9 Partners Olga Solovyova Managing Partner, Head of Finance and Audit Higher legal and economic education Ms. Solovyova has been practicing law since Olga advises on the issues of domestic and international tax planning, business structuring and investments. She also provides legal support when litigating with tax inspection. Her clients include both international companies and Ukrainian business groups. Ms. Solovyova has an extensive experience in consulting on the issues of bank, project and trade financing as well as acquisition financing projects, comprehensive due diligence, establishment of holding, financial and trade entities. 10 Partners Higher legal education Yuliya Kurilo Partner, Head of Corporate Practice Yuliya has a Diploma of the School of English and European Law of the University of Cambridge. Ms. Kurilo has been practicing law since Yuliya has provided legal support of M&A deals for various engineering and agricultural companies as well as coal refineries. Yuliya was in direct charge of projects related to the establishment of joint stock companies, their restructuring, additional issuance of shares, and termination. Her successful experience in comprehensive legal support of corporate disputes, including those with foreign elements, is noteworthy. In 2012, she was named among Top 100 Lawyers of Ukraine based on the opinion of private clients. Ms. Kurilo is the author of publications in mass media and reports on corporate law issues. Since 2009, Mariya has been managing projects related to recovery of debt under loan and finance leasing agreements. Arrangements for comprehensive and effective counteraction of debtors nonperformance of obligations, including those related to bankruptcy proceedings, have been developed under her direct supervision.
