There didn t seem to be specfic forms to collect this 25% Luxury Tax, so merchants used bank deposit slips, note books, etc. to record these sales and collect the tax. Interestingly the signet ring featured on this receipt required $2.50 in tax, however only $2.25 in revenue stamps was affixed.
