In Roan Nueral VII, line 9, the report showed "Maron and Poll County school bonds". We failed to pick up that these were sold in. We occasionally sell a hdrse on the average, one per year, but w also buy one, and the sales do not affect the financial. disclosure report because they are not significant. The previous istakes in listing as referred to in paragraph VI I, cae about as a result of not properly segregating the various investents handled by Sith Barney. However, the total value reains substantially the sae and uch of it was siply reinvested in the securities that have been naed. IX. CERTIFICATION.
