Head of family (or person in charge present in the house) 2. Interviewed each member of the families separately Disability and it s impact was measured by the presence of impairments AND reporting difficulties in carrying out activities of daily living (ADL). To measure expressed problems/needs, the Humanitarian Emergency Perceived Needs (HESPER) scale was employed.

Concerns are the same for older persons and persons with disabilities Findings captured higher numbers of older persons and persons with disability compare to the other agencies Significantly higher shares of the older persons experience higher rates of impairments or difficulties in daily living activities ADL and the interaction of environmental and personal factors that presents difficulties need to be looked at more closely
