3 English Translation of above Marathi Document Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation [Government of Maharashtra Undertaking] No. MIDC/ Land Division / Desk-1/B25785 Udyog Sarathi Marol Industrial Area Mahakali Gufa Marg Andheri (East) Mumbai-93 Dt Circular Subject: About partial revisement in the M.I.D.C. land development new extension of time policy for ``D & ``D+ Area References: 1) Circular No. MIDC/Land Division/Desk 1/A71222 dt. 06/03/2013 2) Circular No. A10809 dt. 09/01/2014. As per the Resolution No passed in the Meeting No. 348 dt. 18/12/2012, in the Directors of M.I.D.C., regarding the policy of extension to the Land Development was released as per the Circular No. 1 above. As per this decision, cases of extension up to 31/08/2013 are regularized accordingly. But those who have not yet obtained the required building completion certificate, so also the cases in which the development period is remained after 31/08/2013 and who is in need of further extension. Similarly those who has allotted the plots after 31/08/2013 and have lapsed their due development period and if they are in need of extension of further time limit, then such plot holders should be allotted two extensions after imposing 25% and 40% additional surcharge amount respectively. Such type of policy is being adopted and accordingly it is in process. However such type of 25% additional charges will not be affordable to the economical burden to industrialist from underdeveloped industrial area. 1

4 The same issue put forth before for reconsideration in the Directors 354 meeting held on 7/01/2014. After discussing on this above issue, the Resolution No was passed. As per this Resolution with the motive of encouragement of industries from undeveloped areas for which 25% and 40% additional cess are economically burden for the industrialists and so this issue put forth in the meeting of Directors of M.I.D.C. on 18/12/2012 and passed the Resolution No As per this Resolution and with the binding of terms and conditions mentioned in the Circular No. 1 above, dated 06/03/2013, the policy decision has been taken accordingly in which the industrialist only from ``D & ``D+ zone who had charged previously 25% and 40% respectively for two extension periods and in lieu of above two years extension period with 10% each non-refundable additional charges should be charged. This type of policy should be applied only for the extension cases from ``D & ``D+ zone and the cases which received their after for the benefit of two extension Along with 25% and 40% was substituted with the policy decision of two years extension with 10% each non-refundable additional surcharge amount from the date of resolution. However, the cases which are charged according to Circular dated 06/03/2013 from ``D & ``D+ zone by imposing 25% additional charges for obtaining further extension should not be reconsidered henceforth. Apart from the above partial amendment in Resolution No and the Circular No. 1 above published accordingly should not be amended any otherwise. The powers of sanctioning extension of time limit as per the above decision are dedicated as under: 2
