Whilst by the lunch of Ramadan the market will face with a lack of liquidity and lack of motivation. So the overall index of Tehran Stock Exchange fell 769 points equivalent to 1 percent. it seemss that the market awaits for the finalization of the board members of Securities Exchange Organization, so the managers attempt to stimulate market demand by increasing IPOs. We have three IPOs during past two weeks. In the global market, the oil price didn t experienced any fluctuations after OPEC meeting, so the Brent Crude oil remained below the ceiling of 50 $. But the price of zinc reached nearly two thousand dollars, while other metals are seen weak in the global markets. Last week, Mahan Air is offering Murabaha were sold in the capital market with the value of 2,1000 billion rials. Mahan Air is offering Murabaha (or sale at a disclosed profit) contracts in the Iran Fara Bourse to raise funds for purchasing two Airbus aircraft. The securities have a total value of. 11 Part 5: Economic News - Iranian government s net debt to CBI up by 274%;Iranian government's debt (including state-run companies) to the Central Bank of Iran banking system has reached trillion rials (each 30,480 rials making one USD) by March 20, Fars news agency reported June The figure indicates a fall by 0.7 percent year on year. Iranian government's debt to the Central Bank (CBI) was trillion rials at the same time 2015, registering a 16 percent increase year on year. However the government's net debts (de bts subtracting government's deposits in CBI) witnessed a sharp rise by percent and surpassed trillion rials by March 20. The government's deposits in the central bank have decreased in recent months as the Iranian administration has withdrawn money from the bank to meet the budget demands. - Iran targets 4.8 mb/d oil output by 2021; Iran targets producing 4.8 million barrels per day (mb/d) of crude oil in the next five years, Iran's Oil Minister said. Zanganeh, who traveled to Vienna to take part in OPEC meeting, added that Iran's oil production would exceed 4 mb/d in the near future. He also said the current output stands at 3.8 mb/d. The Iranian minister also said the country's oil exports reached 2.03 mb/d in May. Before the Western sanctions were imposed on Iran, the country's oil production was about 3.5 mb/d. - Iran s 2-month gas-to-power still below last year s level; Iran's gas deliveries to power plants in the first two months of the current fiscal year, which started on March 21, are still below the level of the same period of the last year. 11

12 Iran was planning to increase the gas supply to power plants by 7 billion cubic meters (bcm) in the current fiscal year (FY) to 65 bcm. However, according to the latest weekly report, released by the Energy Ministry on May 31, Iran's power plants were supplied with 8.97 bcm of gas during the first two months of the current FY, or 7.6 percent less than the same period in the last FY. - 1,700km of West Ethylene Pipeline Complete; Iran has so far completed laying down 1,700 kilometers of the 2,650-km West Ethylene Pipeline project which is expected to becomee fully operational by late March Marziyeh Shahdaei, who is also deputy petroleum minister in petrochemical affairs, told the opening ceremony of Mahabad petrochemical Plant in the northwesternn province of West Azerbaijan that the pipeline links South Pars gas field to petrochemical plants in the western territories of the country. The West Ethylene Pipeline is fed by the gas recovered from South Pars gas field and the gas fields in Gazchsaran, southwestern Iran, to feed 12 petrochemical plants along its path. Initiated in 2002, the project is financed by state finances of nearly 1,700 billion tumans, said Shahdaei. Iran on Tuesday inaugurated a polypropylene and butane petrochemical facility in the northwestern city of Mahabad in West Azerbaijan Province. 12
