4 Your Principals Chuck Thompson Chuck is a veteran of Wall Street, having spent the bulk of his career at Cleary Gottlieb and Shearman & Sterling, where he specialized in structured finance and derivatives, with an intervening stint on the business side at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, where he focused on new product development. He has been an active participant in the blockchain community since 2010, and has been working with a variety of FinTech companies over the past decade. Chuck is part of the legal working committee of the Wall Street Blockchain Association, and serves on a number of committees at the Chamber of Digital Commerce. He is a managing director of NextSeed, a crowdfunding portal, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Blockchain Real Estate Association. Chuck obtained a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Miami University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. Gary Miller Gary has been working on projects involving emerging technology and their applications in the structured finance sector as well as researching a new asset classes for the ABS market. He has an extensive background in structured finance having had roles spanning the entire securitization process for both consumer and commercial financial assets. He pioneered new asset classes in the ABCP conduit space while at Credit Agricole where he was a Managing Director and Head of Originations. Prior to that he worked in the term ABS banking sector at Banc One Capital Markets (now JP Morgan Chase) after a tenure in CMBS and Fixed Income Sales at Bank United Texas (now JP Morgan Chase). He began his career at Chrysler Credit Corp. Gary obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
