2 Company Audit company AF OLGA Audit renders its customers professional audit, consulting and accounting services during more than 20 years, since its foundation in 1997 year. In September of 2009 year our company became a part of the global network of audit firms EuraAudit International, with main office in Switzerland. Today, the network includes more than 150 companies in the world. We adhere to single for AF OLGA Audit methodology of audit and render of related services. Confirmation of the highest standards of professional qualifications and the quality of services which we render to our customers is successful completion of external quality control of audit services by our company, confirmed by certificate of Audit Chamber of Ukraine (ACU). Our company has successfully passed repeated quality control in February of 2014 year, and it is also confirmed by the certificate of Audit Chamber of Ukraine.

3 Company In our work, we rely on internal quality standards, and the result of all our projects is the professional and timely information to management or business holders, in order them to take reasonable management decisions. In addition, we help our clients to have assurance of accounting and management accounting correctness, as well as in correct planning of taxes. As of the moment 10 certified auditors are employed in the company.

6 Services: Advisory Business Services: Compilation services and consolidation of financial statements within regulations of IFRS, Ukrainian GAAP; Organizing of the transition process to IFRS; Working out and introduction of accounting policies, methodology, instruments; Agree-upon procedures regarding financial information; Assisting in testing of accountants and other financial specialists; Advisory assistance in different spheres of accountancy and taxation; Services on points of introduction of financial and tax control system, increase of effectiveness of internal audit system.

7 Services: Accounting services (outsourcing): Advisory services for keeping of accounting, tax and management accounting; Preparation of complex calculations, primary documentation and compilation of the corresponding tax and accounting reporting of the Client and its presentation to State Authorized Authorities; Keeping of accounting and compilation of the corresponding forms and detailed explanations according to requirements of legislation, internal corporative regulations and rules of the Client or its parent Company.

8 Services: Tax & Legal services: The analysis of tax status of separate transactions with consideration of corresponding risks and tax burden and rendering of assistance to the Client at making of the best decision concerning their application; Legal assistance in the best documentary form of already performed economic operations and/or transactions which are expected; In case of Client s independent accounting keeping we propose professional advisory services for checking of correctness of separate calculations and tax burden on the Company performance; Active interaction and settlement of disputable points with tax authorities.

13 Staff and rates: We appreciate our staff and contribute to maintenance of professional knowledge, skills and abilities. All auditors have valid certificates of auditor Ukraine series "A". Some specialists have international certificates ACCA program and other. Employees of our company regularly exchange experiences with companies of Eura Audit International Network on topical issues, including we assist clients already operating in Ukraine or that have the intention to start own business in our country. In determining of fee for our services, we use the following hourly rates: - Partner 2000 uah - Chief of project/senior auditor 1000 uah - Auditor/Consultant 750 uah - Assistant of auditor/consultant 500 uah

14 Preliminary work on the project: Preliminary and evaluative work on any potential project is performed by our company free of charge, and it is our contribution to the successful cooperation with the Client. During such period our experts find out the needs of audit and consulting services, are defined options and approaches to the provision of such services, the terms of provision, time and resource consumption, team of performer and other essential terms of cooperation in each case. Following the preliminary work with performer agree with Client all terms of cooperation, including cost of services within a specific project. Agreed terms of cooperation are fixed in the proper contract.
