5 Tax Law Dispute Resolution Dispute resolution before the tax authorities, through alternative methods like conclusive agreements, and through tax litigation (nullity actions and constitutional appeals), in relation with federal and local taxes (comprising corporate and individual income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, excises, property taxes, and payroll tax, among others).
