2 REGARDING ANGANWARI CENTRES 1. * C.Q No.419 Sh. Ashok Khajuria:- a) how many Anganwari Centres under ICDS project are operational in the State; b) what is the total staff strength of these Centres including adhoc/contractual; c) what remuneration/honorarium is being paid to Anganwari workers/helpers; d) whether the Government has any proposal to increase the remuneration of such workers and helpers working in Anganwari Centres; e) whether the Government is contemplating to regularize the services of these Anganwari workers as Supervisors. If yes, has any criteria been laid down for such regularization? (Minister for Social-Welfare) REGARDING FAIR PRICE SHOPS 2. * C. Q. No.40 Shri Qaiser Jamsheed Lone:- a) whether it is a fact that the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs department has issued license for Fair Price Shops in the state ; b) if so, the details of the licenses issued and criteria/procedure adopted while issuing these licenses? No. 53 Shri Ghulam Nabi Monga:- Will the Government be pleased to state;- a) Whether they contemplate to make compulsory rural Posting for a Doctor and a pre-condition for being eligible to Post Graduation; b) the Education qualification for engagement of Asha Worker; c) do they contemplate to increase the Honorarium of Ashas to get better results in utilizing their Services? 3 REGARDING INCLUSION AS RBA CATGORY 4. * C. Q. No.83 Shri Saif-Ud-Din Bhat: a) Whether it is a fact that the people residing in the villages like Dreygam, Kermshora, Shamsabad, Parnewa, Falchal, Kandoora, Danchan, Zanigam Sail, Utterpora, Kanigund, C. C. Pora, Lassipora Pharthan, Churmujroo, etc are demanding for inclusion in RBA category, being socially & economically backward; b) Is it also a fact that the said villages have already been declared educationally backward and under privileged. If yes, the present status thereof? (Minister for Social Welfare ) REGARDING ENFORCEMENT OF NFS ACT 5. * C. Q. No.74 Ch.Vikram Randhawa : a) the monthly subsidy components of an average family of five members on account ration supplies like rice, wheat /Atta, sugar, Kerosene etc to different categories viz the AAY,PHH and NPH at present and prior to the enforcement of the National Food Security act in state; b) the annual expenditure borne by the state and the centre including the handling charges by the state and the centre during the past three years as also the current year? (Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs) REGARDING SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY 6. * C. Q. No. 265 Sh. Naresh Kumar Gupta:- a) whether the Government has conceived any plan to provide Power supply/electricity to all the left-out habitation in Chenab valley under RGGVY- DDUGUY and other CSS, Flagship Programme in the year , if yes. How much amount under RGGVY is lying with Government meant for Chenab Valley and reasons not being utilized to improve the power system, besides amount under

4 DDUGUY to supplement the transmission system and to reduce the T&D losses. Provide full break-up with steps taken to address the power failure crisis in Bhaderwah-Gandoh-Thatri-Doda areas; b) whether direct 132 towers line for Ramban to Khalani and to Bhaderwah-Kishtwar is being projected and towers have been raised upto Assar which is sanctioned project under PMRP2007 and no work is being taken for the last 4 years if yes, state reasons; c) whether separate transformers of 10 MVA is being shifted to receiving station Bhaderwah from Khallani to replace 6.3 MVA and when work to be started on receiving station i.e Sartingal-Batote-Gatha whose DPR stands submitted. Please provide the details? (Minister for Power) REGARDING OPENING OF NEW DEGREE COLLEGE 7. * C. Q. No. 246 Shri Ali Mohammad Dar:- a) whether they have any plan for opening of new degree colleges in the state during , if yes; b) which locations/areas have been identified for opening of new degree colleges? (Minister for Hr. Education) REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD 8. * C. Q. No. 136 Shri Javid Ahmed Mirchal: a) when the construction of Bayadi road be started as the village located right at LOC lacking this facility despite the commitments made from time to time (Minister for Works)

No. 24 Shri Girdhari Lal Raina: Will the government be pleased to state: a) Whether they are aware of the World Health Organization (WHO) assessment which shows that climate change is (i) Going to effect the social and environmental determinants of health substantially; (ii) likely to kill plus people each year between to which India including J&K is expected to contribute considerably; b) If so, the details thereof; c) the remedial measures taken by them in this regard; d) whether they have devised any mechanism to go through an environmental audit in the State completely at regular intervals; (e) If so, the details thereof? (Minister for Health) REGARDING HYDRAULIC DAM 10. * C. Q. No.168 Thakur Balbir Singh : a) is it a fact that Hydraulic dam of PHE,I&FC was sanctioned for Bilawar tehsil: b) if so, what is the present status and when it will be completed? (Minister for PHE) REGARDING SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN 11. * C. Q. No. 195 Shri Surinder Kumar Choudhary: Will the government be pleased to state: a) When was Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched in J&K State and what was the target of the scheme; b) The amount released by the Union Government for this Abhiyan and expenditure so far, (district and tehsil wise) with name of the works and amount sanctioned for the same;

6 c) Expenditure made on advertisements and publicity of this scheme; d) Whether the scheme has achieved its target in J&K with special reference to any area which has become garbage free? (Minister for Housing & Urban Development) REGARDING ARTIFICIAL LAKE 12. * C. Q. No. 161 Shri Ramesh Arora: Will the Government be pleased to state - a) whether they are going to complete Artificial Lake and rope-way at Jammu; b) whether they are going to complete water games at point near area adjoining Lakhanpur or at other point; c) whether the land of Chatta demarcated for Tulip Garden will be fenced and developed; d) whether Suchetgarh border will be beautified and road from Miran Sahib will be widened up-to border? (Minister for Tourism) REGARDING CONSTITUENCY MANAGEMENT SCHEME 13. * C. Q. No. 379 Shri Mohammad Khursheed Alam: Will the Government be pleased to state - a) has it informed the House regarding the broader controls of the recently announced IT enable constituency management scheme; b) whether it will be a total shift in the fiscal management of the state: and c) whether necessary operational guide lines have been notified?
