2 The Vision FORT NFT Protocol introduces the very first Non- Fungible stable Token, that offers a bridge between asset ownership (whether physical or intangible) and liquidity; achieved through the tokenization of its underlying asset. FORT proposes the first standard for asset backed ownership within the cryptocurrency market through the custodial security and logistics of any token. FORT is a second layer open source protocol that uses Non- Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on the Ethereum blockchain, for digitizing, verifying, tracing and securing high value rare assets and financial instruments. It s layer accelerates FORT specific traffic along a network of masternodes, whilst allowing the NFT metadata to still be recorded on the ethereum blockchain mainnet. 2

3 The comprehensive infrastructure being built by FORT, will offer a bridge between any NFT or security token to stable value by the custodial arrangement provided to its underlying asset. The FORT protocol standardizes the minting and burning of NFTs through its accelerated secondary layer; doing so through its custodial network of reputable trustees, who ensure the validity and ownership of every asset for which a unique NFTs has been created. The outcome is a simplified and streamlined asset management process, whereby valid asset ownership transfer is effected without the need for an exchange of the underlying asset. Furthermore, the dividends payable on any such assets would be held in trust by third party custodians, with disbursements made directly to the token holder. 3

4 Who we are FORT Protocol is a blockchain, NFT, and an asset agnostic protocol, that provides a layer of value assurance for any platform through the hyper interoperability of the FORT transactional bridge. FORT consists of the following 4 Layers: (i) Transactional Bridge Any FORT developed NFT transfer is prioritized along an accelerating network of master nodes. The ownership transfer is recorded both on the Ethereum blockchainand off- chain in the form of a unique stakeholders key created after every new transaction. (ii) Custodial and Security Using a network of custodial trustees to store, verify and audit assets for as long as an NFT token has been issued; the procedures within the layer meet the regulation requirements associated with the NFT or security tokens. Ownership transfer of an NFT is secured through a unique 6FA system; minimizing the risk of theft or accidental transfer of an asset, with its hybrid of both off and online authentications. 6FA runs through the following procedure chain: 1. Wallet - A bespoke hardware wallet running on both mobile and desktop that provides an updated library of functionalities for the tokens held within it. Every transaction begins here; first a user selects the token(s) they wish to transact and input their password. This sets aside the token(s) and provide the user a pin to release the token to the FORT DApp. 2. DaPP - Input of pin 3. Multi- Sig 4. Dynamic Stamping & Signing 5. Stakeholder Keys 6. Custodials authorize new token stamping upon acceptance of a new asset and token repossession once an asset is taken out of trust. Rights associated with asset are guaranteed through smart contract. Held in trust all dividends are made payable to the NFT holder. (iv) Technology Layer: BlockchainArchitecture, NFTs and Security Tokens A plug- in protocol within any token s framework; trustless verification of asset ownership. 5

6 Challenges At present, the market is saturated with NFTs that hold no security of value; being no more than repositories of information. A similar problem is innate within security tokens, which provide little transparency on their financials. FORT proposes the injection of value into any token with the assurance that it could at any time be exchanged back for the asset it represents. Tokens are thus minted on the acceptance of asset custody, and burned on release.
