This schedule replaces narrative based fee schedules. For applicable supporting fee authority, please review the Chico Municipal Code (CMC). 50 CITY OF CHICO Fee Schedule 5.0 Utility User's Tax Refund Criteria and Levels/Exemption General Provisions A. The schedule set forth herein shall be used to establish eligibility for refund of or exemption from Utility Users' Taxes pursuant to the provisions of CMC Sections and B. For the purposes of this schedule, "maximum annual income levels" are defined as those low income levels (80% of median income) by household size as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
