The deposit should be paid either in the form of cash or a cashier s check, payable to Soneet R. Kapila, Trustee, unless the bidder has been preapproved for writing a check by the Trustee. If the bidder is the successful bidder, the remaining balance of the successful bid is due to the Trustee s office by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the sale. Should the bidder fail to pay the remaining balance due on the successful bid, then the bidder forfeits the $1,000 deposit, and the Trustee is authorized to accept a back-up bid. The Trustee will not turnover the assets until full payment is made in available cash funds.
