesečnim ratama koja podrazumijeva kamatu od 2%. Prva mjesečna rata je 25% ukupnog iznosa i treba biti plaćena do 1. avgusta. Ova je uplata bespovratna. Ostale mjesečne rate su sračunate kao 1/10 preostalog iznosa i trebaju biti uplaćene do prvog dana u mjesecu počevši od septembra. For parents who register after August 1st, all required fees are due on registration. The student will be allowed to commence school once the invoiced fees have been received. Tuition fees include the school uniform and once fees are paid, the student will receive the uniform and may commence with classes. Late fee charges will be assessed for all overdue fees. If fees are overdue, the school will charge 10 per day late payment fee and decline to issue school transcripts/reports. If payment is not received after two weeks of the due date, the parent is contacted and a face-toface meeting is arranged with the School Director. The Director will discuss the payment and advise that their child may not be permitted to attend class if payment is not received as agreed in the meeting. If a student enrols after the start of the school year, tuition is pro-rated based on the entry date, e.g. #days/180 x (program tuition) If a student withdraws before the end of the year, he/she may be entitled to a partial refund of tuition, depending on timing and previously selected payment options. Parents using the Plan 2 payment option, who wish to withdraw their child, are required to give a full calendar month notice at which point they are no longer required to pay the next instalment. If less than a full calendar month notice is given, the monthly instalment is due. In cases where the decision to withdraw the student from the school is made due to unpaid fees, all the outstanding fees need to be paid in full. If outstanding fees are not paid in full, these will be sent to a solicitor to administer. At the end of the school year outstanding fees will be forwarded to a solicitor engaged to collect the remaining fees. School records/student work will not be available until fees due are paid. School fees are reviewed and subject to an increase on an annual basis. All fee changes or increases will be communicated to all parents in writing, at least three months before the start of the new Academic Year. Fee changes or increases are governed by the KSI Board of Directors. If a company is responsible for funding the child s education, the parent understands that the ultimate financial obligation, including late fees or any bank charges associated with payment of school fees, rests with the parent, should the company fail to pay the necessary fees. Monthly invoices will be issued during the school year for any additional fees, such as after school activities and school trips, which are not included in the tuition fee. 6 PRAVILNIK O PLAĆANJU Ovaj ugovor mora biti u cijelosti popunjen i potpisan pri upisu učenika. Roditelji koji djete registruju nakon 1. avgusta potrebno je da odmah izvrše sve uplate koje su dospjele na plaćanje prema odabranom planu. Učeniku će biti dopušteno da krene u školu nakon što je školarina uplaćena prema primljenom računu. Školarina uključuje školsku uniformu i neposredno nakon prispjeća uplate, učenik će dobiti uniformu, i može započeti s nastavom. Kamata će biti obračunata na sva plaćanja sa čijom uplatom se kasni. Ako uplata kasni, škola će zaračunati kamatu za zakašnjenje u iznosu od 10 dnevno, a izvještaj o uspjehu (report) niti transkripti neće biti štampani dok se dug ne izmiri. Ako se plaćanje ne izvrši u toku dvije nedjelje od datuma prispjeća datog iznosa na plaćanje, roditelji će biti lično pozvani na sastanak sa direktorom škole. Direktor će razmotriti sa njima zakašnjela plaćanja i ukazati im na to, da ukoliko se isplate ne izvrše na dogovoreni način, učeniku može biti ograničeno praćenje nastave. Ako se učenik upisuje nakon početka školske godine, cijena se proračunava zavisno od datuma prijema, npr. #dana/180 x (cijena programa). Ako se učenik ispiše prije kraja školske godine, on/ona može imati pravo na djelimični povrat školarine, zavisno od vremena i od izabranog načina plaćanja. Roditelji koji koriste plan 2 opciju plaćanja, a koji žele ispisati svoje dijete, moraju o tome obavijestiti školu čitav kalendarski mjesec dana ranije, nakon čega više neće imati obavezu da plate sledeću ratu. Ako je škola obaviještena manje od kalendarskih mjesec dana prije ispisa, sljedeća rata dospijeva prema planu. U slučaju kada se odluka o ispisivanju učenika iz škole donese zbog neplaćene školarine, sve neplaćene finansijske obaveze dospijevaju na plaćanje u potpunosti. Ukoliko se prispjele obaveze ne izmire u cjelosti, iste će biti proslijeđene advokatu angažovanom za naplatu zaostalih školarina Na kraju školske godine, rate nepodmirene školarine biće proslijeđene advokatu angažovanom za naplatu zaostalih školarina. Školski izvještaj (report) niti transkripti, kao ni portfolio učenika u ovim slučajevima neće se izdavati, sve dok se dug ne izmiri u cjelosti. Cijene školarine su podložne promjenama svake godine. O svim promjenama u cijeni školarine roditelji će biti obaviješteni u pisanoj formi, najmanje tri mjeseca prije početka nove školske godine. Izmjene u cijeni školarine rezultat su odluke KSI Borda direktora. Ako firma finansira učenikovo obrazovanje, roditelj prihvata da krajnja finansijska obveza, uključujući i kašnjenje uplata ili bilo koji bankovni troškovi vezani sa plaćanjem školarine, počivaju na roditeljima. Dakle, dužnost je roditelja da se pobrine da sve finansijske obaveze budu blagovremeno izmirene, ukoliko to na vrijeme ne učini firma. Mjesečne fakture o naplati školarine će se izdavati tokom školske godine za sve dodatne troškove koji budu pristigli na naplatu u međuvremenu, kao što su van-nastavne aktivnosti i đačke ekskurzije, koje nijesu uključene u cijenu školarine. Obavezuje se platiti ukupan iznos, kako je u ugovoru navedeno, za svako dijete koje je registrovao u Knightsbridge Schools International Montenegro. 2. Obavezuje se da će se pridržavati odabrane opcije plaćanja tj. da neće kasniti sa uplatama. 3. Prihvata i razumije gore navedeni pravilnik o plaćanju.
