In view of the mentioned above, a meeting has been organised with representatives of the three organisations, where a decision at an expert level has been taken amendments to the Code to be negotiated. As a result of a sequence of meetings, a list has been prepared, with approved by all the three associations, amendments to Corporate Governance Code of Bulgarian Stock Exchange Sofia. The proposed amendments aim at an easy readable and more practical Code in view of the specifics of the companies traded on the Bulgarian capital market and in view of the recent legislative alterations (e.g. the adoption of the Act against financial instruments fraud). 9 On Monday SOFIX lost 0.54% and closed at the level of points. CB Central Cooperative Bank (+ 0.96%), Orgachim (+0.62%), Slantchev Briag (+3.17%), Neochim (+2.13%), DZI (+0.95%), Sopharma (+0.38) and Bulgartabac Holding (+1.43%) supported the narrow index. Petrol decreased with 10.77% to BGN 4.64 average price. BG40 increased with 1.98% to points. Industrial Capital Holding supported the broad index with % and made its average price BGN Odessos Shiprepair Yard gained 2.7% to BGN average price. Balkantourist Elit increased with 16.72% to BGN Doverie Obedinen Holding went up with 7.04%. EMKA added 6.36% to BGN average price. The news about the listing of the shares of the increasing the Tolpivo s capital made its average price jumped to the levels of BGN (+6.73%) and new all time high of BGN. Chimimport gained new 3.93% to BGN On Tuesday SOFIX went down with 1.14% to points. DZI (-8.59%), Neochim (-4.31%), Biovet (-3.08%) and Albena (-0.14%) pressured the narrow index. The price of DZI was pushed after the news about the selling off of 70% of the company to the Belgium KBC Insurance NV. Due to the excellent report of Orgachim, its price went up with 4.84% to BGN BG40 went to correction and decreased its value with 0.42% to points. Odessos Shiprepair Yard average price dropped with 5.28% to the level of BGN EMKA also decreased with 8.18% to BGN Balkanturist Elit made a big slump of 12.32%. Industrial Capital holding (+8.7%) and Sinergon Holding (+5.43%) supported the broad index. Chimimport added new 2.92% to its average price of The shares of Fazerless made a newrecord and increased with 21.81% to BGN On Wednesday SOFIX lost 1.45% and closed at points. Sopharma (- 1.55%), DZI (-4.71%), Orgachim (-0.61%), Neochim (-1.6%), CCB (-0.82%), Zlatni Piasaci (-3.54%), Slantchev Briag (-9.81%) and Bulgartabac Holding (-0.57%) pressured the narrow index down. Support gave the shares of Petrol (+0.62%) and Albena (+0.28%). BG40 decreased with 0.82% to points. Stara Planina hold lost 7.62% to BGN Albena Invest Holding unappreciated with 3.0%6 to BGN average price. Industrial Capital Holding moved down with 2.34% to the average price of BGN Holding Varna A and Sinergon Holding also went down in its average price with 2.56% and 1.86% to BGN and BGN11.06 BGN. The shares of Chimimport registered downturn of 3.36% to the average price of BGN Monbat added 1.57% to BGN On Thursday SOFIX decreased with 0.35% to points. Pressure against the narrow index gave Zlatni Piasaci (-7.53%), CCB (-0.83%), Albena (-1.1%), Biovet (-0.86%), Neochim (-2.78%), DZI (-1.69%), Slantchev Briag (-3.27%). Sopharma increased with 0.25% to BGN 7.9. Petrol moved up with 2.68% to BGN Bulgartabac Holding gained 1.15% to BGN average price. BG40 increased with 1.23%to points. Stara palnina hold (+7.05%), Himko (+16.67%), Alcomet (+6.55%), Odessos Shiprepair Yard (+4.82%), Holding Varna A (+5.55%), M+S Hydraulic (+5.72%), HES (+2.08%), Holding Coop Ug (+3.77%), Plovdiv-BT (+1.42%), Insurance Company Euro Ins (+1.35%) supported the broad index. The shares of Bulgarian American Credit Bank increased with 0.21% to BGN Chimimport gained 5.16% to BGN 11. Toplivo added 4.21% to BGN average price. On Friday SOFIX decreased with 0.24% and closed at the level of Odessos Shiprepair Yard (+5.43% to BGN ), Albena (+1.25% to BGN 99.91), Zlatni Piasaci (+1.06% to BGN 14.28) supported the narrow index. Orgachim lost 0.54%, Petrol decreased with 3.01%. CCB went down with 0.24% to M+S Hydraulic lost 0.87% to BGN DZI moved down with 1.01% to BGN BG40 increased with 0.93% to points.
