10 Part 4: Market News Tehran Stock Exchange remains in the atmosphere of expectation and hope in these days. Last week, traders involved in nuclear negotiations and its results. These negotiations will continue in the next round between March The overall index with low loss of 0.06 percent recorded the level of 64,015 point in the previous week but the weighted index experienced the growth of 0.14 percent. This index assumes all symbols have identical impact. (ie, independent of their market value). Therefore, when this index increases while the overall index declines means that positive symbols are among small businesses. In other markets, the currency index declined 0.6 percent. Dollar was traded 3,420 toman last week. The coin market had the worst performance with a drop 1.8 percent. It was traded at the price of 980,000 toman at the end of the week. Average trading volume and value with the removal of block trades, recorded the growth of 60 and 30 percent respectively compare to the week before. Some optimistic news on nuclear negotiations had increased the relative demand in the market. Most critics of the fund concerned about the impact of the introduction of the fund on the amount of shares and other securities. They say 30% guaranteed return can only displace money in the market. In their opinion, it can t absorb more money because market faces with lack of liquidity in March. But defenders say this tool can protectt stock market against money market and they expect this fund can absorb more liquidity for a long-term. 10

This agreement is Joint venture partnerships (joint) and this company car will be required to export 30 percent of joint production. - Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and commerce announced: the government's new policy is supporting the mining sector. Therefore the volume of annual oil import of India is as the same as the previous year. - Minister of Energy conveyed the new power tariffs to all electricity companies and administrations last week. According to this new decision; the domestic and the industrial price of electricity will increase 10 and 20 percent respectively. 11
