6 PRICE ACTION: TRADING SIMPLE What is Price Action? Price Action is the behavior of the price of any stock, index, commodity or currency pair in a specific period of time. This method ( price action naked trading) is applicable to each financial instrument. The Price Action concerning certain chart formations which can predict future price action. Some of these chart formations in fact, are repetitive and can be used as an excellent simple trading system. 7 Price Action Naked Trading can give you the correct view of what is happening in the market between demand and supply, between buyers and sellers, giving you a clear picture of the market. The time frames that I use are 4 hours, daily, weekly or even monthly charts. I confirm that price action patterns can be used in any chart, you should be aware however, because the higher time frames are the more accurate ones. For this reason I recommend operating with 4h chart time frames or higher. I don t trade lower time frames such as 15 minute or 30 minute charts. The price reflects the expectations and beliefs of all the market players. The price reflects where money went! Money and volumes have led to certain chart patterns in certain price areas. Working on a daily chart time frame takes away the " intraday noise" which may give false signals to the trader, allowing a precise vision of the trading day just passed.
